To replace the roof on a foreclosure property we bought in Roswell. WOW it looks awesome we went with the "shakewood" architectural shingles and a few minor construction items as well on our porch. Phillippe and Crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Pro Roofing will work with you on payments as well.

Pleased with services at end. There were a few hiccups in the beginning with communication, however Chris and Hafid once the project started made sure to answer questions and keep me abreast of what was happening. Also, when I shared some concerns about damage caused my one of the workers, they made the repairs without giving me too much of a run around. Repairs to siding looks great!

We hire them to repair our roof. They were timely and responsive and had great customer service.

I hired Pro Roofing and Siding to caulk my windows and paint my awnings. For the price, I was expecting the awnings to be sprayed but they painted them with a brush. They left lots of drips and I've had them back out a couple of times to make it tolerable. It never occurred to me to ask how they would be painting them. I wish I would have just done them myself. found their customer service to be lacking and their "foreman", Hafid, to be dismissive and rude.

I was accused of trying to get my money back because I wanted the job to be done correctly. I will finish scraping off the drips and touching up the paint myself. I paid for the whole house to be pressure washed. You would think they'd clean the window ledges before they slathered caulk on them. More than likely, I will have to have this redone. I based hiring the on their reviews. I don't know if all the good workers left or all the good reviews I saw were written by friends and family.

My home recently had some water issues and over a few weeks it progressed to coming into the place in a couple of locations. Obviously, it was necessary to get that fixed, but I couldn't remember the name of company that installed the roof about 20 years ago. I checked around and my brother mentioned he had used Pro Roofing and Siding for some patchwork at his place.

I appreciate my brother's recommendation on this and decided to make that call. Within a couple of days, a couple of individuals came out to review the situation and inform me of what was essential to fix it. Thankfully they were able to pinpoint the area where the problems were with their drone equipment and they showed me what was needed to correct things, and given my lack of knowledge on house repairs, they walked me through what was next.

In addition, after walking around to show me what they could do via the naked eye, we talked about some of the siding work that was deteriorating on my bay window and they gave me a price to consider if I was interested in having that done as well. Once the weather was clear enough to do each job, the process took two days and the crews made sure to clean up any of debris left behind.

My final review wouldn't be complete until we had a heavy thunderstorm to show me if the work held and after a couple of days of rain, and no water entering the house, I was certainly satisfied with the outcome. Pro Roofing and Siding is a company I would certainly recommend to friends needing repair work, and I believe you'd enjoy working with them as well. Give them consideration if you encounter similar problems.

Excellent work from start to finish! On time and kept me informed the entire time. Since I was working in SC and my home is in GA, they kept me updated with drone pics and regular pics for every step of the way. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone! Very nice and professional people to work with! Installation completed as promised and cleaned up everything afterwards.

We had a problem with a leak where a small section of roofing had not been installed properly. When we asked for recommendations, we were steered towards Michael Walker with Pro Roofing & Siding. He was great to work with as he assessed the damaged section and showed us how he would arrive at his pricing. They were able to schedule the repair exceptionally quickly and got it all done within a few hours. Doug was fantastic, from calling to schedule the repair to showing up the next day with his team.

They were very professional, fast, and friendly. They cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy with the repair before leaving. All in all it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

There were two errors in the construction of the gutters and gutter guards Pro Roofing & Siding installed for me that were discovered after the first rains. First, at a corner of the gutters and guards over my wood deck, it would continue to drip vigorously and create a puddle on my wood deck for up to 24 after the stoppage of rain. This told me that a lot of water was remaining in that corner gutter. Secondly, they failed to discuss that I would need flashing on each side of my chimney to push away rain from the side of my chimney. Now, I have gushes of rain on each side of my chimney.

We tried for weeks to get them to come out to make the repairs. It was just constant texts and apologies from them, but no action. Finally, one guy did come out and he admitted that he could not fix it. He said the original subcontractors would need to fix it. That never happened. After even more complaining, another crew finally came out, dismantled my gutter and gutter guard in that corner and reassembled it.

