We will recommend Dial One Roofing to our family & closest friends. Great quality & customer service! Wade & Debbie are friendly & very professional. Our roof is beautiful & looks better than we imagined. Our job was a particularly difficult due to circumstances. We bought the home & it was required to have a new roof completed prior to closing. This made for a lot of stress, to say the least. Wade's crew & lead foreman Pedro were terrific! Great clean up every night; couldn't even tell they were there that day. Do yourself a favor and hire Dial One Roofing!

Dial One goes above and beyond to provide great service and make sure the customer is satisfied. I had a solar fan motor go out on my roof a year after they did the work and they came back and did the labor to replace the motor at no charge. They didn't have to do that. They could have just washed their hands of it, but they didn't. Great communication and always working to make the customer happy. Thanks so much Debbie and Wade!

Dial One recently installed a new roof and gutter system on our home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work in which they provided. The initial quote included drone footage of our roof and Wade highlighted any area's of concern. This greatly helped with communication. They also took care with the vegetation surrounding our home, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

After receiving two other roof quotes, Wade stopped by to inspect our roof and give us our third quote. He almost instantly looked at the roof and said "you don't need a roof at all"! Our current roof will last a long time due to its "over application". I was shocked, and obviously very happy to save 20K. Wade's honesty and transparency is not something I'm used to when hiring contractors. Although I can't personally vouch for Dial One's work, I can certainly vouch for Wade's character and I'd hire Dial One in a heartbeat if any future problems arise.

Wade and Debbie Henkelman of Dial One Roofing run a 5 + Star Roofing Company! Wade gave us a very informative bid complete with a video explaining what we needed concerning our roof. We decided to go with their company and are very impressed with the outcome. Debbie kept us informed throughout the entire process with daily updates and e-mails, which was very reassuring.
She was also able to help us with finding a reliable painting contractor which made our lives easier. Wade has a very competent and knowledgeable staff who were respectful of our property and friendly onsite. He showed up regularly to check up on progress and to do a final inspection. The roof itself turned out beautifully (if you can say that about a roof.ha) and it comes with a 50 year warranty. After getting three other estimates, Dial One was the most reasonable and had the best warranty of the other two businesses. Plus, they were able to work with our schedule and begin quickly. There is a good chance that Dial One saved our house from major damage because of the latest rains. Debbie, the receptionist was kind, communicative, and even came out to our house to drop off a Christmas treat. I recommend them highly.

Wade at Dial One Roofing was fantastic! Not only did he respond quickly to my initial call, he came out the same day and did a full evaluation of my roof. He quickly found the source of the water damage, and assured me that it could be fixed by replacing about 1/3 of the roof -- he said the undamaged portion of the roof still had a lot of life left in it.
This was great news to me since most of the other contractors I spoke to wanted to replace the whole roof. All my interactions with Wade were efficient, timely, and courteous -- it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would highly recommend Dial One for any of your roofing needs.

Fantastic job from quote to finish. I feel fortunate to have found a local company that met and exceeded all expectations. I just finished a kitchen remodel only to discover leaks from kitchen skylight and other places. Wade quickly came to inspect and provide quote. Within a week I had a new roof and skylights. The crew worked from morning till dusk and left the property completely clean :. As suggested by Wade we picked a color that really complemented our house when finished. The quality of workmanship was top notch. I am a HAPPY customer.
