Woodpeckers had pecked holes in our cedar siding. EMA came out and gave us estimates for repairing the damage. We made the decision to replace our old cedar with new Hardieboard siding because it's maintenance free and woodpeckers won't attack it again. They did a fantastic job.

EMA Construction did a fantastic job with replacement of four gable vents, removal of old siding, and installation of James Hardie siding. Sue and Tony were responsive and professional at the beginning of the process and Eli was friendly, detail-oriented, and informative on all aspects of his work during the construction phase. Great craftsmanship! We're very happy with the work done by EMA!

EMA Construction did an excellent job replacing my weathered siding. I'm very happy with the quality of the new siding and with the work they did. Most important, when a misunderstanding emerged about the extent of the work to be done, EMA agreed to do the additional work I needed at no additional cost to me. They put my satisfaction first. We just had James Hardie siding, gutters and a cedar deck installed by EMA Construction. We are very happy we chose them to work with. Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating. Communication is excellent. Every time Eddie responded to texts/calls within minutes. Prior to signing the contract the company took time talking to us, explaining every detail and answering our multiple questions.

It started raining heavily during our construction while we were without gutters. Communicated with Eddie. The new gutters got delivered the same day. And installed very quickly. Even though gutters usually come later in the process. Our crew, Pat and Brian, did an excellent job. Worked hard. Paid attention to every detail. Cleaned up well and respected our property.

Found solutions to fit our needs. Very professional! The best! This was one of the best construction projects that we had. Everything went smoothly and on time. We have very high expectations when we choose contractors. And we can't say anything negative about EMA.

I can only say that I am super impressed with everything about this company and what they did for me. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with other companies, but the ways they worked with me, understood my situation even as the scope of the project changed, adjusted, and completed the job was impressive. The workmanship is as good as any I have seen.

The attention to detail and quality materials is excellent as well. The group is great to work with and made everything as easy as could be, as the workers were friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend EMA Construction.

EMA recently replaced all siding, trim, soffits and gutters of our 30 year old home. The results are nothing short of spectacular. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. We had our siding replaced with EMA. Our experience with EMA was fantastic, from Eddie's first visit to our home, to our repeated questions to Val about colors and design, to the last day of work. Eddie did such a great job explaining what our house needed, even recommending a few things outside of EMA's scope (painting and windows). We had the weathered side of our 42 year old cedar sided house re-sided with James Hardie Board Siding, and had it painted to match the rest of the house. We chose EMA Construction because they specialize in both cedar and Hardie Board siding. The crew was extremely skilled, easy to work with, showed up on time, and took their time to do a first quality job. We are very happy with the final results.

Eddie came to comprehensively assess my cedar sidings and gave me a detailed quote. We went with it, and his team started ahead of schedule, completed the job in two days (lots of sidings to replace). They started at 9am sharp and they cleaned up well. Sidings are well installed and Eddie is very responsive to answer questions. Bottom line: Eddie and his team do a good job so I'd recommend them to replace cedar sidings.
