I was contacted by Atlanta Metro Roofing and was hesitant because I already had given most of my money for my new roof to a company that took my money and never put on my roof. I really needed a new roof and after checking out AMR I allowed Shari to come and discuss how they could help me. Shari helped me out with a great price and made sure I was able to get the expired money that was still owed from the insurance company. My roof was installed in 1 day and the crew was great, polite and professional. I would highly recommend AMR for any homeowner.

We had a new roof installed on our townhouse last week, and we can't recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing highly enough. Every aspect of the process went smoothly, and the job was completed on time. The owner is an excellent communicator- she returned phone calls promptly and saw to it that questions were answered. The roofing crew was extremely careful.

They were very easy to work with. Leo came the next day after I called to inspect the work needed and took pictures to show me what else needed to be addressed. They came on time and completed the work without any problems. Would use them again for any future work.

Without a doubt the best decision I have made while renovating my house. They were fast, highly knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant people to do business with. The gutters and gutter guards are of high quality and come in a variety of colors (we went with black). If I ever need gutters for a new property in the Atlanta area, AMR will be the first call I make. 10/10 would purchase again.

Our decision to select Atlanta Metro Roofing, instead of three other highly recommended roofing companies, was not based on cost; in fact, their estimate was plus/minuses several hundred dollars compared to the other companies. It was the scope of work included in their cost estimate; which was very thorough, showed attention to detail and focus on remedying problems which were causing water damage, not just an estimate to replace roof shingles. Also, they were persistent in following up with our insurance company and were successful in obtaining monies for a new roof.

Their installation process was organized and carried out with care regarding the surrounding landscaping, including a spotless clean up. The water damage repair work was also exceptional.

AMR was honest in their pricing. We had 3 other roofers give estimates and they were outrageously overpriced according to costs of roofing for our area. AMR is extremely easy to work with. They were an incredible help in dealing & meeting with our insurance company. They require no money upfront, show up on time, complete the job on time & throughly clean up. Having had bad experiences with other home repair contractors, it was so nice to deal with a company with integrity who does quality work. We highly recommend AMR.

I was very happy with my new Atlanta Metro Roofing roof. Everything from the initial estimate to the final inspection and cleanup (and everything in between) went really well. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. We even added some trim repairs unrelated to the roof that I asked if they could fix while they were here. Afterward, the only sign that they were here was a beautiful new roof with a good guarantee.

I have a ton of respect for Atlanta Metro Roofing after the recent installation of a new roof for my home. They are a real treasure. Protection of sensitive areas of the house and landscape that could potentially be damaged during the old roof demolition e.g. garage doors, shrubs, etc., were appropriately covered. The new roof looks great and I could not be happier!

Atlanta Metro Roofing was awesome throughout the whole process. They diagnosed the issue, helped me file an insurance claim for storm damage, met with my insurance company, and got me full funding of a roof replacement through insurance. They did the entire roof replacement as well as painting and drywall repair in the inside in one day. Workers were great and respectful and the owners of the company were calling me and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Highly recommend and will refer all of my friends and family to them.
