My husband and I are completely satisfied with the whole experience with this wonderful roofing company. I have to say I was skeptical at first but when Larry came to explain the whole process he put my worries at ease, he is very kind and extremely helpful. Flat roof and four skylights replaced. Their estimate was fair, the experience from first encounter for the estimate and scheduling was exceptional. I must tell you that this company is quite amazing. Their communication was perfect, their workers were great, their workmanship was beautiful but here is the best part: they made a tiny piece of damage and they came to me to let me know and then fixed it immediately. So often companies won't even admit they made the mistake if you bring it to their attention. I so highly recommend them and I'm very happy with my new roof.

It is very difficult to find good companies in the construction industry, especially in South Florida, and especially during the current situation with the pandemic economy. I cannot recommend most people/companies we have used for repairs and issues with our home, but am more than happy to write a glowing review for a company like Chase Roofing. This is because of their integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

We used Chase in 2014, after we bought a house sold to us with a hidden issue on our flat roof. What caused us to choose Chase, was that John Chase (the owner) advised us of a less expensive solution than what we had expected would be necessary, which was obviously not the most profitable to him personally. This spoke to the integrity and character with which they conduct their business.

So we actually did a reroof on our back flat roof back then. Their team was so quick, replacing it and removing any trace of even being here while we were at work (aside from the ladder left for the City to inspect). Unfortunately, there were still some issues after the reroof, and they had to come out a few more times to troubleshoot. But I would still give them a high rating just because of how quickly they responded and ultimately resolved the issue.

If I called, Nick and his team were generally at the house on the same day. After hurricanes and/or suspected leaks over the years, Chase has also come out to inspect our roof. When we found evidence of formosan termites in the attic in 2019, the first person we called was John Chase. Even though we really should have called a pest control company first, he still came out and took a look for us and advised us as to next steps. So, after treating the termites and having a contractor replace the main beam of our home, it was finally time to replace the main roof of our home in 2021 and we of course chose Chase Roofing.

They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive estimate, but we knew we would be in good hands. I cannot even count the number of times John Chase and his team have been out to our home. It took us quite a while to figure out what we were going to do and to wait for the termite treatment and beam replacement to get finished, but they were always patient and pleasant, happy to help and answer a gazillion questions.

It took quite a while after we signed the contract to actually get the roof started, probably due to the holiday season and pandemic issues, but once they started they were again VERY quick and efficient with replacing our main roof and getting inspections done. Afterwards, there were some small issues we found. So, no, they are not perfect! But what sets this company apart, and is the reason for the 5 stars, is that they ALWAYS want to make sure their customer is happy and they fix any issues.

I imagine they might have been sick of us and our house, but nobody ever treated us like a bother. They always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well, any issues were resolved, and we were happy. We obviously have had interaction with so many different employees at Chase throughout all of this. They were all very professional and spoke highly of the company. Brooke and Romain really went the extra mile in dealing with the little things to finish the job well.

Everybody seemed happy to work for them and shared a commitment to treating customers well. Chase also partners with several small local businesses, to provide nice "extra" gestures such as a wind mitigation inspection for our insurance and a very sweet personal thank you gift after completion. I really like the extra personal touch and branding that Tamara Chase has added to the company in recent years.

It is no wonder that they have grown into such a large, successful company over the years. but refreshing to see that they still try to maintain that same company culture and personalized customer service they started out with.

I started my search for a roofing company a few months back. I had the opportunity to compare what each company had to offer. I decided to go with Chase Roofing. Philip is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process from beginning to end. The ladies from the corporate office Brooke, Vanessa, Karen are very nice to work with and very diligent.

Communication was great and very timely. I never felt lost in the process. Matt and roofing crew on site were very nice as well and stayed on scheduled. The team is always available to answer questions and give you peace of mind. I appreciate the free inspection paid by Chase. I was able to provide that to my home insurance company and obtained additional discounts. Over all, I recommend them hands down. Thank you Chase Team for a great experience!

You can see google rates this company as A+. There is a reason for this. I got myself in a bit of a pickle waiting on some roofers to do some work before a $60k solar install. I just wanted a vent pipe moved so the solar panels would be uniformed. The roofers left me hanging with one day to spare. I called Larry at Chase Roofing and told him my problem.

Even though they were super busy they sent someone over to help me out. He was a good roofer too. If they didn't help me out I would have been looking at that big empty spot with a vent and no solar panel for the next 20 years and getting mad every time. They have some pretty good customer service over there in a business environment that usually does not.

