There was a hail storm in my area last night. Joshua Ross and his team came to my place in the morning and did a thorough inspection of our roof. They were very professional and told me, after a detailed inspection, that my roof was good and didn't have any damages. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency, and will make sure I call them if I have any issues with my roof in the future.

Douglas Construction did a great job on my roof. This was not going through insurance so they provided me with an estimate, which was reasonable for an architectural shingle, and I accepted. They scheduled me out and did the work, cleaned up properly, and everything was great. I would recommend. They are licensed and insured so that gave me a peace of mind.

We went through alot to get started but the insurance company got their part done. It was like clock work. In and out with excellent work. I must say the they have a great bunch of guys running the show. They kept me informed all the way until the end. Awesome I have the nicest house on my street. With those gutters. It's nice

We had a great experience with Douglas Construction between May - August of 2024 as they helped us navigate the process of replacing our entire roof and gutter system. This job also involved the removal and re-installation of our solar panels. They did a fantastic job and were so easy to work with. I recommend them fully and will gladly use them again.

Very responsive and friendly. Didn't even charge me for caulking to resolve a minor leak. Casey was awesome!

Overall, Douglas Construction helped me get my roof fixed when my insurance was trying to not pay out. Sarah Burnap consistently helped me followed up with QBE as they dropped the ball over and over. She was patient as QBE lost my files, neglected to attach them to my case, fired their own personnel handling my case, and generally tried to get rid of me.

Once we finally received the approval we were owed, Rome Bailey took good care getting my roof replaced quickly and professionally. I appreciate the hard work the whole team put into taking great care of me.

My project manager, Rome was AMAZING not only he helped me to file the claim but mostly he came by when the insurance sent their diagnose ppl, he went through everything with them to make sure they don't miss anything, he was actually working directly with my insurance agent, I didn't really have to deal with them, Rome GOT ME SO MUCH MORE than just the new roof, the insurance approved only portion of the gutters, only 1 garage door, didn't approve the METAL roofing I have above the porch and above the top sides of the garage, even new fireplace top metal and such. HE made the insurance to change some of the pricing to cover better the material and the job done by the gutters and metal roof installers, got them to approved, ALL GUTTERS, 2 GARAGE DOORS, the Metal roof and more so I totally believe if not for this amazing company and Rome's dedication to this project, I would have ended up with just a new roof but I got so much more Also always available on the phone for anything, if I had concerns about somethings besides just the roof, he came by to fix it, always on time to the dot! Douglas worked with my insurance company throughout and made multiple trips out to my property (quite a distance). The crew finished the new roof in a day, and cleaned everything up perfectly even using magnets to make sure no nails in the yard. Great job and I highly recommend! Douglas Construction was one of many companies that came through my neighborhood after a storm last spring. The rep that came by my house was great in following up at my requested intervals and was always polite and communicative. When I was ready to have the roof work done he worked with me and the insurance company a file claim and payment received quickly.

On the day of install I selected for December, 2021, the team showed up as expect and knocked out the removal and replacement all in one day with a project manager on site to answer any questions I might have while the team was working. I would certainly use Douglas Construction again should the need come up.
