After 19 years it was obvious that my 3-tab shingled roof needed to be replace, especially since it was leaking. I consulted with a good friend who had some roofing work done and he recommended I call Eric Thomas. I also contacted two other roofing companies to get competitive bids. Eric was the only one who actually climbed up on the roof to do a close visual inspection.
Because he did that he was able to see, and show me pictures, of where the latest leak was coming from. Interestingly enough, it wasn't the roof, it was the siding on the chimney. It was that thoroughness however that gave me confidence that my friends recommendation was a good one. The Roofing Clinic replaced the roof (it was 19 years old and in bad shape) and repaired the chimney. During the entire process Eric was great to work with.

I experienced multiple roof leaks at my house and was shopping for a roofer. I was referred to Eric Thomas at The Roof Clinic. I called and received his inspection at a very next day. He was timely, courteous, professional, and informative. He explained to me the causes of leaks which were so easy to understand, and offer me a very reasonable price for the fix.
On the repair day, he came early, and started working diligently under very brightly sunny afternoon to get the roof repair done perfectly (hot and humid day). My experience with The Roof Clinic in general and Eric Thomas in specific was exceptional. Eric apparently set very high standards for any other roofers to follow. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their roof jobs done perfectly.

We have had a couple of very rainy winters in a row so I am very happy we had the roof replaced by Eric and the crew. I originally contacted them about a roof leak which they repaired but when another leak appeared in a different spot we decided on a new roof. Eric showed us where the nails were pulling up in different spots and said the previous roof was improperly installed. The replacement was prompt and done right as we have had no problems over these past couple of years.

We had a great experience with Eric Thomas from The Roof Clinic! He was timely, professional, kind and honest. We had a home inspector stating that the roof shingles were installed incorrectly and had Eric our to correct the problem. Eric inspected our roof and honestly told us that the shingles had been installed correctly and did not need any repairs. He even provided us with written documentation to provide to the buyers! I would definitely recommend Eric Thomas to anyone needing work done on their roof!

Eric is the best! Why do I keep calling roof clinic when I have issues with my roof? Its the courteous service I get from people like Eric. Hes always kind, fast to respond and fair in quoting out the repair. Even when its not something linked to the roof, they help id the leak and push you in the right direction to get it fixed.

I highly recommended The Roof Clinic. They were happy to work around my work schedule and sent someone quickly to inspect the damage to my home at a time that was convenient for me. Eric was prompt, great about explaining what was going on with my leak, how long it had been going on, and what I might do to easily repair some of the internal damage. He kept me posted as to the timeframe for the job, and sent me pictures of the work before, in-progress, and competed. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Roof Clinic again.

Update: After my review, Tomeka contacted me. Apparently this time of year has inundated them with a great deal of business and I somehow got lost in the shuffle. Realizing my urgent need for help, she offered an inspection the next day (Saturday) when they're normally closed. Eric came out and was a complete courteous professional. He offered advice on my roofing issue (chimney repair) And suggested a timeline for future roof maintenance.

Tomeka gave me a number to call. I left three messages over a week, and no one called me back. I called the main number and left a message with a live person for Tomeka. It's been at least two weeks now, and no one ever got back to me. My roof continues to leak.

We worked with Eric who was very professional and assisted us through the process of replacing our roof. During the initial consultation he inspected our roof and identified wind and hail damage sufficient to make a claim with our insurance company. He showed us the photos of the roof and explained in detail how the weather caused the damage. With that information we submitted a claim to our insurance company and proceeded to get a new roof from Eric.
The installation of the roof went smoothly. The end result was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. We did shop around with four different roofing companies. The estimates varied widely and so did the sales approaches. Some companies were more aggressive in their sales tactics and tried to push their extended warranties. We selected Eric because of his professionalism, communication, and follow through. I would highly recommend The Roof Clinic and Eric for all roofing needs.

Water coming through my ceiling and I thought it was going to be bad. Eric Thomas from The Roof Clinic was able to come out right away even though the weather was bad. Upon inspection, he shared that it was not the roof at all but an issue with the air conditioning system. He checked the rest of the roof out for any other issues but found none. I asked what I owed him for his time and he said nothing, just happy to help. I know who I will call in the future if the need ever comes up. Great company with great employees!

I could not recommend Roof Clinic enough. Eric and Tomeka were terrific to work with each step of the way. I had worked with Roof Clinic on a small leak a couple years ago. They were very pleasant then so when we had storm damage I knew just the people to call. Eric walked me through the steps with the insurance process and then arranged to meet the insurance adjuster at my house for the inspection.
We now have a new roof and the process could not have gone smoother. Tomeka is super sweet and kind over the phone and email and Eric is just an amazing dude in person and took care of us from beginning to end. Call this team for any roofing needs that you may have!

Tomika and Eric were top notch. They coordinated the review of our roof and saved us thousands of dollars by replacing the tiles as opposed to the entire roof which most of the other roofers wanted to do. Also was very responsive to give us our free estimate and complete the work. Will refer them to many neighbors and friends down the road.

I've had a lot of experience with roofing companies in the past couple years. The Roof Clinic is seated right at the top with one other company. Eric is very professional and easy to work with. When he visited my house he made the experience simple and pleasurable. Eric did nearly all of the communication with my insurance company. I thought that my roof would not get approved through my homeowners insurance but since Eric dealt with them I was able to get a new roof. Their office manager Tomeka is extremely organized and was readily available for any questions that I had. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof.
