Craftsmen Home Improvement just completed a siding, soffit, and facia project on our house. Throughout the process, they were very helpful, from fine tuning the elements to be included to providing design help in selecting the colors and styles. Once the project started a team of skilled professionals did a great job, always keeping us posted on the progress.
The final result was above our expectations. Most shocking, the final bill was BELOW their contracted amount. I would certainly select Craftsmen for future projects. They are proven trusted partners.

What a wonderful company and crew to work with. Everybody was so helpful, even with my weird requests (like wanting to save some of the bricks from the chimney that had to come down). We just had Craftsman Home Improvements replace all of our windows and we are delighted with the results. The crew of Tom, Tim, Colton and Matt were gentlemen. They were professional and responded to our every question and concern, and were particularly careful both inside and outside our home. CHI was flexible with scheduling based on my convenience. They were transparent with every step of the process. They properly addressed my questions and concerns during the window installation. We worked with Craftsman the past few months to replace our old siding with Hardie and we were very pleased with their service and quality of work. The crew was extremely diligent in their work and the end result continues to amaze us. Like any home related renovation, there were some hiccups along the way but Craftsman's crew, carpenter, and foremen were able to come up with creative solutions to every issue which resulted in a beautiful end result. While the hope is we won't have to touch our siding again for many years, we will absolutely come to them again for any future needs.

The Craftsmen team was great to work with. They always made sure to keep me updated as the project progressed and the window installation finished on time and with beautiful results. I especially appreciated the knowledge of Eric on the sales team to help walk through all of the options and help us pick the best windows for our house within our budget.

I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on. I 100% will refer this company to anybody looking to install a new roof.

Craftsmen replaced our roof and gutters. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted in the way of ice and water barrier. The company owner, Dan B., contacted me to plan how to make the situation right. Both he and Ellie, his customer service person, were as helpful as could be. In fact, Ellie is the person who guides you through the process of having the work done.
She always responded promptly to any emails and has good communication with the company's crews. We got new windows from Craftsmen last year and were very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone who cares about the quality of the work and reliability of company.

I was very impressed with Craftsmen, and would definitely call on them again in the future. Kim matched our stain colors exactly. She also coordinated everything well, and communicated updates and changes. Our crew leader, Tom, was also great. I appreciate that he checked out the windows, to make sure they were OK, and had the manufacturer fix a couple things. He also made sure our garage service door was installed correctly. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Craftsmen!

We had our roof replaced by Craftsmen, and we are very pleased our experience. Everything from the work that was done to the communication was top notch. Jim came out for the initial estimate and was very helpful and genuine. Once the work was confirmed, Maria was great with maintaining communication with us leading up to the actual job. The gentlemen who came out to replace the work were, courteous, efficient, and thorough. Thank you to Craftsmen for a very nice new roof! We will recommend you to others in the future and be back to see you if we have have work you can help us with.

I was very pleased with the work that CHI did replacing my roof. Jim met in person for the estimate, and reviewed options and what needed to be done, suggesting enhancements like a new bath fan, additional venting, which were really needed on my older home. The work crew was wonderful the day they were here, answering questions, etc. and did a really great clean up job. Communication on the timing of the job was also well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
