Very professional, great service and quality work! We had a very old roof that had finally started leaking. Andy came out, did the inspection and then worked with our insurance company and their inspector to help us through the process. The office staff was very friendly, kept us informed through the whole process. The installation of the new roof went smoothly, it looks great and they cleaned up everything thoroughly at the end of the day. Overall a great experience with a quality family owned company, I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

I called Christian Brothers about a leak problem. Shane Lively came out to my home immediately and carefully diagnosed my problem. He carefully explained my options and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. We agreed on a solution and a price which was very reasonable. On the day agreed, the roof team arrived on time and got to work.

The Christian Brothers roofers had everything done in one day and cleaned up all the debris leaving my house in tip top shape. My roof works great and looks great! I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Christian Brothers Roofing.

Angie's list After a terrible experience with a roofing company and suffering from a small roof leak I called CBR. Shane assessed the small leak and told me how to quickly fix it myself (he would have fixed but it was raining at the time and materials needed to be dry). He waived the assessment/ trip charge and the advice was free. My faith in people with integrity restored! Next time I have an issue with my roof, CBR will be my choice.

This was a great project from start to finish. We were thoroughly orientated on all the details by Shane when we signed the contract. The price was right and the quality of the product was superior. Shame Lively was our contact for our roof needs. From initial contact through inspection and insulation he kept us informed on each step. The process with my insurance company was very easy. On the day of install the crew arrived on time and worked into the late afternoon to complete the job before the chance of rain. Clean up was super I think we found four nails that had fallen out of roll of dumpster. None of my wife's flowers or bushes were damaged! Could not ask for a better contact than Shane

Shane and Christian Brothers roofing helped me to install a beautiful roof for my house. Shane is very professional, and with his help, I filed a claim successfully. The roof installation team did a great job to finish the project in one day and cleaned every piece of trash around my yard. I am lucky to choose Christian Brothers Roofing and had a wonderful experience with Shane and the project team.

If there were 6 STAR I would use it! Professional all around. Shane meet and worked with my insurace adjuster several times. He was able to get everything coered by my insurance. He made this process plesurable. Management and Sales were on site to make sure job went smoothly. The installers were on time and completed the job in 1 day. It was a LONG day but it was a big crew.

I don't give out 5 stars, unless I receive a level of service higher than was expected. After moving in to our 1985 house in Roswell in late 2019, we used Christian Brothers for multiple 'small' issues. Each time they were timely, professional and extremely fair in regard the amount charged. Sometimes making repeat visits, free of charge, to resolve the initial issue.

After a significant storm we asked them to inspect the roof and they believed there was enough damage to justify a replacement, covered by insurance. From that moment, over the next two weeks, they COMPLETELY handled my project, dealing with the insurance company, and of course installing my new roof. I'm picky, and can normally find fault, even if constructive, in most service companies.

At this time, I have to say, I can't find one issue with the process of working with Christian Brothers, that could be improved. Of course, 'the proof of the pudding.' will be when we get our next storm and seeing that there are no issues, but at the moment, everything looks great. I can't recommend Christian Brothers more highly.

Christian Brothers replaced my roof recently and I have to give them the highest marks for quality and customer service. From the initial inspection, working with my insurance company, showing up on time, efficient installation and cleanup, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, they did it all with honesty, integrity, and excellent communication.

There was a problem with a roofing nail puncture in an HVAC line and they took care of the repair immediately. Thanks to Cory, Trevor, Chandler, Ashley for taking great care of your customers!

I am very impressed with this company's Roof Repair division, which I recently used due to a need for an emergency repair after a strong wind event caused massive roof leaking into my kitchen. Right from the first contact with the scheduling customer service agent, Ashley, who was very efficient and pleasant, to the actual roof repair expert, Gennadi, who was meticulous, it was a great experience to have chosen them. Gennadi did a very detailed, repair of the main leak and he identified several other areas that allowed rain to be penetrating my shingles, but not making it through the underlayment barriers, so I couldn't see the leak inside the home. Also, it was nice to have someone who speaks clear English explain the nature of the leak and how it was repaired, a rare occurrence in the construction and repair trade industry in our area.

