They called me right away. There was someone out there the following day to give me a price. Once I agreed to the price they fixed my roof the same day. They left the bill in the mailbox and told me I could mail them a check. The process was seamless. It did not require me to take any time away from work. Great job. I will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace my roof.

Provided estimates for 2 different approaches based on our current/future needs, and that would meet our budget requirements. Hail at 3am did quite a number on our home. Busted skylight, new roof needed, fence & gutters, & more. Sean came early that morning to patch the skylight until it could be replaced. He was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He made sure all flower beds & other areas were covered from falling debris. They also did a magnet sweep 3 different times to clear out the nails. We couldn't ask for a better contractor to work with on this adventure. They office is also awesome & so helpful on the financial end.

I contacted Town and Country Roofing about a month ago after I noticed a small leak in my guest bedroom. Sean Phillips was there to take a look the same afternoon! Not only did he find where the leak was coming from, but he took the time to inspect the rest of my roof. Little did I know, my roof had a lot of hail damage that couldn't be seen from the ground. Sean took photos of the damage and requested I file a claim with my insurance company.

He even took the time to meet with my insurance company on site, something else I greatly appreciated! On the day of the job, Sean was on site and accessible making sure everything ran smoothly. And to top it all off, the whole job was done in 1 day! Here I am 1 month later with an entirely new roofing system, much better quality shingle than the old roof, and no more leaks! Town and Country is a top notch company and I've already told several of my friends to give them a call when needed. Thanks again Sean and Town and Country!

Would highly recommend Town and Country Roofing. Got their information out of the Dallas Best Picks catalogue. John Rose immediately came out and within three days provided an estimate. I was dealing with holes in my roof for a month and a half and I called four other roofing companies out to my house, some of which never called me back after realizing they weren't going to be able to convince my insurance company to pay for a whole roof repair, and others who never came out despite speaking with them on the phone multiple times.

So far as I can say, this is a very reputable roofing company which does fast work with very reasonable prices. They aren't scared to do a small / medium repair job and completed my repair within a week of visiting my house. Thank you!

Rob Nelson managed the projects all the way from first contact to completion. Hands on, responsive, and excellent communication skills made the project successful.
