Ranger Roofing is a top notch company with a knowledgeable staff. From the front office of Tracy and Stacey to Rubio the foreman of the workers. Rubio went the extra mile to find my tiles and went to Miami to do so. Their team of roofers were an incredible part of the company. They took me through the entire process of taking quality pictures of the work that needed to be done to the finished and completed roof. Looks absolutely amazing, can't say enough. I would recommend them as they are honest and they keep to their promises. You will not be disappointed.

It took me many calls to get someone out here for a quote. When they finally came they said I would get a call within 24 hours. 48 hours later no call, no follow up, no price, nothing, nada, zippo. I spoke to a Tracey and she said that no-one got back to her on a price. Bologna, so why does she not call him and then call me with the delay. Nope no call whatsoever.

Very very unprofessional. I was all set to use this company without even getting another quote based on the online reviews. Now it makes me wonder if all those reviews are friends writing them. I went with another company that got back to me in 1 hour and quoted me right away and the price was very fair. Would never ever recommend these folks if they can not even call you, if they can not even give you a timely quote how can they be trusted to do your roof work. Not me that is for sure.

Ranger roofing installed a new roof 3 years ago and they guarantee it for 10 years but when I developed a leak and call them, I was very disappointed with their respond. My first call to the office went unanswered, left message and no one called me back. I then called their representative Jim, through his cell number that I still had from when then the new roof was installed 3 years earlier. Jim answered the phone and came out the next day and saw the leak.

He saw what was causing it and agreed that it was covered by their guarantee. Jim said it was a small job and he will get someone over ASAP to repair it. After three days and no one had shown up I again called Jim and he did not answered so I left message for him to call me with an ideal of when someone would repair the leak. Mean while the afternoon showers still coming and water pouring into my house.

Now a week later still Jim nor his office has return my calls nor no one has showed up to fix the leak. Very disappointed. I paid top dollar to get new roof from Ranger Roofing because of their reputation and quality of work. I didn't expect to have a leak 3 years later and their lack of action to repair it.

Ranger did a superb job replacing my roof. Not only is the work quality itself far above average, their attention to detail at the job site (daily pickup, organization of materials, etc) stood out as among the best I have seen in any project. Each days work was completed as planned, with clear communication and the few issues and changes were documented and explained in detail. Overall, this is a quality company with staff that work daily to uphold their (already sterling) reputation. Call them, you wont be disappointed.

Ranger Roofing is a breath of fresh air! I am so tired of contractors delaying work and coming up with excuses! But not RANGER! They come when they say they will come. They do the work they are contracted to do. They keep in touch and monitor the activity. Working with the office staff is a true pleasure! I have had a completely positive experience. I will be delighted to recommend Ranger Roofing to all my neighbors and friends!

Critical: Responsiveness It took Ranger roofing 4 weeks to get out to my company to look at the job to quote. After another 3.5 weeks of waiting(and multiple phone calls) We were informed they were NOT going to bid our roof repair. Lost many weeks of time and still have a safety concern for our employees.

I've had the great pleasure of working with Ranger Roofing on numerous projects and you can't beat the professionalism and assistance that Kim and Stacey provide. From the start of the projects all the way through to the final inspections. They always make sure every I is dotted and T crossed. I look forward to working with them on jobs in the future. Ranger was fantastic. Kim and Stacey were awesome, they kept us informed every step of the way from start to finish. Kim actually called on Saturday just to make sure everything was going ok! When they said they were going to be here, they were here! The roof looks great! I would highly recommend them to everyone. I don't see anyway it could have been better. I'm so sorry that I can't give this company a good review. From beginning to end the job was a fiasco. Over a month later I'm still picking up nails and debris from all over my house. We weren't impressed by the workmanship.the foreman really didn't pay attention to the quality of the job. We even had to rip out some of the work done and start over. We were disappointed from Start to finish.

Their office staff is disorganized and while it took them multiple appointments to get a guy out to look at our roof they never sent me a quote. With this kind of "service" I'd be worried about the quality of their work. I will never call them again.

I'm going to make this review short and sweet. If you are looking for repairs or a new roof, don't look any further. This is the company you should use and if you don't you may regret it later. I called and met with a lot of roofing companies and Ranger Roofing stood high above the rest. Of course I didn't know this at first but I shortly figured it out.

They are organized, competitive on pricing, and professional. You don't find these qualities most of the time when dealing with contractors or roofing companies. I was impressed from the beginning until the end with this company. Save yourself the headaches of searching for the right company and trust me. I was referred to Ranger Roofing by my brother who had used them for a re-roof a few years ago on his home in Los Mangos, Boynton Beach. He was very happy with their work, so they were my first and last call! My roof was leaking in a small area, and the soffit near the leak was damaged as well. The man who came out to give me a free estimate was very professional and punctual. Every employee that I spoke to in the office, or that came to my house was very friendly, and they completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Just completed a huge repair on my roof. One of the best and most professional companies I have ever worked with. Thank you everyone for a great job!

I'll start by saying I did not initially select Ranger Roofing to work on my house, I purchased a house in 2013 whose roof was replaced in 2005 by Ranger Roofing. The roof was replaced with Dimensional shingles, which typically last 30-45 years depending on which shingle is used. Eight years into this roof, it leaks. I called Ranger Roofing to get a repair/replacement estimate and they concurred the roof should not need replacement, but maybe repair and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday.

Not ideal, because the actual work would wait till the next week at a minimum, but I accepted the appointment. Come Friday, no show and no call. I called Ranger Roofing and they apologized the person was tied up at a previous job, so we re-scheduled for Monday morning. 7:58 AM on Saturday morning, a knock on the door, it's the estimator who was supposed to show up Friday.

He went on the roof and I joined him. He and his co-worker marked multiple places where roofing nails were visibly showing, not even covered by shingles. I'm not a roofing expert, but that looks like a workmanship issue. not a shingle failure and I'm surprised the roof passed inspection by the city. The estimator said I would receive a call on Monday with a price quote and any warranty info.

Of course, the call never came, so I called Monday afternoon and was told I'd receive a call back in a few minutes. Never came. On Thursday, I called back and was told they were still waiting on the report from the estimator, but I would receive a call that afternoon or Friday morning. Friday morning came and went, no call, so I called again and was told the estimator could not give a price, so they are waiting on a price from Larry the owner.

The lady in the office was clear this is not warranty work, as I did not originally pay for the roof. No mention that a 30-45 year shingle roof lasted 8 or less. I'm still waiting on a price to repair the roof they installed. hence 1 star for communication and workmanship. I'll update if they come out and repair and it holds. no word yet.

After my roof started leaking and needed repair not too long ago, Ranger Roofing came by and did an absolutely wonderful job! They finished the entire roof job in one day, which kind of surprised me, and we've not had any problems at all since then. All of their workers are extremely professional and polite and helped us out the entire way thru the project. I don't think I could get any better of an experience from anyone else!