I called Chase to look at my roof, just as a precaution and to get ready for the upcoming hurricane season, as my roof is now about 10 years old. The owners husband came out and was prompt, courteous and told me that there a few cracked tiles but nothing to be concerned about or to rush to fix. He left me a card and said my roof was in good shape and to wait for my insurance company to inspect since they will undoubtedly require me to fix the few cracks and then Chase would come back and do what my insurance company required but until then I didn't have anything to worry about. How's that for honesty!

I did two roof replacements with Chase within the last year and would use them again without a second thought. I own several rental properties in Broward County and have used other roofing companies over the years but they don't come close to beating Chase's service and quality of work. The staff at Chase are very organized and communicative throughout the entire process.

My sales rep there is John G. He really takes the time to explain different roof options base on my budget and needs so I can make an informed decision. The office staff (Brooke, Vanessa, and Andrea) are amazing! They are very communicative throughout the whole process from permitting, to job schedule, and material delivery so you always in the loop.

Their crew is also very professional. They arrive on time on the day of the job and clean up and remove all debris around the yard before they leave at the end of the day. My tenants really appreciate this. I highly recommend Chase if you're looking for a great roofing company!

A very good experience. I will readily recommend Chase Roofing. Management and office staff were pleasant and efficient. Bryan and Omar, the two roofers were excellent. They were punctual, worked steadily, were self contained and left the premises very clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to work with them and all others involved.

A few months after purchasing a townhouse I discovered a substantial leak on my roof after a hard rainstorm. Being a female homeowner I am always a bit anxious contacting companies for home repairs. Seeing Chase was a female-owned business it helped to put some of my worries at ease. It was a weekend when I reached out and I received a call back right away.

By Monday morning Chase was able to come out and within a week's time all repairs were complete. The sales rep, Mike was wonderful to work with. He was professional, responsive, trustworthy and he went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed including the water stain in the ceiling. I am extremely impressed with Chase and will be sure to use them going forward for any roofing needs.

John Gugliemi did a very good job as our sales rep. Always on time, dropped off samples several times, returned calls on his vacation, etc. The office team, Brooke and Vanessa were also very responsive. We first signed the roof replacement contract on 2/5/21 and due to supply chain issues we switched from a tile roof to a metal roof on 8/13/21 and the project was finished on 11/23/21.

Nine months was a long time to wait and certainly supply chain issues impacted the schedule but I also think we were probably deprioritized in favor of larger projects along the way. However, in the end the quality of the work was outstanding and the roof looks great. They also send delicious chocolates at Christmas! I would highly recommend Chase Roofing and especially John Gugliemi.

Chase Roofing completed our roof two weeks ago. We are very happy with everything that Chase Roofing did for us. After we contacted Chase Roofing, a sales rep, John, came to our home and discussed all our options. He was very detailed on everything that Chase had to offer and gave us the all the options that he felt we needed and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't.

He was also great throughout the project. It took a week from start to finish. Everyday they were on the job they would do a very thorough clean up. They left the site as clean as when they showed up. On site, we had a manager named George there to answer any questions and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. George was great! Back in their office, we had Brooke who would email us, giving daily details of what to expect from the team that was showing up the next day.

If we had any questions, Brooke was there to quickly answer our emails. Our home looks great thanks to Chase Roofing. We feel privileged to be apart of the Chase Roofing family.

From start to finish Chase made the whole process of replacing our roof seamless! Were they the cheapest bid, no, but you get what you pay for. It is extremely hard to find a company these days that still believe in Old School Customer Service. However, the staff at Chase Roofing clearly understands and implements Customer Service. This includes the awesome ladies in the office like Valarie and Vanessa that keep me informed of what was happening every step of the way, and the crew that puts in the work to actually replace the roof. Matt and Jorge brought a army of hard workers (a crew of approx 15) to my house to get the job done in a couple of days. I truly appreciate the the professional way that Chase Roofing does business. So I'm a new home owner and noticed some of the mortar missing on my tile roof that's 13 years old. Richard came to my house for an estimate. Let me say, the honesty and friendly service I received was awesome! I'm pretty handy myself, but I don't know enough about roofing. Richard gave me some money saving tips and was very honest and upfront about their service!

I think another company could've taken advantage of the situation and up-charged me to no end. While I don't require their service right now (going to fix myself), they have certainly earned my future business and I will definitely recommend them!

Chase just finished repairing the flat top portion of my roof. I've used them before and since I've always been completely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the cost it was a no-brainer that I called them again. As always the work was quick and clean. No mess, nothing. If I hadn't been here to watch I'd never know that they were here.

