Elements Contracting

I needed emergency repair work on a Sunday as my roof had started to leak in my kitchen. I was greeted by a professional and competent group of people that solved my problem for less than what I thought it would be. I am grateful to Elements Roofing.

WoW. We just had our apartment complex damaged by the storms this past Christmas. Elements came out on a Saturday, provided a professional inspection and quote, and then DELIVERED on their promise. We are very thankful to the whole team at Elements.

I hired them to replace my gutters and fix my skylight. They were not the cheapest quote I got but they were the most responsive company I called. The new gutter look great. Happy to use them again or refer them to a friend.

I and so grateful for Benjamin. My water was coming into my bedroom and I didn't know what to do. My girlfriend used them before and recommended them to me. He came over with another guy and stopped the dripping. He gave me a senior discount too. Happy to write a positive review.

I was able to get a presale roofing certification for Elements. I didn't know that they offered this until last week. It only took an hour for inspection and I just got the report back. It did say that there are a few items that need to be fixed right away. Ben was helpful and did not try to hard sell me. Great service.

Dealing with Element roofing was a good experience considering the crisis. I was mostly speaking with Alika who helped me with the paperwork and payments. 3 guys did the repairs. The owner stopped by to inspect and show me pictures of the repairs that were done. Very professional company.

They did a decent job and the roof looks very good. It did cost more than I was expecting. I didn't know that all the wood was rotten and that needed replacement also. Ben gave me a good price on all the work and was very informative about the condition. I guess it is the drawbacks of owning a house.

Ramone and Daniel did my leak repair. Very nice guys. They were on time and had the leak fixed in under an hour. I though Elements Roofing treated me fairly with the $$ too.

We took a tree branch to the roof. We called 3 companies here in Tigard to get it fixed. After several call back and forth, I decided to hire Elements. I spoke with the owner. He was helpful in telling me how to deal with the insurance adjuster. I think it made all the difference. The repair was done in 2 days. They did a good job of getting a similar colored shingles. What I was the most happy about is that they were not trying to put a new roof on like the other companies I called. I'm giving them a high rating for their trustworthiness.

We hired Elements Roofing to perform a repair of our flat roof on a commercial building. We were afraid the roof had only a year or so left but they confirmed the roof was in relatively good shape so long as it is regularly maintained and they felt like the life of the roof could be extended by 10 years or more. We hired them to recoat the roof, perform cleaning and maintenance, and to repair the leak.

They fit us in their schedule within a few days of signing the contract. The contract came with a warranty period, which we then had to use as the leak was still occuring post-visit. Due to the success of their company in the Portland area, they are currently expanding to other locations, and so the warranty work took longer than expected to schedule because they are so busy in expansion mode. However, they did come back to fix the issue and everyone I met with at the company.the installer, the owner, the office support.was professional and supportive the entire process. I haven't experienced a better roofing company than elements. I will be a repeat customer for my next roof.

Third time's a charm. I called 6 roofing companies to give me an estimate on my roof. Only 4 actually answered my call! The first two guys wanted to charge me over 25k! Ben with Elements offered me a recondition for only $7600. I was worried about it because it was so much less. He told me that I could get at least 5 more years out of it. They offered me a warranty for the work. Much thanks for understanding my situation and making it work for me.

I'm not sure what to say about the experience with Ben and the office manager. At first, I was unsure about getting the work I needed done. Ben was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The scheduling changed a couple times due to weather. The office manager called me to let me know, and rescheduled. They were able to get it all done this week. Thank you for not over charging me.
