Tiger Team Roofing was timely.courteous, and professional. We would not hesitate hiring them again and will certainly recommend them. We were impressed.

I was extremely pleased with Tiger Team roofing, particularly the personal attention provided by Gary, the President of the company. He delivered everything as promised and the financial terms were the best of any company I had bidding the job. Just today I recommended Tiger Team to a neighbor friend who is seeking a roofing contractor. I'm certain that he will be as pleased as I was with Gary and his terrific staff.

The best company in the business. We used Tiger to replace our roof about 5 years ago. Their service has always above and beyond. From the start to finish was smooth and efficient. The roof came out beautiful. We recently found a small leak near the garage. I called the company. Not like other roofing company, the girl at the office quickly scheduled the manager Ray Clark to come out the next day to inspect the roof. Ray has excellent communication.

He even came earlier than the schedule. He updated us with everything he found with photos and explained in details. Then, he quickly scheduled his team to come out in the afternoon to get the repair completed and done immediately. Wow! What a service! True white glove service from Tiger roofing in general but from the service manager Ray in specific. We do really need more company like Tiger roofing in SF. I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Just simply excellent in all way!

We are so glad we went with Tiger Roofing - we invited several companies to give us an estimate, and our experience with Tiger Roofing was excellent from the get-go plus we feel like we got the best value for our money and a peace of mind that their service is reliable. My wife and I enlisted the services of Tiger Team Roofing, Inc. to do a complete tile replacement and installation to replace our 29-year old roof. I sought out estimates from Tiger Team and 3 other local, well-known roofing companies. I choose Tiger Team for the project for several reasons; they were competitive in pricing, my contact Brian Botting was extremely professional and lastly I talked with a couple of other homeowners in my neighborhood who had used Tiger Team for their roof replacement and enthusiastically endorsed them.

From the very first meeting with Brian, communication from Tiger Team was timely, informative and thorough. Gigi Calderon runs their office and oh my goodness what a perfect person for the job. Between Brian and Gigi I must say, I have never had such professional service and communication from a local contractor in the 25 years I have lived here. I was updated on every step, in advance, and Gigi and Brian were almost instantaneous in their response time back to me when I had questions.

My roof replacement was just finished yesterday, and my wife and I are thrilled with everything. The roof looks great, the clean up during and after the job was thorough and left my property spotless and I just could not have asked for better service for my large investment. The work crew that removed the old tile and debris, to the team that delivered the roof tiles in advance of the install to the extremely hard working project team that installed the tiles, their work ethic and attention to quality and detail was amazing.

In summary, Tiger Team is the best. The word "team" is sometimes overused, but in this case it's the word that best describes the entire effort made by Brian, Gigi and the other team members that I didn't meet but was able to admire their work.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy and everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I was kept in the loop of every thing that was being done. The roof looks great and can't complain about anything or anybody at Tiger team. Gary the owner was great to deal with and Gigi in the office was great. A company is only as good as its workers and team members. And every one at Tiger team makes that happen. Will definitely be recommending Tiger team to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs.

Had a question after my installation and RAY came out and was fantastic, went above and beyond. I can't say enough about the Tiger Team, they really are a team of high quality people with high quality workmanship. They are always on time, and get the job done fast. The communication with the customer is fantastic, as you know what is happening and when, they explain the process with constant communication thru the entire process.

I could not be happier with the job they did, from start to finish, it was excellent. Efficient, timely, quick, neat and the end result is exceptional. My roof looks even, straight, neat, and beautiful. I was especially impressed with Gigi's communication. I have never experienced such dedication to keeping the homeowner in the loop, every step of the way! Great job Tiger Team! I will be referring!

My neighbor referred me to Tiger Team and gave me Brian's contact information. I called him and he came out and quickly quoted my roof and identified the problem. He was 100% correct in his initial analysis of the issue and explained the repair process. The repair was scheduled soon after. Marty and Juan were the gentlemen that repaired the roof. I was unable to be home, but my wife was and Marty was very thorough in explaining the repair process to her as well as showing my wife photos in each step of the repair.

He also explained the current condition on the roof and again was very thorough in the next steps we may need to take in the coming years. The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the repair within the same day. Everything was cleaned up and it was like they were never there when I got home from work. Chelsea was also very helpful and we quickly took care of the invoice. 10 out of 10 would refer Tiger Team roofing to anyone needing a repair or a new roofing system.

