I highly recommend Mandana Roofing. I used them to replace my gutters. While inspecting in order to provide me with a quote they uncovered a number of broken tiles and replaced them as part of the job. The person I worked through was very courteous and informative. presenting all my options with pros and cons. The crew that performed the installation was completely informed as to all the changes that I had requested. They respected our property and cleaned up after they finished. I asked them to make some minor changes, which they did promptly. I would ue them again.

Major price gouging! They called me at 6 PM the night before my appointment to tell me it would be a $400 fee just to look at the roof. We told them exactly what we needed and they could just give us a price plus we had provided pictures prior to the appointment. I have never had a roofing company charge to come out and look at a roof. And $400 is gouging to say the least.

I would never use this company. If they charge $400 for a 10 minute appointment you can imagine what they would charge for repairs or to replace the roof. Plenty of other honest roofers out there.

My only regret - if you can call it that - is knowing we won't see Manada Roofing again. Why? Because Manada Roofing worked closely with us to address our safety during the covid-19 pandemic from bid to invoice. Because they did such a great job with our new steel, fire- resistant, standing seam roof. Because their crew was on-time, focused and took care of details. Removing the old roof, repairing the decking and laying underlayment to installing the new roof (and tidying up) only took six workdays.

And because - one more thing - we also noticed our home is definitely much cooler during hot weather. Talk to Enedina Perez soon about an estimate. You won't be disappointed.

I needed a new roof before installing a solar photovoltaic system. I got about 5 or 6 quotes and Manada roofing gave me one of the best quotes in term of price and the people seemed nice and not snobby like some contractors are. The work was done quickly and they even were able to move some vents within the same estimate. Moving the vents allowed for more solar panels to be installed. Highly recommended business.

Raymond was extremely helpful when it came to educating us on the type of roof we wanted to have installed. The metal roof turned out beautifully, and the custom gutters and downspouts finished the job nicely. I would highly recommend Manada Roofing to anyone who is looking to receive a quality product and timely installation.

From the first contact with Manada through Ruben (the estimator) through the completion of the project was 5 stars. This is an honest and reliable company. The price quote was fair and reasonable. From the tear down to the finished product, workmanship and crews were excellent and respectful, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. I have two types of roofing.

They installed 30 year Corning shake and 50 year Membrane, along with gutters. There was more work than expected, but they did not charge for it. Also, they were able to work within my tight schedule and get the project done before the rain. Manada Roofing installed new metal roofing at our home in Hayward and the experience from start to finish was great! I called to make an appointment for a quote and within a couple days Ray came by the house to check everything out and show us our options and I had a quote that week. Upon pulling the trigger on the new roof I made the deposit payment over the phone and material orders were placed. Enedina was my main point of contact in the office and she was always extremely helpful with updates, scheduling and payments.

The field was just as great. Pascual was very friendly, helpful and informative. I loved that his main priority was always that we were satisfied with the work and that any and all questions were answered. There was one minor bit of trade damage during the demolition of the existing tile roof where it appeared someone had accidentally stepped through ceiling drywall and the very same day it was patched, taped and textured then painted the following day.

This small incident showed that Manda Roofing is a company that stands behind their work, owns up to any mistakes or issues and addresses them promptly which I respect very much. Our overall experience with Manada Roofing was very pleasant and all their staff was great. I hope to do business with them all again and have already recommended them to a neighbor looking to have their roof replaced as well.

Manada Roofing completed a roof project on my home in Oakland's Rockridge District in 2017. My neighbor across the street is a general contractor and was amazed by their skill, quality and thorough work! I rehired them this Summer to replace a tar and gravel roof for our beach house in Bodega Bay with TPC roofing material. Got onto their schedule quickly!

All communication was smooth, professional and courteous. This company has fantastic customer service. There were 1-2 spots that needed to be sealed after the job completed and, true to form, they came right out and fixed the problem with a smile.

We recently had our roof replace due to rodent problems and through the rain we found leaks. They came by and gave us an estimate and we thought it was reasonable but the worker was impatient after asking several questions. We didn't felt like his customer service was up to par. Then decide to go with another company. Learn your customer service before doing business. Because he wasn't professional they lost a customer. I hope the management can address that issue before they start losing more business.

We needed our gutters redone and we called Manada after remembering them from downtown hayward street party and we love to support local businesses. Ruben came out gave us an estimate and the job was done that same weekend. Fast reliable friendly service highly recommend!

Professional, fast response, fair price. We needed to have the gutters done. They came the next day to give us the estimate. It was fair price that we decided to use them. There were three people working that they finished the job in one day. We are very please with the out come. Highly recommend.

The guys were here early each day and worked hard. Removing all my tiles, tossing bad ones and setting aside the good ones. Installing OSB to help us save energy, then reinstalling all the tiles and new gutters & downspouts. Now looking forward to some rain! Thank you Manada Roofing!

These guys are legit. They did my roof on my San Francisco house 2 years ago. Did a fantastic job and the quote was fantastically priced. Recently, I had a drainage issue, they came right over to fix the issue. I highly recommend them.

Manada has terrible service and followup. They don't stand by their roofing service and won't warranty their work! I used them to install my roof, and some years later when I started to have leaks, they overcharged me and actually didn't fix problem! When the next major storm hit, I advised them their work didn't fix leak, and they declined to fix it by saying there's no warranty on their work! Don't waste your money! With their change/handover in their management, Manada has now become a scam roofing company.stay away!

