ABC Roofing Corporation has been selected by the homeowners of the Townhomes of Oriole repeatedly due to their reputation, pricing, warranties, workmanship and service when compared to the competition. They listen to the homeowners; they are courteous, and they do a great job. Acting as President and Secretary, of our HOA Board of Directors, I have had the pleasure of working directly with ABC roofing for going on 2 years. Disgusting business values. They took advantage of my elderly parents after using them for a roof repair that kept leaking. They paid half up front and the office manager stated that until my parents pay them in full she would not send someone out to look at the leak that they never fixed properly. Also that roof repairs are not under warranty. So the next time it rained it is ok to have it leak? Why even get the roof repaired? To make matters worse, she was extremely rude and stated we are lucky they didn't send us to collections! AVOID.

Recently had our roof replaced. It was something we knew had to be done when we purchased our home. ABC Roofing came to our aid more than once in the process from an estimate of the cost when we made the offer on our home to finalizing the contract. Horrible experience. signed contract mid march, just finished mid dec even though told 6 weeks. Everything went wrong from they filed the wrong permit, had us remove balcony tile bc they said they were ready to do roof and balcony and it say exposed for more than 3 mos and then they charged us about 4K to replace wood thst rotted. Broke garden ornaments throwing roof tile down, no communication would have to leave many emails and calls before i could even get to someone. My neighbor did theirs same time 6 weeks in and out, would recommend them

We heard lots of not positive situations with roofing companies and one of our neighbors recommended ABC. We took a chance and they delivered 100%. From the initial sales representative who called on us to their on site supervisors, to the installers they actually overdelivered. This was an amazing experience dealing with this professional company. They exceeded my expectations. Hopefully this will be the only roof I will need for many years but would not hesitate to recommend them.

ABC delivered shingles to my neighbor's house this morning and drove their massive heavy truck 6 feet into my yard leaving a 4deep trench through the entire length of my yard! made no attempt to contact me or. leave a note even though I was home. I called the company who assured me that a team would be sent out to repair the damage this afternoon. no one came, they are now closed for the weekend leaving my beautiful yard destroyed! Very poor business practices and management! I'm furious.

ABC Roofing was on time, professional, and took care of my cracked tiles in short order. Hanna took my appointment and Cesar came as scheduled. The normal 2-5 days was given to get a crew out. I asked for as quickly as it can be done because of needing a 4 point inspection for changing insurance companies. Cesar had a two man crew Cone the following day and was finished within a few hours! Very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I couldn't imagine using any other roofing company. These guys were life savers to us, our business, and our property. They took on a job where others like Paul Bange who walked off leaving our property in worse shape then when they started, leaving us with a piece a plywood and bucket on top of a gaping holes and called it day with Paul himself. quitting and running away scared as if they never fixed a roof before. ABC stepped in assessed the job and got to it and completed a nightmare of a job in the middle of hurricane season and had our roof replaced within no time.

Even better with a true 20 year warranty. The owners, foreman, and workers were all top notch professional always there for us. Any one of them would get right back to us any time we had a concern. Don't waste time with any other. We honestly met just about every one of them out there. ABC Roofing Corp is the best. Real People, Good People and Fair People that aren't afraid to do a roof! ABC roofing did a great job on my roof. Max gave me a very good price quote with good quality service. Different workers come around four times to fix my roof step by step. They are very professional and they did a very solid work on my roof. Max is very approachable, patient, and nice. It is so important to have someone you can contact in case there is any problem. Stephanie from the office is also very supportive and helpful. I really appreciate their help for my case. The whole experience with ABC was very pleasant. First time I needed a roof in 20 years, I researched many companies and wanted great service/quality at a reasonable cost and that's is what I found with ABC roofing. Believe me not all my reviews are good however when a company does an excellent job they deserve an Excellent Review. Right from the start Mario provided a quote when I told him I was a Navy Vet he worked to find me a discount, Hanna in the office took over and made the roofing transition smooth as can be from HOA approval to the City Permit, the removal of the old roof, putting on the new roof, always there to answer my questions which I had a lot. The crews were professional and clean. I love my new roof, I especially enjoy the ease of working with ABC.

The team at ABC is very professional. I have used them twice, and it was a great job both times from start to finish. When they left, it was very clean as if they were never there. They also did some touch up painting prior to leaving for an area that had to be torn up a little bit. I would recommend and use them again if I have a roofing need.

Beyond awful company keep away, spent nearly $15,000 to replace our roof and they did work that is shoddy at best. The ceiling in our bedroom is literally falling down around us as they put in beams on top of our old beams which are warped, instead of telling us whilst they were installing the roof so we could get the repairs done, they just attached the beams with no weight baring cross beams and put on the roof, It took them a total of 4 months to finish the roof and they put a lien on our house when we questioned the problems we were having.

There was debris all over our yard i am still finding nails and trash left over from them. We now we have to pay $$$$ to repair the damage and this will most likely void their crappy warranty. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL you have been warned take you hard earned dollars elsewhere

This is a great roofing company. It's hard to review because how often do you get a roof replaced. I had no problems and the roof now six months old isn't leaking and looks great. So, thanks ABC.