While I did not use Tiger team for my roofing project, I found them to be extremely professional and a high integrity company. Gary was willing to help me out of a jam with my roofing project, and I am extremely appreciative of that. I would not hesitate to use them for your roofing project. They are very organized and professional.

I seldom feel the need to write a review. These days I am usually very disappointed with the companies I deal with. Tiger Team Roofing is an exception. From inception, they were reliable, responsible, communicative, and way ahead of schedule. I did my research, and they were not the cheapest, but to me, especially living in South Florida, the most important part of my home is my roof.

I wanted the best, and I was willing to pay a little more to get it. Tiger Team delivered. Each and every one of the people I dealt with, Kevin, Christine, Gigi, Robert, and the entire roofing team, was pleasant, knowledgeable, hard working, professional. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and their entire crew, I was duly impressed.

My husband and I stretched having to get a new roof as long as possible, but it was time. We diligently went through the best roofers in the area, read others' reviews, checked for them being part of the Better Business Bureau, and ultimately, for years of guarantee. We opted for Tiger Team Roofing. From the better roofers in the area, Tiger was competitive.

When we met with Kevin, my husband and I both sat with him. Everything was listed and explained. All detailed. Kevin is down to earth, none of that smarmy salesman pitch. He listened to our questions and answered all. We had met with 9 other companies, and the last one had actually gotten insulted over some of our questions! Not Tiger Team. My husband asked for plywood to protect our driveway - done.

We constantly asked "and what does this mean?" and were answered. Everything was incredibly professional. There were no surprises. Pictures were given of all the work done as it was done. And we had weekly emails/texts from Gigi letting us know what was going on. Can you imagine how nice it is not to be left wondering what is happening with your roof?

When the roof will be ripped off, when the driveway needs to be cleared, when the tiles are going up, etc. And if we had question (and we seldom did), it was answered that same day. You know what else was a selling point? Kevin told us that Tiger Team deals with its customers first when there is a roof repair to be done. YES to going to the front of the line when there might be many repairs to be done in the county - as after a hurricane. I will be singing their praises to anyone who asks!

I have used Tiger Team before, and I'll use them again in the future! They did an amazing job and I was so pleased with their entire performance. First, their quote (among 5 others) was the most reasonable and thorough. Second they sent me the quote right away and were able to schedule the repair work within a week's time. Next, they showed up right on schedule and completed the work quickly.

In addition, after starting the job, they discovered I had more roof damage than previously thought. Tiger Team completed all the additional repairs at no charge! Finally, they totally cleaned up after themselves. I was concerned about the debris from the roof getting on my patio furniture, so they moved it out of the way. However, it still got a bit dirty from the pressure cleaning.

When we spoke, Martin promised to clean the cushions to my satisfaction or replace them with new ones, even though they were old and worn out. When they were finished, the cushions looked even better than they did before and the entire deck was immaculate. Finally, everyone I spoke with, from Ray, my service coordinator, to Martin, my on the job manager, to Chelsea in the office, who sent me a whole gallery of photos so I could see the work without getting on the roof.

Everyone was so polite and friendly. I felt comfortable speaking with them every step of the way. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! I will recommend Tiger Team to everyone I know.

This was the best experience on a large purchase I have ever had. Tiger Team was spot on at every step of the way, from the weekly emails to let you know where everything stood to the quality of work they did I cannot say enough good things about my experience. A relative referred Tiger Team Roofing after they did such a good job repairing their roof. Our dad passed away just after we started the process to fix the roof and we were a bit cautious on choosing a roofer. Tiger Team Roofing just completed my new roof. (August 2021). From the team leader who first gave me their estimate, to the final approval, everything went as promised and much better than expected. The removal of the old roof, the sealing of the new roof, and the installation of tile seems to have been done flawlessly. What impressed me most were the various neighbors that paid complement to our efficient and hardworking roofing team.

You may save yourself a couple of dollars if you choose another company. However, you get what you pay for. Tiger Team Roofing is an A+++++ company. Kevin came and gave me an accurate estimate. The team is amazing. In one day, they had taken off the old tiles and changed the wood that needed to be changed. The next day, they had the roof sealed so that it was waterproof.

My tiles arrived according to the planned schedule. In one day, they had the tiles installed. They took care of the permits with the city of Weston. Anything they committed to do, they did. In addition to having a great team, the back office communicated frequently and accurately to keep me apprised as to what would be happening when. Gigi did an incredible job.