Of course, as with any roofing job, the test will be the next thunderstorm but past experience says that's not a problem. Just in case they do give a warranty backed by their many years in business. When it comes to protecting your home saving the last dollar on a job is not nearly as important as getting the best workmanship possible. Use Chase Roofing for peace or mind.

Phillip the manager was very helpful. Brook office manager was great. The foreman that oversaw the replacement of the roof was friendly and professional. They did the job very quickly. I definitely would recommend them. The budget did go up due to the increased cost of wood supplies but that was understandable. They kept the place cleaned everyday they worked. I would definitely recommend them them. They also dropped off a very nice thank you gift that I enjoyed very much. Great job and great staff!

Getting a new roof can be stressful. And costly. I mean, you're making an investment that should last you the next 20 years. When it was time to get my roof done, I called around and got prices. In the middle of a pandemic, with supply chains in disarray, prices and timelines varied wildly. Ultimately I went with Chase. Because of the overall reputation of the company, sure, but mainly because of Philip.

When I met with Philip, I got a real, no bullshit vibe from him. He admitted they weren't the cheapest and if I was looking to just throw a roof on and sell, I could go with anyone. If I wanted a company that was going to get it done right, and give me a reasonable timeline, that's what they could do. He was upfront about permitting timelines and shingle shortages.

Ultimately it was 0 pressure, and he seemed more concerned with giving me the full scope of my options, instead of pushing his services only. Maybe this guy is a master salesman. Or maybe he's just a really nice guy that knows if he's honest and transparent, the customer will trust him, and if they don't go with him this time, they may next time.

Or recommend him to a friend. Ok, he's a master salesman AND a nice guy. I just wanted to shout him out because Philip left such an impression that even after getting multiple quotes, I went with Chase, because I trusted him to get the job done in the timeframe I needed. I simply didn't get that feeling from the 5 other companies I got quotes from.

The process is a bit of a pain. You have to pull permits. Wait. They come tear the old roof off. Wait. Inspection done. Wait. They come do the final roof. Wait. Last inspection. Done. The permitting took about a month, and once work started they were done within the week, even with some rainy days in between. The staff I. The office was super communicative along the way and super helpful with all my questions.

Thanks to Brooke for her patience as I asked 10000 questions haha. The team that came to do the work were all super nice and left the place just as it was when they arrived, making sure to take all of the trash with them and going through the painstaking process of collecting all of the nails from the floor that may have fallen. New roof looks great! I even got A postcard with before and after pics in the mail. Nice touch. Can't recommend them enough!

I read the reviews and decided to get my roof repaired with Chase. From start to finish, they were excellent. And most importantly, we've had heavy rainfall the past few days, and there are no new brown spots on my ceiling.

I want to give a better review, but thus far the service I have received from Chase Roofing has been nonexistent. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a reroof on my property. A gentleman came out, said he would walk around the property and take some pictures, and then knock on my door. Sounds good! Only problem is, he never came back. He just left.

I then reached out to Chase Roofing and they said all the pictures were in my account and I should hear back by Monday with a price quote to my email. This was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I will gladly adjust my rating once there is something to actually rate.

This company deserves a zero! The phrase "how can I make you smile" is ridiculous coming from them. My retired mother spent her earnings to pay for the back portion of her roof to be fixed, within 2 months it. began to leak again, they came back out to reasses it, DID NOTHING to remedy the situation but instead badgered my mother for the remaining balance.

I was willing to work with them until they blatantly disregarded their so called professionalism. I had to obtain a lawyer for them to come look at the roof and repair it as I was more than willing to pay for a fixed roof, they refused and instead contacted their lawyer to to get the balance, need less to say, they are continuing to harass.

Chase Roofing will be my go-to roofing company for sure! They are absolutely exceptional with customer service and their quality of work is excellent for the price. They were quick and efficient. What took longer than expected were the city inspections, but that is out of their control. Philip Dray was my project manager during the entire process. and he was the sweetest, most polite professional to work with.

He even got the company to be flexible with me on the pricing. I loved the communication I received all throughout the process, from getting a quote to finished product, as I was kept in the loop about everything. It was a true delight and pleasure dealing with these pros. Oh, and they sent me a thoughtful gift after everything was completed. They are top-notch and I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Had a great experience with Chase Roofing, fixing a leak in our roof. John came out right away to diagnose the problem and provided us a written estimate on the spot. The Chase team then came back the next week to complete the work. The two man crew worked all day on the repairs but also checked all around the rest of the roof to make sure that we didn't have any other issues. Estimates, payments processes were all online and convenient too.

