Paradigm Roofing

Used these guys years ago. All the other roofing companies weren't local and were working the normal hail damage deals. Paradigm came out, did a better inspection, did a better job of fixing problems with the trim, better installation of components, and actually had a permit.which no once seems to do anymore. They were on time always, cleaned everything up better than before, and just flat out did better a everything. Will use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting a local actual roofing company. Oh.and they were cheaper than the rest. Thanks Paradigm.

My home was damaged during the October 2019 tornado. Paradigm Roofing had replaced my roof approximately six years ago and so I contacted Joel Hasin at Paradigm. He immediately came out and worked with my insurance adjuster to get my roof replaced just like it was prior to the storm. He also was my point man with the insurance company in getting my chimney repaired, chimney cap replaced and garage door replaced. He took care of everything for me and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Paradigm and Joel to anyone that needs their home repaired or updated.

I did my due dilligence when shopping for a contractor. They are turnkey.they negociated a difficult Insurance claim for me and got a premium settlement. After my roof was completed, they came to do a complete inspection. They made sure I was Happy.happy.happy!

Since the day we moved into our new build almost 7 years ago, our master bedroom was 10 degrees higher than the rest of the house which was at the set 75 degree temperature. You can instantly feel the 10 degree increase. Thinking we needed insulation, I called Paradigm Roofing and talked with John F. who assured me this was not an insulation problem. John google mapped my house, visited and provided his diagnosis which was 100% spot on. After install, it was a dramatic difference. AMAZING! Thank you!

Great job done by these guys. My roof went on fast, they made the process easy, and now I have the best roof in the neighborhood.

Definitely a good experience. A few challenges during the process but everyone was met with great communication and prompt service. Ed, Tony, Fernando and the whole team did a great job.

Contacted Paradigm after another roofing company came out to our home to get an estimate then left with a promise to follow up with us and never did. Turns out they were doing us a favor because the next business we called was Paradigm and they gave us everything we asked for and worked with us every step of the way. Everything was explained and followed up in in a timely and professional manner and the job was completed to our satisfaction and beyond. Kyle and Fernando were both great to deal with and we now have a brand new roof that is better than the last one and with 5 times the warranty. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been in retail for over 20-years and thought I was too jaded to be impressed by any businesses customer service. I'm officially impressed. No other roofing company will ever touch our roof or get recommended to friends or family other than Paradigm. Their that good and easy to work with.

Robert Alvarez provided the estimate, explained the process, communicated dates and ensured the work was completed to our satisfaction. The whole process from estimate to completion was exceptional. At no time was I pressured and all my questions were answered. We did sustain some screen damage and a flag pole mount that took the brunt of some falling shingles (windy day). Robert had the screen replaced and I was delighted to find a stronger flag pole mount installed on my brick wall the same afternoon. I have no reservations in giving Robert Alvarez and his team at Paradigm my highest recommendation!

What an awesome company! Everyone was so nice and so honest. Not something you find these days in this kind of business. What a great price as well. I would recommend Paradigm to everyone I know.

We weren't sure what color roof we wanted, but the person we were working with drove around our neighborhood with us and was able to determine what we wanted, we couldn't be more satisfied. They arrived on time They were polite and quick They cleaned up They installed a skylight and gutters as well

Installed a new roof and skylight, subcontracted replacement gutters to E&M Gutter Systems. Very professional presentation with costs and recommendations. Steve Pawlik was a delightful coordinator. Prompt and reliable. Work of 8 roofers was supervised by a foreman (Chris) and verified by Steve. They identified a structural repair that was needed and corrected it at a modest price.

They cleaned up thoroughly. Everything looks great, including the gutter that was installed on 2/10/14. Separate review submitted on E&W, also rated outstanding. We could not be more pleased.

I talked to a number of roofing contractors and eventually went with Paradigm due to the referral from a coworker and the one on one discussion I had with Chris from Paradigm. The experience with Paradigm was the first I have had with a contractor in decades where there were virtually no issues or complaints which can be very stressful to deal with.

It was actually a very informative, and positive experience. It was completely stress free and they handled all aspects beyond my expectations. Chris came out and did an evaluation of the house and created a detail quote with a number of options. I decided to go with two options: Shingle upgrade and ridge vents with 20 more soffit vents. They also repaired/replaced windows and gutters. An upgrade to impact resistant class 4 shingles, as Paradigm informed me, would result in a significant insurance premium reduction. Turns out it will be a 20% savings.

The other benefit of the impact resistant shingles is they reduce the likely hood of needing replacement in the future and therefore saving the large deductible for each hail storm event. It was a no-brainer... more than paid for itself. The additional soffit vents and ridge vents have greatly reduced my attic temperature. I can actually feel the air flow in the attic where before it was stagnant.

We also noticed an immediate change in cooling for rooms that had long duct runs in the attic. Previously they would not cool properly and now they do. On the day for the roof work Paradigm had a crew of over 20 people. They did the work in one day!!!! I did not have to worry about having a roof left unfinished and storms. It was quite amazing how the roof replacement was executed. Chris came out the next day too and did another walk around to double check the work. Chris also arranged for gutter and window replacement after the roof was finished.

They brought in people they trust and I didn't have to deal with more contractors. Again no stress and excellent work. I had clear and constant communication from Chris on each step of the way and he came on site when work was done. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris/Paradigm and I most certainly will use them again for future work.
