JP Carroll Roofing just completed a complete roof replacement on our historic home in West Hartford. Jack, David and Kevin communicated often and took the time to answer any questions we had. The roofing team, led by Manuel, were all extremely friendly, highly professional and hard working. The roof looks great, and our property was left looking just as it did before they arrived. Manuel even went beyond the call of duty, returning to make sure everything was good and assisted us with a gutter issue unrelated to the roofing job. Top Notch Roofing Company from start to finish. We had some extensive roof damage from several storms previously this year and they did a beautiful repair job, our roof looks better than it ever has, and the work crew was very hard working, good team effort and they cleaned up like they had never even been here. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing repairs or installation.

I used JP Carroll Roofing to install my new roof many years ago. I pick a special order blue color with the intent to eventually replace my aluminum siding, with vinyl. I hired JP Carroll to install my siding and I cannot tell you how great it looks. It was exactly what I wanted and the finished product was amazing. The crew that came out was very professional and courteous.
I would also like to thank Larry Gauvin, he walked us through the entire process and made suggestions that helped us with the finished product. JP Carroll installed new roof on May 9th in one day. Roofers were very careful and covered everything while taking off old shingles. Pleased with clean up after. JP Caroll roofing was phenomenal! They took the time to do a great job. I love my garden and they were very careful to protect my plants. It's Spring and all the bulbs had already come up and they miraculously worked around them. They carefully moved my little greenhouse so it wouldn't be knocked over. I am very detail oriented and made a final walk through list of items I wanted fixed.
They were very kind about it, assured me it was not a problem and took my list and made all the final repairs. They took a lot of time explaining things to me along the way because I mainly wanted to be assured that water would not leak into my walls. We had issues where the rake board meets the roof. We have an older house and they also were able to think outside the box to help us block areas where we think water may have been getting into a wall.
I must say that I was impressed by this company from beginning to end not just by the quality of work but by how happy, kind and upbeat they all were! It's tough to find people like this these days. I highly recommend this team! As a homeowner you are the main advocate for your home so be there to answer questions that may arise and be available while the team is working and give feedback to them as they work and you will be very pleased with the outcome!

JP Carroll Roofing did an amazing job with our project at our house! They removed 3 bubble windows on our garage roof, covered them, installed a new roof with vents on our 3 car garage, replaced all rotting trim on the house and garage and wrapped it in white aluminum and installed all new gutters on the house and garage. Everyone at JP Carroll made it super easy and painless to get the job scheduled and done.
The guys got all the work done in 2 days and cleaned up nicely. They worked so quickly and meticulously to get everything done. They even took the time out to wave Hi to our two year old who kept knocking on the windows waving at them. Production manager Dave is super detail oriented and made sure that everything was perfect every step of the way which just shows what a great company this is as a whole. Our house and garage look brand new and we are beyond happy!

I highly recommend JP Carroll for a roof replacement. My mother's roof needing replacing and recently, a neighbor close by had their roof done by JP Carroll and said they were wonderful to work with. After various quotes with different businesses, we decided to go with JP Carroll. Operations were completely streamlined and the entire process was so incredibly easy.

They had ran into an issue where underlying plywood needed replacing and within an hour, they had a second crew on the job, helping with the plywood install and then the roof install. All debris was picked up and placed into the dumpster that was provided thru JP Carroll. There was absolutely no mess or debris left behind. Truly recommend them to anyone - extremely happy!

I can't thank the guys at J.P. Carroll roofing enough. I own a house that is almost 60 years old. During the installation, we ended up running into an issue where the plywood under the shingles was literally falling apart. The guys who were doing the install were incredible. The roof was stripped, old plywood removed, went down to the studs, new plywood on, and completely re-shingled with plywood seal, water/ice protection, flashing, new ridge vent and more.
All in a matter of hours. They were done before the wife got home from work. I think they were on site for maybe 10 hours. Incredible craftsmanship and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. JP Carroll Roofing definitely does it right!