Polite, professional, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely call on them again should I have another roof problem.

I was very pleased with the work. I contacted other companies but they would not just install one downspout which was all that I needed and Manada stepped up and they took care of it I will definitely call them for more gutter work on my home later on down the road and I will recommend them to my friends.!

Manada fabricated and installed an 18 wide standing seam roof on our 35 square roof in El Sobrante. Their staff was professional and courteous and diligent to get everything perfectly installed from the plywood sheathing to the last piece of flashing. We needed stucco to be done as well and they created a perfect match. We did matching gutters and leaf guards and skylights. No injuries occurred and the property was left clean. All the steps were explained to me in detail and I'm confident the roof will be around long passed my lifetime.

Review Update: I want to reiterate that in no way was I satisfied with the work or the customer service. If you look at the final repairs you can clearly see the replaced tiles are NOT a color match. While I did appreciate the fact that a representative came out later in the day to try to alleviate the issue, the conversation ended with the rep promising that she would be speaking to the owner about being overcharged and the lies told by the workers. Needless to say, after they billed the payment, I never heard from them again. Again, please do not frame the response to appear that all my concerns were addressed. I remain unsatisfied with what I received in regards to "professional service" and hopefully this review will prevent others from being ripped off like I was.

Efficient very professional no hassles, very plight, got the job done fast and cleaned up after they finished. Reasonable price as well.

I had an appointment to get a estimate for new gutters and dry rot repair. The rep I believe his name was Jesus came out, was very prompt and courteous and said he would email me an estimate either later that day or the next day. When no estimate arrived I called him, he apologized and said he would get it to me later that day. Again, no estimate ever arrived. Called again, now he is not picking up or returning my calls.

This has been going on for three days and I explained the work is time sensitive as we are painting exterior our home end of the month. Called the office today, not his cell and left a message that if the company doesn't want the work just let me know so I can look elsewhere. If I have to call this many times, never get a response, maybe that is a sign I need to look elsewhere for a more reliable company that returns calls. Hate leaving a one star review, but this company obviously does not pride themselves on communicating with their customer.

I met their sales rep at the Alameda County fair back in 2011 and we had our roof re-done the same year. It's been a while but I am still very impressed with the work they did and have recommended this company to everyone who has asked for a roofing referral. I had taken many pictures during the days of removal to the beams to the finished product so looking back it reminds me of the amazing job they did, the safety measures they take with their crew (all up to code), and the efficiency of clean up at the end of each day so as not to leave roofing debree on my lawn or down my driveway. Thank you again for my wonderful roof.

I discovered a bad leak in my tile roof. Ruben came out on a Sunday to inspect and fix the problem. Very pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced repair. I will call on them again if I encounter future problems with my roof.

As a homeowner who has been burned by multiple contractors on two previous roofing jobs and HVAC, I was hesitant to hire a contractor to replace my roof but could not really do it myself. After getting several quotes I based my decision on 1. Responsiveness and Professionalism 2. Value and the ability of the contractor to fully understand my needs.

I chose Manada Roofing and worked with Jesus. This company exceeded all my expectations and did not nickle and dime me for anything. The crews were professional and punctual. Rain did delay the completion but there was not much anyone could do about that. PM me if you would like to see the work and if you need any additional information. Also, Manada was the lowest bidder.

I would recommend Manada roofing to my friends, for sure. They always got back to me quickly from Martha in the office to Pascual, Gary and Salvadore. They explained my options and some of the requirements of the permit process. They always asked what quality of materials I wanted to use. The crews, Jose, Eduardo and Jose worked hard and were respectful of my privacy.

They left the area picked up each day and at the end it looked the same as the first day. They did a good job. It was easy to get an estimate, which came in at a very fair price. Good work at a fair price.

It took two tries to get an estimate and then when it came in it was 60% higher than the others. I believe they have more than enough work and so are not interested unless they can get an unreasonably high amount.

I work with a property management company. We had about 6 roof leaks at various locations due to the recent storm. We went to our regular vendors for help and they were busy for quite some time. We decided to give Manada Roofing a chance. Boy were we pleased with their service. They were out right away. Communicated quickly and kept us updated as to the scheduling and progress with tenants.

The prices were reasonable and the service professional. They have moved to the top of our list of roofing vendors. If you are looking for a roofing company, give them a try.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE PEOPLE. I needed my skylight replaced, so I called Manada roofing. Poor customer service. Showed up for appointment and never got back to me on service. I found Manada roofing on BBB.org I needed a skylight replaced. I made contact via their website. They were fast in responding to my message. They said they could come out on Friday September 20th.

They changed the scheduling to Monday September 23rd. The rep came into my house and looked at the skylight without taking any measurements. He said he would contact me via email with a quote. I waited until Wednesday September 25th and made contact via email. I have not receive a response with a quote for my skylight. I feel that they looked at my house and assessed that they were not going to make a lot of money with the skylight repair and decided to not do the work.

If this was the case then they should have let me know. Up to this point and have not received any kind of communication from them I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, BUT THEY WON'T LET ME. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR FOR SHOWING UP, BUT THATS IT.
