Bonner Built replaced a roof on our home in Roswell following storm damage. They were polite, professional, and timely in every step of the process. Knowledgable and sincere people who walked us through every aspect from appraisal to clean-up. The quote was exactly what they charged. The roofers were courteous and respectful, clean-up couldn't have been better. If you are in the market for a new roof, have an insurance claim, or need a roof repair I highly recommend Bonner Built. My insurance company made it my responsibility to select a contractor. Jason took the time necessary to help me determine the best products and color selections available for my roof restoration including gutter replacements. Within a week, the work was completed. We are very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the Bonner Built, the entire team as well as the end to end experience. Jason continues to exceed my expectation and even responds immediately months after the work has been accomplished.

I needed a new roof. Storms over the years finally killed the OE roof on my 15 year old home. I had neighbors that had recommended David and the entire Bonner Built team. I reached out and Bonner Built took care of the rest. The job was scheduled to be done 2 days after insurance approval and they were in and out in less than 12 hours. The roof looks great, every concern I had was taken care of and the experience was flawless! They even picked up the extra materials on a Saturday so it wasn't left in my yard all weekend. Top-notch experience all the way. Highly recommend these folks!

Jeff Costigan from Bonner Built has completed my roof installation for my home and building. I have referred him to many of my neighbors and he has done an excellent job. Recently, my neighbor had tree work completed on their property and a limb hit the corner of my building. Jeff and the Bonner Built team were available and are coordinating with the Tree company to repair my building. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Bonner Built.

The entire experience with Bonner Built was nothing short of fantastic. Dee was professional, responsive, and courteous throughout my entire roof replacement project. She made professional recommendations when requested and she really took all of my concerns into consideration as well. All the workers were very respectful of my property. Bonner Built did a great job helping me with my roof replacement. They worked diligently with my insurance company to help me get this replaced through the insurance. Dee was a great help keeping me updated on the progress of the claim and letting me know when the materials and workers would be arriving at my house to perform the work. I also needed new gutters and they helped me with that as well. The new gutters help maintaining the roof water away from my house and help with curb appear. I would definitely recommend Bonner Built.

I want to thank the guys over at Bonner Built for helping us out big time. Our home in Roswell had some hail damage from the storm last June, and unless the rep from Bonner Built knocked on our door and offered a free inspection, we wouldn't have known how bad it was. Apparently you only have a year to file a claim when storm damage happens, which the rep educated us about.

They did amazing work, were super professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly encourage anyone needing a roof or worried they had storm damage to use this company.

Bonner Built is awesome! Following a weeks' worth of research on local roofers (price quotes, availability, online reviews - lots of reviews) I called Jason Bonner and had an appointment a few days later. Mrs. Dee arrived at my home and quickly got down to business surveying the roof via her drone (SO COOL!). That was one powerful drone! It was major windy and cold that day but Dee maneuvered the drone perfectly over my home and captured detailed high-def images.

Because of Dee and her teammate's exceptional details, care and honesty during the quoting phase, we hired Bonner to replace the entire roof as well as address some interior painting repairs. Dee and her team stayed close to the project and communicated often during the entire effort. From 6AM-6PM the team worked to install the new roof. I watched the entire process from my car - the installation was highly choreographed (including which crew member had to get lunch).

A couple days later the painters arrived to paint the interior. They were super careful when entering/leaving (removing shoes every time) so as not to leave a single sign that they were in the house. Unbelievable care and attention to detail were made. Professionalism is very important to us and the painters exceeded our expectations in every way.

We have plans to use Bonner again for future projects (painting and gutters) once this COVID-19 issue is behind us or at least better understood. Thank you to Dee, Melissa, Jason, and the entire Bonner Built team.