Idk about their work but the French salesman smelled like garbage. I was willing to overlook this because he seemed sincere and did a good sales job but when i called to ask a follow up question he was very short with me on the phone and acted very angry for me calling. And this was before I had even said yes which I was going to but he blew it!

We are so happy that we chose Chase Roofing when it came down to replacing our roof. From the very start, they were prompt, professional and informative about the different types of roofs. We had an old white clay tile roof and decided on the galvalume (premium metal) roof. We love how it looks and obtained a further discount on our insurance as a result!

John came out to look at water damage in my ceiling and found that it was the AC condensation causing the damage and not a leaky roof. Gave us some great honest and advice and estimated the remaining life of my roof. Will definitely use them in the future when it's time to replace our roof.

From reading the reviews, my first phone call to the final product. it was fast, friendly, and very efficient. We had a small leak in our roof next to our fireplace, they came out to do an estimate in a timely fashion, also provided pictures of the before and after. This roofing company seems like they are in the business for the right reasons, and for great customer service too. Payments were easy to make online and staff was always available for any questions or concerns I had.

I will definitely recommend Chase roofing. You can't go wrong with a company that values their clients and keeps in constant contact to make sure you know their every step on your project. I cannot thank Chase roofing enough for a great job. We will definitely come back to you when we are ready to get a new roof in a couple of years.

SO WORTH THE WAIT So it took me a few calls to get my appointment with Chase Roofing. My timing was horrible thanks to hurricane Irma. But as the saying goes good things are worth waiting for. The front office was always pleasant and apologetic because they were so busy and couldn't get out to me. But, it was not an emergency so I didn't press the issue and I did get my appointment. once they came out and did the inspection everything moved very quickly The inspection was done everything was explained in detail.

Chase is a company that does not do more than needed to add expense on to you but everything you NEED to make your roof safe and protect our homes and pass inspections. Put your mind at ease and call Chase You're in good hands with Pax and Chase Roofing So I have to add to my review when it comes to Chase roofing They continue to show the upmost in professionalism and they are so wonderful to work with.

Chase has taken care of my roof for the past years I decided to sell my house and when Inspection came there was absolutely no problem with my roof and it is 19 years old as a matter of fact the inspector said it was in really great condition and I owe that all to Chase roofing. As a sidenote the person buying my house is a contractor so he and the inspector examined the roof Whenever I call or email Chase Roofing I get an immediate response ( even after hours!) I cannot express enough how thankful I am that I found Chase Roofing Company I have Heard horror stories about other roofing companies so I'm on here to tell you. Chase Roofing has helped me in the past with other Roofing problems and I found them to be fair, on time and very very neat. The employees that worked on my Flat roof were very quick and even took before and after pictures so I would not even have to climb a ladder to check there work, and being a young hearted senior citizen I don't like climbing ladders for any reason. One star because I had to provide something - anything. Don't bother wasting your time with these idiots. Requested a free estimate for my elderly mother. A guy shows up, she offers him a ladder since he didn't bother to bring one, and he says he doesn't need it because he had no intention of getting up on the roof. you know, the one he was providing a free estimate for.

Two months later, I reach out to them because my mom still hasn't received her estimate. Received a response email telling me that they have too much work and aren't interested in doing the job. That's it. No estimate. A reluctant reply only because WE reached out to THEM after never having heard from them again. Her roof continues to get worse and now we have to find someone new and begin the process again. Now, as per other reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if they show up at my mom's house and threaten her. How in the world has business come to this?

This review is for a roof replacement estimate and a job for installing pitch pans for existing solar panels. Estimate: I persuaded hubby to get a 3rd estimate for a potential roof leak we inherited in a house we purchased. Over the years I've been inadvertently thrown into random construction bidding at work, so I know every construction company has their own take, you just have to guess who's take is right and how much you are willing to gamble. I'd been on a good Yelp roll lately, so I called up Chase Roofing.

Our roof Estimator Johnna came, this friendly spitfire a pro, for sure.she just told it like it was, got up on the roof and said, let's try "x", to see if the leaks stops, then let's try "y", then last resort, maybe think about the roof. She took the time, explained in detail, showed us exactly what she was talking about to help us understand why her view differed from 2 other companies who were ready to rip the roof off right away.

It was pretty much a no-brainer. If low cost y and lower cost x didn't work, OK;. but if it DID work then we get at least 5-10 more years out of the roof, the leak situation resolved. JOB: The workers were on time, kept us informed, took before and after pictures so we wouldn't have to climb up on the roof, it was phenomenal, clean neat work.

They were so friendly! They were very respectful and a confident in what they were doing. Hubby had looked online for similar repairs and determined the price was fair. New roof? Not yet. Yay!
