My wife and I researched many roofing companies to give us a quote to replace our roof. My sister had recommended roof it forward and I was impressed by the quick response and the fair and honest quote. Jackson was very accommodating to meet us at our house with our busy schedules. He came out twice and was very patient with all my questions. I was drawn in by their company's mission and their fair price.

Other companies seemed to cost more for the exact same products and didn't appear to give back like roof it forward does. I was sold and Jackson made everything so easy. His crew was on time and efficient. My wife and I were so amazed by the quick and professional installation. The crew does amazing work and even helped me with a few minor issues I had with my chimney.

They installed a new skylight and let me cut holes for new exhaust fan vents that they installed. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new roof or repairs. Thank you so much for all the hard work.

Very pleased with the transaction from start to finish. Adam documented the wind and hail damage and met with the insurance inspector, who approved the claim. Bill explained the contract clearly and comprehensively. Shingles and crew arrived as promised. Job was completed professionally and on time, despite some unexpected developments from a prior roof install.

We have great confidence everything was done to the highest standard possible and the roof will stand the test of time. We went with Duration architectural shingles in Onyx Black and love the look. Highly recommend Roof It Forward and in particular, Adam and Bill.

They were great. Professional, on- time and replaced the roofing within a day. They worked quickly with our insurance company with no problems encountered. The price was determined prior to the work performed (but anything unusual found would have to be negotiated with the insurance company - and if they won't cover then you'll have to pay but the roofing company will actively work with the client to resolve the matter.).

Simply said, they can be trusted, do a great job, and do a really good clean up. As an aside, read what you sign before you sign it. The rep will explain any concerns you have after reading and before signing.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new roof, dormers, and gutters for our home. Casey Beaver of ARAC did an outstanding job helping us with the hail damage insurance claim. His analysis of our roof damage was integral to getting our claim approved. Casey's knowledge and professionalism in the business is first-rate. His before and after drone footage of the roof were helpful in getting a clear overview of the work that was completed. Casey was excellent in providing sound recommendations and finding subcontractors to complete dormers, gutters, and interior work. Casey managed to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns from start to finish due to his superb communication skills.

The finished product (which is backed by a warranty) is terrific thanks to a fantastic crew. We had a very positive experience with Casey and ARAC Roof It Forward. We highly recommend them.

We were extremely satisfied with the work done recently to replace our roof due to hail damage. Russell Jones worked with our insurance company and convinced them them to cover the entire claim of the roof replacement and repair of our front porch. We are certain that they would have denied our claim if Russell had not provided them with the analysis of our roof damage. Russell has been a pleasure to work with.

He is highly knowledgeable in this business and provided advice as necessary, but never pushed us beyond what we were comfortable with. He maintained frequent contact with us from our first phone call to the end of the project, always returning calls in a timely manner. I had a great experience with ARAC (Roof It Forward). Ryan came to my house quickly to give me an estimate for a new roof and, out of the 5 estimates I got, it had the most value for my money. Ryan also explained the process thoroughly since this was my first time getting my roof replaced and they were able to schedule me very quickly. The team that installed my roof was great.

Having had 3 or 4 roofs installed over the decades, our experience from start to finish with Roof it Forward was the best of all, outstanding. The process was extremely easy and professional. Brad from ARAC Roof it Forward Woodstock did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me and communicating what was going on and in one day I had a quote on two roofs he installed on two of my rental houses. They scheduled the work to be done in less than a week. Brad gave me a date and they completed both roofs in the same day flawlessly. Blake Reid was very helpful with the purchase and installation of my roof. He worked with my insurance company to get the new roof fully covered by insurance. He stayed at my house during the entire installation to make sure it was done right. Blake even stayed after the crew had left to double check for any nails in my yard and driveway. I set up an appointment with this company about 3 weeks ago to diagnose a small leak I had in my roof. The lady who took down my information over the phone was very friendly and seemed to appreciate my call. A couple of days later someone came by and took a look at the leak. He was also very professional. He later would email me the quote to fix. I thanked him for the quote and let him know in a week or so.

After no luck in getting anyone else on the phone, I emailed him back and said I would like to have the work done but had some questions about the work being done. After 3 days, I got no response so I called him and of course it went to voicemail. So I left him a message saying I agreed with the quote but had some questions before proceeding. That call was 3 days ago and still no reply.

The email has still gone unanswered as well. I feel like I'm literally begging these people to take my money, but apparently they don't want my business since I didn't sign the quote right away. Based on the other less than stellar reviews here, it seems it may be a good thing they have been ignoring me. I will attempt to find another roofer, but here in Georgia reputable roofers are a fairy tale. Note: I found this company through the Trust Dale website. But seeing this is the second time a company Dale recommended turned out to be a dud, it looks like I can't "Trust Dale" either.

These guys and girls were so great we needed a roof so bad they called back and was really fast to com out and give us a quote. Russ came out took pictures completely professional straight and to the point thats what we like explained the paperwork in detail gave us a ton of options they have so many options it was hard to choose. we picked what we loved he explained it all again signed the papers set up a date and thats was it that simple when the crew came out there was plastic tarp all around the house to keep the trash off the ground love that. incredible difference i can believe the difference i will refer Roof It Forward to anyone i just cant say enough about how impressed i was with how easy ad stress free the whole process was from the Hoskins Family in Blue Ridge Ga thank you so much God Bless

ARAC did a good job with my roof. They were timely and my consultant (Hayden Bray) walked me through the process from start to finish. Quality of materials and work was good also. Hayden was good to work with and I would certainly recommend to others.

We have been needing a new roof for several years and have had a host of companies stop by to give us their opinion. But we never moved forward with any because there was always "something" that didn't seem right. Derrick at Roof it Forward was able to walk us thru a detailed repair plan, he was exceptionally knowledgeable about how our insurance carrier would interact with us and the timeline needed to move thru the various phases.

He even helped us match the existing roof so that we wouldn't have issues with the HOA! As I'm sure all homeowners are aware, insurance issues you a payment but holds back a large portion called "depreciation". We got that initial payment relatively quickly after the adjuster's inspection. The crew arrived ready to work a few days later.

They were really organized - everyone knew their job and got to it. What I found interesting is that this team communicated very well. When I had to leave to run an errand the Forman halted all work so that it would be safe for me to walk out. They took care to protect our plants and outside furniture. I knew there would be a chance that these things could be damaged but that is expected when debris has to be thrown from 20-30 feet above. Derrick was honest upfront that this was a risk.

We were very fortunate to not have any damage. We just closed out our project with Roof It Forward and are extremely grateful for having the opportunity to work with a highly organized company. We are especially happy to know that their business model includes giving back to the community. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

My elderly father recently had his roof replaced with ARAC, with me coordinating and answering correspondence with them. From the initial sales and inspection to the completion of the roof, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend this company. The last time I had a roof replaced on my house, I dealt with some guys promising me a free roof (they cover deductible).

Long story short, my homeowners insurance dropped me (because they filed multiple claims but promised it would all be covered in one), had a horrible experience, and had no insurance on my house for the most terrifying week of my life. So happy that this time I dealt with the consummate, knowledgeable professionals at Roof it Forward.

Roof it Forward is outstanding in all ways - start to finish! Neil Cook was absolutely the top in professionalism from the second we met. When I got delay after delay from my insurance company (including the insurance company pushing for me to approve a quote that wasn't even up to code), it was Neil Cook and ARAC Roof it Forward that guided me through the process and PATIENTLY waited along with me to get the insurance checks released. ARAC replaced the roof weeks before I was able to even get the final check payment! I know of no one else who would be willing to do that. I can't agree with any of the negative reviews at all - this is the best company!
