Regency Roofing ShakeMasters installed our roof after the hurricane 2005. Since that time we have used them to inspect, clean and treat our roof routinely as suggested. They have done an outstanding job every time following their restoration contract completely. We would recommend this company and appreciated their professional and courteous service.

Be CAUTIOUS! I've experienced a TOTAL LACK of customer service. I purchased a home with a Regency Roof, and a valid Warrantee in place. I noticed a leak during September or October and immediately called and left a message, as well as sending a registered letter (as per their warranty requirements). Since then I have left several voice messages asking for assistance.
Finally a representative came out once I got someone on the phone. He informed me that he needs to get the owner to have a look because this was apparently a problem area in the past, and they will get back to me. It's December, and many messages later, I still haven't heard from the owner. No Phone call, No email, No message of any kind. I am being forced to seek legal advice.
