Price of roofing was fair in relation to 2 other estimates. Final decision to choose your company over others was when I asked salesman to come out and answer a few question that I had and bring a couple of samples, and he responded immediately to my call and was out the next day.

The job went extremely smoothly. Very pleased to have a completed project in two days. All members of the team worked well. No hidden extra repair charges. Thanks for a great job!.

Wow, what a change. New owner? New management? They previously did work for me and it was acceptable. This time, getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth. First, I was told- "as past customer, we will try and get you scheduled this week." Next phone call was " I think we are too busy to do your job" finally they arrived after 2 weeks and the estimator decided to put his ladder on my gutter and bent it and scratched off the paint. Doesn't every roofer know this is NOT where you put a ladder? Then after denting my gutter told me "easy job, we should be able to schedule something soon". Then never heard from them again. They won't here from me again either.

We wanted to replace a fragile clay tile roof with composite shingles before the rainy season started. Marco Roofing's bid was competitive and we felt most comfortable working with Chad. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions and he answered each one promptly. Called Marco roofing to replace a broken skylight. They were prompt in their responses and came in to provide a free estimate. I also compared their quote with others and found this to be competitive. They won my business purely because they responded to my questions fast (the other business did not). There was a considerable wait time for the skylight they ordered but once it was available, they came in and replaced it just in time for a few days of wind and bad thunderstorms. I am glad I got it fixed in time. I cannot climb onto the roof to check the quality of work but seems to be holding on well for now.

I had an existing leak in the upstairs chimney bedroom wall that I tried to repair myself two years ago, unsuccessfully. I had contacted several contractors for an estimate a few weeks ago, and two could not come out or were too busy. Chad came out for an estimate last week to repair that area plus fix other areas that had problems with the concrete tiles in providing water intrusion sealing.

There were several broken tiles in other areas of the roof. The crew came today and finished the repair. Rain is expected tomorrow so Marco Roofing did an excellent customer service by responding so quickly.

We had a fire place removed and the removal of the chimney left a big hole in our roof. I called 5 different roofers I found from Yelp. Marco Roofing was the only one that called me back. Our contact was Mr. Michael Creeden. He got our hole in the roof patched before the rain came. And given we are in the middle of a pandemic and how busy all contractors are, that is no small thing. Working with them was a professional experience. I got estimates from a number of companies, and prices ranged from $20-$50k. with the exception of few, I didn't get any details of this cost estimate. Chad from Marco was very clear-cut in his communication, showed up on time for estimate. Marco's estimate was very reasonable and competitive.

Our experience with Marco Roofing was first-rate all the way. We were immediately impressed when Chad was the only one (of four bidders) who actually went up on the roof as part of his cost-estimating process. (The other three companies sent salesmen who wanted to sit down with us and leaf through binders with glossy photos of roofs and various certificates of quality.) Ultimately, Chad's bid was very reasonable and realistic compared to the others-it was the only one that reflected the fact that we had two layers of existing roof that needed to be removed.

Once the work started, the Marco Roofing crew was all business and efficiency. We both work at home, so we had a chance to observe the work as it was being done. All the tasks were well-coordinated, and there was very little downtime. During work breaks, we had a chance to talk a bit with some of the workers, and they all took pride in their work; some had been with the company for a decade or more.

At the end of each day, they always made sure to clean up thoroughly, and there was never any debris left in the yard or driveway. Our overall impression is that Marco Roofing epitomized professionalism, from our first meeting with Chad to all of the members of the roofing crew. When the project was done, one of our neighbors told us he had been impressed with the efficient, no-nonsense approach of Marco Roofing. We give Marco Roofing our highest recommendation.

Next, I called the number provided.

I just thought that the business owner should know that there's this administrative glitch and nobody can reach them.

This my second time that I using Marco Roofing, , the first time was at home in North San Jose and they did a great job then. And I am still happy with the job at my home. Marco Roofing did an excellent job. I had damage to my roof and contacted a couple of other roofers first. They all said I needed a new roof from24k-30k I saw Marco doing a job in my neighborhood and asked them to stop by. They looked at the roof and said all I need was maintenance and a few tile replaced as well as the flashing, Their cost was 1700.00 to tuneup the roof quite a difference. I have Marco roofing work on my houses for the last 20 years. They have always been very responsive and their work is of high quality. The roof types that they have done for me are asphalt shingles and synthetic tiles. Jobs range from re-roofing the entire house to roofing of an addition that needed to match the existing tiles. All the jobs were first rate, the crew are professional and courteous. Job site clean up afterwards is first rate. I will definitely work with Marco in any future roofing needs.
