Brian & his crew at Coty Construction built our deck in May of 2021. Brian, our salesperson was straightforward and easy to work with. He & his team were hard working & professional and they got the job done on time! Communication, & quality of construction (all Trex products) were the best. We definitely would recommend them.

We hired the team at Coty Construction to rebuild our deck which was starting to rot. They used top of the line materials from Trex and the deck turned out gorgeous. Curt was great to work with, answered all our questions and responded promptly. He really went above and beyond to make sure we loved the finished project.

Our sales consultant, Paul, was very responsive and was fantastic at communicating the potential material limitations we might encounter due to COVID. They remained flexible when requested to delay our project due to a job loss in our family.

Once we were comfortable to start the build, they came out on the date we set and completed our project in 2 days! Brian and his team of workers were awesome to work with! Our deck turned out better than expected and now we don't ever have to worry about it falling down or any railing coming apart. Did I pay more than I initially wanted? Yes. Am I glad I did? Absolutely. The experience and quality of workmanship was second to none! Thank you to all at Coty!

Earlier this month, Coty Construction did a fine job replacing our old and leaky roof here in Roseville. We met with Mr Curt Rons, explained the history of our roof and showed him the ceiling damage. Curt inspected the roof and prepared a quote. He also clearly explained all details of the entire process. The Coty crew replaced the entire roof, portions of the old roof deck, replaced damaged attic insulation and added needed roof vents.

Coty just finished upgrading our old cedar deck with new Trex decking and Trex railing. My wife and I couldn't be happier with it, just beautiful. Our whole experience with Coty was great, I emailed them from Trex's website and had a callback within a half hour and they sent Curt out to our house within 2 days to give us a quote. Curt is a great person to deal with, he is very honest and upfront, also their crew, headed up by Chris I believe, was great too. They were there everyday until the job was done, the quality is top notch. Would recommend Coty Construction to anybody looking for a contractor.

For a roof replacement, Coty Construction was recommended to me by two different contractors. Pat Coty, Nick and everyone in the office were very patient and accommodating as I struggled to choose a shingle color. Deciding on the Certainteed brand shingle was easy when comparing pounds per square. Once Mother Nature gave the go ahead, the work was completed in a timely manner.

Several months after the roof was finished there was a problem with a downspouts and Nick was here the next day. Coty Construction has always been professional, very quick to answer a question or handle a concern and they do top notch work. I would highly recommend them.
