The new roof looks fantastic and I appreciate the extra effort you put into this project to work around both the poor weather and the other contractors working on- site at the same time.

-1 Google Star Rating: Dear William Jeremy Brimer, In October, 2021, we hired R4 Restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc to complete reconstruction services in our home. The week of October 25, 2021, we gave R4 Restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc. a key to our home and vacated the property for your company to begin the drywall and hardwood floor work in our home. Events from October 25, 2021 - November, 2021: On November 1, 2021, we received a call and email communication from Hasani Embden who inquired about the reconstruction payment. Hasani Embden provided us with a scope/estimate total for the drywall and hardwood floor work only and we issued payment to R4 restoration/ Brimer Construction on November 3, 2021 in the amount of $6,000.00 as full payment via QuickBooks.

On November 3, 2021, we returned to our home in bitter disbelief and shock as we discovered its horrific condition: Home Doors UNLOCKED for approx. 5 days by drywaller and flooring company(Chris Hutchins, the R4 project manager did not check our home to ensure that it was locked after drywaller and flooring company left the premises) o 2021 Range Rover (in garage) covered with wood dust and wood particles from the flooring company cutting wood in our driveway with the garage door open. o Other personal property in our garage damaged by wood dust and wood particles. o A couch full of wood particles was placed on our bed in the Master Bedroom by the flooring company.

Please note: Master Bedroom door was closed when we vacated our home and we did not give permission for this room to be opened and accessed. o Poly was haphazardly brushed on and/or dripped on our staircase risers, quarter rounds, baseboards, staircase, staircase balusters, kitchen bar, white cabinets and other areas besides the hardwood floors. o Flooring Dust on personal property all over our home despite R4 Restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc. response that ALL personal property was covered in our home during the reconstruction period. o Trash left in our basement from the drywaller o Trash left in our kitchen on the countertop from the flooring company (i.e. dirty work rags, water bottles and etc.) o Floor glue on the basement floor as a result of the drywallers not covering the floor. However, per R4 restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc. scope, plastic coverings were used throughout the house and charged on the estimate o Dirt and Dust encompass our entire home despite the hundreds of dollars for property protection plastic that R4 Restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc. listed on their scope of work/estimate and charged us for. o Walls that were attempted to be repaired by your drywaller had blotches of sheetrock mud on them and exposed drywall tape.

Per R4 Restoration/ Brimer Construction, Inc., the walls were ready to be painted on 11/1/2021. There was not ONE wall ready to be painted. This reconstruction work was totally INCOMPLETE and per other Georgia licensed general contractors, all work will need to be redone due to poor workmanship which is a charge we expect R4 Restoration/ Brimer Construction, Inc. to pay for since they have refused to repair their poor workmanship. o Cracks and spaces on "Newly" installed hardwood floors. Floors need to be replaced.

This is a charge we expect R4 Restoration/Brimer Construction, Inc. to pay for since they have refused to repair their poor workmanship. o On November 9, 2021, we had to vacate our home again in order for the flooring company to correct poor workmanship issues. We incurred hotel and food expenses of approximately $1,000.00 that R4 Restoration/ Brimer Construction, Inc. has refused to pay.

To date, William Jeremy Brimer has refused to provide us with a revised scope of work/ estimate as well as correct and or repair any of the poor workmanship areas in our home that we paid in full for in the amount of $6,000.00 on 11/3/2021. R4 Restoration please resolve this matter with us and remove the erroneous property lien that you filed on our home in the amount of 13,176.11, February 10, 2022. Thanks The Stevenson's- Homeowners

I'm so happy I found Jeremy and his team at R4! A friend referred me years ago and since then R4 has helped me with work at two houses and a business property over the years. When a tree fell on my house during a storm, they handled the insurance companies and got me every possible dollar to repair my house. And they do great work! When we had an emergency structural issue at our business, Jeremy came in over the weekend to help make a temporary repair, and then found a way to get the full repair completed despite significant obstacles. On top of all that, I've always found them to operate with the utmost integrity. I would recommend R4 to anyone.

R4 made our home remodeling dreams come true. This was our first big remodel at our home of 15 years, so we were very apprehensive and unsure of the process. Jeremy, Chris, Paulo, Hasani, and the rest of the team, held our hands and stepped us through the process. From start to finish, they were there for us. They listened attentively to our concerns and addressed them all.

More than just providing a construction service, they helped us with design features and instilled us with confidence that we wouldn't have had without them shepherding us through, step by step. My experience was 5 star even though there were a few bumps in the road, precisely because at R4, they really care about their craft and obviously their customers as well. I have over 20 years working as a claims adjuster. Specifically, handling Homeowner's Insurance claims. When I had a water damage claim to my rental property, I wasn't familiar with local contractors since I've been away from the area for about 10 years. R4 Restoration was one of the companies I called and they stood out from the initial contact. I was going to be in the area for only 2 days and they were able to accommodate my schedule.

They came out to meet me and inspect the damage while I was in town. Throughout the claim, the R4 team represented, and exceeded, the qualities I was looking for in a contractor. R4 did an excellent job of redoing our entire walk-in tile shower after a botched attempt by a previous person. However, unfortunately there was a small defect in the shower liner that was used, and it caused a very slow leak over time (about 1.5 years). So why am I giving R4 a Five-star review if the original installation failed? It's simple, it's because of how Paulo, Matthew, Gabby and others handled themselves once the problem was brought to their attention.

Once they verified where the leak was coming from, they promptly began work on repairing the entire floor of the shower, without any cost to me, under warranty. They also took the time to understand what went wrong during the initial install, and made sure to remedy it. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and courteous. It's rare that you find a company that stands behind their work nowadays, R4 is one of those companies.

R4 took care of us when we had some roof damage due to hailstorm. We also had some interior repair needed due to water leak from the roof. They were fast, communicative, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I trust them and it was a pleasure working with them and I'd highly recommend R4!