I have used ABC Roofing since they replaced my roof after Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Recently, we had some small leaks and I called them again to fix those. They were courteous over the phone and sent someone out to my home withing 2 days. A week later the roof was fixed. This is the only roofing company I will ever use or recommend to anyone. I called for an estimate for my parents house (seeing that they are not good at selecting anything lol) and I spoke to the office and they set me up with an estimate for a new roof. This was our first time having to get a new roof and I really was lost and had so many questions. Thank goodness ABC Roofing was so helpful in this stressful time! They helped me decide on what was our best option and broke it down to us on what we were getting into. Once it was time to start the work they kept us informed with everything. Thank you!

Mistakenly, because they HAD great reviews, I contracted with them, September 29, 2017, to fix my roof chimney and the area around it, damaged by Irma. Two crews showed up two Thursdays to begin the work and that was the last time I heard from them. It has been 4 WEEKS calling them and getting promises of calls back that never happened, and still my chimney is not completed.

On last week's call, Stephanie said they will be here Monday November 27; they didn't show up or called back. Lesson learned; Never again. UPDATE 1/18/18: They finally came back in December and January/18-three times-the first time they put red shingles on my brown roof, the second time he did nothing, the third time they changed the shingles for brown ones but left a long line without overlapping the shingles and with just tar? in it. The whole area around it, except the new chimney, looks messy and poorly done. As I said it, NEVER AGAIN.

ABC roofing corp is horrid. I signed a contract with them on 7/21/17 and the job on my 1300 sq ft shingle roof and it is still not complete. The fascia on the right side of the building has not been replaced and painted, the hole in the upper right corner has been filled but stucco needs to be added to this side of the home and the other side. there are also drips all around the building and I keep finding pieces of debris.

This house should have been completed months ago. The initial paper work was signed in mid-july. On August 25th I sent an email to Peter Marino that I will be out of the country for 2 weeks and I left a contact person for Peter to call that had signed checks. nothing was started until the first week in October and Peter said to just keep the check and pay at the end because it will only take 3 days. October 5th if failed inspection and peter apologized.

It failed inspection again on October 19th. Peter has not returned my calls from Oct 14, 18th, and 19th. I also called the main number to ABC roofing and left messages. no one returned my calls, I Proactively called on 10/20 and spoke to Stephanie. I also attempted to refer business to you and had not heard a word. That email to is in this chain, I was assured on 10/20 the roof would be completed the week of 10/23.

I received a call on 10/25 at 10 am stating the roof was complete. we made arrangements inspect the roof, sign paperwork, and final payment for a finished roof on 10/27. 10am on 10/27 Joe & Joe show up and the roof is no completed and there is debris around the property. Now we are in November and the roof and the job is still not complete. I have spent on what was Peter told me was a "simple 3 day job". I have taken time off work,

They will come out sell you what you "need", but when it fails, you can wait and call and call and wait. You are exasperated and they are rude and dismissive. You wait some more, no one knows anything. Maybe only have a male call them. I don't know what the answer is, but stay away. It's very frustrating and instead of solving an issue it gives you another job of trying to get a call back. Steer clear, not reliable.

Great roofing company. Now fixing my second leak in a month. Might use them for a reroof!

We had our roofs replaced in 2006-2007 after the hurricane. We had the misfortune of hiring a company who installed faulty roofs from day one. Unfortunately, this company used the name ABC at the time. Since then they changed names many times. This has created a lot of confusion for the consumers who mistook them for the real ABC owned and operated by John Famularo.

It is so unfair that a group of storm chasers have used the name of a reputable and honest company, and caused them so much hardship. Last year after some research and high recommendations, we hired "the real ABC roofing in Coral Springs" to fix all of our ongoing roof leaks. They have done a fantastic job. Everyone in the company is very professional and nice.

I love Meghan at the front desk she is amazing and goes out of her way to please all of our residents. John himself came out to our community and helped us resolve issues, and oversaw ongoing repairs. Thank you John and the entire team at ABC roofing for treating us like family. Putting on a new roof is not the most exciting thing to spend your money on. However, ABC Roofing made it a great experience from beginning to end. The estimator that came out was very knowledgeable and patient. Even after I received my estimate and had questions, the owner got right on the phone and answered all of my questions. I had other estimates and some of the processes the other roofers wanted to do, the owner explained to me was not necessary.

I felt they were very confident and trustworthy. When they came to do the work, they were very neat and clean. I was thrilled with the way the job came out and I would highly recommend them if you need a roof repair or new roof.

Just had a repair for a roof leak done by ABC Roofing. The estimator was great, arrived exactly between the times promised which was important since I had to leave work to meet him. The repair was perfect no more leaks, what a relief, especially with all this rain we have been having. The repair crew was was quick and professional leaving the property in great shape; cleaning all the debris up from the yard.