When they were done, I asked them what they did. They actually said they didn't know. So, nothing was resolved and nothing was ever said about the flashing. Adding insult to injury, they took out my mailbox upon main installation. Luckily, they had to come back the next day, so I was able to determine the replacement cost and withhold it from there final payment. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

I found the company on the web and gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment with me to have my exterior house painted. Mr. Rowland came out and surveyed the house and we discussed what would need to be done such as replacing boards on the house before painting. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Once agreed on the work, Hafid sent an email on the colors that I picked out to be used and set up the date on when the work would start. Hafid was very professional.

The Pro Roofing & Siding Team (2 men), came out on the 1st day and pressure washed the house down and changed out boards on the house. It took the Team three days to complete the process and they were very good and respectful. This was an exceptional job well done. I have received lots of compliments on how great the house looks and nice paint job. I'm very pleased and I would highly recommend and use Pro Roofing & Siding again for sure.

From the time I called in to request a sales rep come to the house to the time the project was complete, me and my wife were beyond happy about working with Pro Roofing. The minute Mike came to our house and I told him what we were trying to do, he was up front, diligent and didn't leave any details out of the project. Due to the rain the project had to be pushed back but the project manager, Hafid, always kept me in the loop.

When the workers did show to begin the project, which was replacing all siding, all sorts of little fixes here and there, and painting the whole house, also installing all 3 doors, Chris, Hafid, and Mike were constantly at the house making sure that everything was going according to plan and even going above and beyond to help me in certain instances. Needless to say, the entire project was completed in 6 days and the shutters were on back order which arrived later that week. Let me also mention that Hafid expedited the order for me. The cost I signed, was the cost I paid and I have half the neighborhood asking me who did my house. Thanks again.

Last year Pro Roofing did a beautiful job on my roof and they also painted my house. I noticed that it has been much hotter upstairs with my new roof and it should technically be cooler with a newly updated roof. I decided to call after a year to express my concerns and they were out the very next morning to address the issue. Much appreciation to the staff and to Chris the tech that came out for the determination to figure it out! Thank you!

Worst company I ever had to come out and give quote with drone. Then they say it's needs more work. Get up on the darn roof. Recommended by two people. Would never hire them. Scam. I wouldn't even give the one star.

They ask me to signed the contract but won't do the work till 2 - 3 months later. Are they serious? Who runs a company like this? Update: Horrible company. Should of trust my gut. They emailed me back saying they do the work right away. 2 weeks gone by and they came did the gutters. They torn my shingles and water got behind the fascia board and caused water leaks. They blamed the roof and wanted to replace the whole roof. Just horrible.

From the first call all they way through the work, they were professional, courteous and kept us informed of their progress - there were no surprises. I had a roof that leaked on my TV in the living room. Pro-Roofing replaced everything on the chimney outside and replaced the sheet rock inside and painted it. They did not leave until I was happy with their work and it took a lot to get this done. I also had my living room and dining room painted by Pro-Roofing. The men were on time, courteous, helpful and cleaned up after themselves.

In the beginning they removed all my pictures and moved all the furniture and stuff away from the walls, and when they were finished painting they replaced everything and that was a real job in itself. I hired Pro Roofing and Siding to do some major repairs on the outside of my 30 year old house. They did carpentry work, new gutters, replaced my chimney cap and repaired the siding on my chimney and painted the entire exterior. They were on time, very professional and did everything I asked plus. In the past I have had very bad experiences with contractors, in this case I HIGHLY recommend this company. Scott the sales person who first came to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a written quote before he left (Other companies took up to 3 days). BUYER BEWARE. My interactions with this company until I paid for the full roof replacement were great. But, unfortunately, after I made payment customer service became a thing of the past. I went with this company not because they were the most reasonably priced, because their estimate came in thousands of dollars higher than other highly rated roofers in the area.

I went with this company despite that because they claimed to be able to perform other work that, I found out later, they were not qualified to perform. Had I known their tactics I would've definitely went with another company, as there are plenty of roofers in the area that have been in business for many years and who are highly rated but not as pricy. Hopefully the roof holds up because I suspect I'll have to sue this company in order to force it to comply with the terms of the warranty.
