Mark replaced my roof about 15 months ago. We gave a great review then, but wanted to provide an update. I just had an exterminator on my roof. Mark and team were very professional. I hired them to fix a leaking garage roof. They were quick to come by and give a reasonable quote. The finished work is excellent. When I noticed a few broken roof tiles in another area they took care of it while they were there; no problem. All around great experience from start to finish.

After having Mark Terlep Roofing do roofs for several friends and family, it was finally my turn for his services. I love how he walked me around the house pointing out problem areas, and his solution to the problems. He was upfront about his jobs ahead of mine, and was very communicative about weather set backs about the start of the job. Once, the job started, the workers showed up exactly when they said they would be there, the crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. After the job was finished, he was totally prepared for the inspection and the inspector to make sure the job was finished the first time!

Mark was on time for our inspection and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He provided feedback on the overall roof quality and the repair that was needed. Mark was honest and didn't try to upsell our repair into a full re-roof like other companies had. The repair was scheduled and done within 2 days of us signing the contract with Mark. The repairman fixed the roof and you can hardly tell a repair was needed as the shingles match perfectly.

The quality of the work was exceptional and the price was extremely reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Mark Terlep Roofing and will use them again if our roof needs any additional work.

Completely happy with service. Start to finish, Mark was personable and informative. He took time to discuss and explain options, pros and cons, and the steps from quote to final inspection. The entire process was exactly as described. I have an approx. 2300 sq ft roof that required tearing off the old shingles and paper, replacing several sections of roof decking, replacing several sections of fascia board, and application of new paper and shingles. Crews showed up at 0700 last Wednesday and completed the reroofing on Friday around 1200.

The inspector approved the final at noon on Monday. Having never gone through a roof replacement before, it was great to have someone that put us at ease and answered all our questions. The crews were professional and did a good job at cleaning up after each days work. The onsite foreman was receptive to questions and kept us informed on start and quit times daily. Mark stopped by to check on progress throughout the project. The roof looks fantastic and now there is less worry about its condition with hurricane season fast approaching.

Mark Terlep Roofing did a great job on a roof replacement. I got 3 proposals and went with Terlep Roofing based on his experience and references. He outlined what he was going to do and it went according to plan. He made the experience an easy one. Upon completion he handed me a folder with all the paperwork including the inspection report and lien releases. I would definitely recommend Terlep Roofing!

If you need a reliable roofer, this is your company. I couldn't get anyone to even return my calls let alone come out to repair 2 cracked roof tiles. They responded in a timely manner and the work was done right. NO complaints. I highly recommend them.

If you are in need of a roof, look no further. We had 5 companies come out to estimate our house for roof replacement. Mark Terlep is the only company that went up on the roof. Was here for a solid 35 to 40 minutes showing me different issues he noticed. Took time to answer any question I had. Explained what would be done, etc etc. His crew is hands down the best. Polite, courteous, respectful of our property. Cleaned everything up before leaving each day, showed up at the time they stated they would be there.

THE BEST ROOFERS HANDS DOWN! Do not bother calling anyone else! I had several roofers give me an estimate on a leak front of my house and they were quoting me $1k and up. Somehow I knew this was not a leak from my roof. Finally I found this company and Bobbi came out. He confirmed some good news- It was not a leak from my roof. It was from my window.

He told me how to fix it myself as I asked him. And no more leak my friends. 6 months later I had a crazy leak in the back of house and Bobbi told me exactly what is wrong and sent me a conservative estimate to fix it. They came quickly during rainy season and fixed it. Charlene handled arrangements and payment - super woman here. She handles a lot for this busy roofing company.

After reading roofing reviews I decided to go with Mark Terlep Roofing and I am so grateful I did! With all the storms we have had he was backed up with work so I did have to wait longer than anticipated but the wait was well worth it! His crew came out and had the entire roof redone in a day and a half. They were professional, clean and worked harder than a camel crossing the Sierra Desert in this heat! I am so grateful for the gorgeous new roof and would recommend Mark Terlep Roofing to everyone!

Mark is a gentleman, thorough, professional and absolutely the best in the business. He came recommended to me by a friend who has had four roofs put on by his company. They all look fantastic. My roof is perfect. He added a few extras at my request above and beyond the contract at minimal cost. I also recieved a quote that was $1500 under my budget for the total cost.

So I didn't even have to shop around. His foreman is polite and professional and his team is kind and hard working. I have young kids in the house and these guys ran magnets over my yard two or three times to clear nails and make the yard safe. I highly recommend this company.
