We recently underwent a roof replacement project and after considering multiple bids, we confidently chose Kaiser Roofing and Exteriors. Kaiser Roofing did a total tear off and replacement roof and new siding on our 175 yr old home. The job they did was phenomenal. They were so professional and thorough. Ask for Aaron, he worked with our insurance co and he was there every step of the way. The job was done expertly and it went quickly and smoothly.

First and foremost I can say that not only do I recommend Kaiser Roofing but that I will be a customer for life. Scot and his team were second to none with how quickly and professionally they handled our roof. I live in a mid century modern home with almost no pitch at all to the roof and no attic. After moving in, my husband and I noticed the various leaks within a year. We had other roofing companies offer us failed and lazy fixes to our leaking metal roof but we knew that in order to fix everything once and for all, we needed a complete reroof. Several more roofing companies told us that they couldn’t guarantee a leak free result because they didn’t have the experience with our style of roof. Scot was very confident that not only could they stop all leaks but he gave us several material options that would all work for our flat roof. We opted to go for a new white elastomeric roof and new larger gutters and downspouts. It has since been 3 years since the roof was completed and through 3 very cold winters and very hot and rainy summers we haven’t had any problems at all. In fact with the large square surface of our home’s roof going from navy blue to white, our utility costs in the summer have been reduced drastically as well. They were very timely, hard working, and thorough with our job. Once everything was completed there was not one speck of scrap or debris in the yard. I would definitely recommend 100%!

We had a roof leak we had been dealing with and thought we had it fixed with the help of a friend only to wake up to a huge water mark on our ceiling in April. I was sure we needed an entire new roof based on the size of the mark and the way the bucket would fill up in the attic. Fortunately we called these guys and they were quick to come out, inspect it (actually physically getting up on the roof), assured us a new ridge vent would fix the problem (we didn't need a whole new roof, yay) and provided several solutions to maintain aesthetics while replacing our ridge vent. They were out a few days later to do the work and had it finished within a couple of hours. I would have gotten pictures but they finished so quickly, I totally missed the opportunity. There was no sign that they had even been there other than the new ridge vent and lack of water leaking. No garbage left in my yard, no remnants in the garden or on the deck. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend Kaiser to anyone who needs roofing, siding or gutter work done! Just ask for Scot - he'll take great care of you! Thanks guys!!

We had storm damage on our older roof so it was a total replacement. Josh was wonderful! Helpful and personable in helping us choose our best option. The crew was amazing! They came on time (in our experience with home repairs and renovations, that's not always the case) and worked through the rain that came in the morning. We have two dogs and two small children and I was concerned about nails in the yard (I didn't mention this to them). They secured our yard to catch the waste and did an AMAZING job cleaning up! Left our yard cleaner than before they came. Also, I was in and out all day with the kids, and they were very cautious not to throw down materials when we were walking in and out (even though we would not have been hit) and moved materials for our path when they saw us. I can't recommend them highly enough!