After several rain events after my repair, I am so happy to now be bone dry and have this major stress of the leak now removed. It's great to have a roofing company with such a terrific repair division to go along with what I understand to be a top notch new roof and reroof division for the larger projects. I understand this from conversations with insurance adjusters and real estate agents who told me of their top tier reputation.

Long story but I am very happy with CBR. The whole crew from Ashley, Shane and Chandler did an amazing job taking care of what I needed. They were super professional, responsive and cared about my situation. Ashley took great ownership of my project and set me up with Shane as he came out and worked with me in getting everything set up. Chandler as project manger stayed with his 2 fantastic crews and made sure the project was done to my satisfaction and in great time. We are extremely happy with our experience having Barry and the Christian Brothers team replace our roof. It starts with the estimates I got from all the big companies you see / hear on commercials and having the sales rep go above and beyond to understand my needs. We had some unique requests due to having new windows and siding installed around the roof replacement and every question or request was promptly addressed.

There was a long delay with the delivery of the windows and Barry worked to ensure their work fit into my schedule. On the day of the work, both the sales rep and the quality lead were on site to ensure the crew understood the specifics of the work and to ensure the materials I requested got installed and completed. I am so impressed with the oversight of the job (was there the entire time!) and attention to detail that everyone had to make sure I had the best roof possible.

Once the claim was settled, they quickly got our roof replacement underway and completed in a single day. Shane was very good at clearly communicating the process and expectations throughout the process. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Roofing.

I am really impressed with Christian Brothers Roofing. Their install team was amazing. Shane, in sales, came out twice to ensure that my quote was accurate and to my satisfaction. I don't know if my driveway has ever been as clean as when the install was finished. Not a single nail left! I even ran my own magnet on the driveway and came up empty. My roof had two layers so they changed out the dumpster at Noon so it didn't overflow. I had estimates from four roofing companies and Christian Brothers was the most affordable. My husband and I feel that we received great value and service for a great price!

WHAT I HAVE BEEN POSTING ON THE INTERNET

My parents had Christian Brothers put a roof on their house in 2015. There was nothing done correctly which we just found out about. Towards the end of the job we learned the roofer wasnt really a roofer, he told us he was a painter but he knew what he was doing. His workers he picked up downtown in front of the labor pool.

In 2016 water was leaking in the house from around the skylight. We called Christian Brothers and Mary Kate insisted the skylights were bad etc. THEY WERE NOT LEAKING BEFORE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS REPLACED THE ROOF. Blamed everyone else except for her company, didnt even want to send anyone out to take a look at it. My mom was having the bathroom widen 3 feet to make it handicap accessible for my dad who is a 23 year USAF veteran and was diagnosed with agent orange from the Vietnam war.

The roofer that did the roofing for the 3 foot extension of the house was the first to tell us the roof was improperly installed so to buy some time I placed some sealant around the skylights. Fast forward to present day. Skylights started leaking like a river a month ago so we called USAA, our homeowners insurance company, they sent out their own company and did a complete roof inspection and determined the entire roof was installed incorrectly from crooked shingles, to nails backing back out of the shingles, to NO FLASHING AROUND THE SKYLIGHTS OR CHIMNEY, to the weave valleys not being done correctly and all they did was put tar or sealant down the weave valley to keep it from leaking.

The cost to USAA was 3800.00 so far which they are going after Christian Brothers to get reimbursement, I wish them luck on that since Christian Brothers owner has 33 liens against him and has filed bankruptcy twice. If anyone else is having issues with Christian Brothers email me at fuma1986@earthlink.net to possibly start a class action lawsuit.

If we prove fraud, which we can since they were a fly by night business in North Carolina and they dont honor their 10 year warranty, we can go after both Rick Olson and Mary Kate Bryan personally as their LLC wont protect them in fraud cases. I personally will be filing a lawsuit against them in Georgia since the maximum is 15K in small claims court so we can go after them for the entire roof cost and the damage done in a bedroom that doesnt meet the deductible amount.

My friend is a lawyer in the Atlanta area so he will be handling it when he gets back from deployment at the end of the month. If anyone else wants my friends contact info feel free to ask.
