I was truly impressed with the job done. All the staff assisted and responded to any questions / concerns I had.

My biggest fear in choosing a roofing contractor was finding a reputable one and then finding inferior work after job completion. My insurance provider knew of your excellent reputation and your knowledge of GAF-Elk products. In general, we wouldn't change a thing. We are happy with all the work done. Thank you.

High Quality, Great Price - I prefer high quality and am willing to pay more for first class materials and workmanship. This is what we got with Lyons without the high price.

Update to below review: Lyons contacted me for scheduling and we are set for July 13th. Abril apologized for the delay and lack of communication. Today Abril checked in to confirm the AC tech was contacted and everything is cordinated. Exactly what I was expecting from this 5 star company. Look forward to Job finished. Lyons came highly recommended so this entire ordeal has been extremely disappointing.

We made a deposit in Jan for a job to start in April. I expressed my concerns about getting it done before monsoon because roof leaks and Jeremy promised it would be taken care of. April arrives and they bump it to May 9th. I understand things happen and reassure my self this company has great reviews and will get the job done. I am notified they will send someone out beforehand to review and start May 9th.

I go to check on job and no one is there. The following day Jeremy calls to inform me they have no one to lift AC units and no one to flash a window he failed to bring up in 1st inspection. I put him in touch with my AC contractor and my window contractor. Window contractor is 8 weeks for delivery. Jeremy tells me Job will need to wait. I contact a few General contractors to discuss this situation and they inform me that is not the case and Lyons is stalling.

I tell Jeremy what has been discussed and he tells me his entire day is about getting this figured out and promises to get back to me. This conversation is on a Wed. I text, call and call th office everyday. No one returns my calls. It is now the floowing Monday. I cal and ask for management and Jeremy gets back to me. I am told the office is going to contact my AC contractor and get it set up and they will get back to me pronto.

Another week goes by with me calling and leaving messages that are unreturned, texting Jeremy and no response. I call my AC guy and he says no one has contacted him. I call Lyons again and as always they promise to call me back, nothing, not a peep. Another entire week and absolutely no communication from this company. I call Registrar of Contractors to discuss and they tell me to file a complaint.

I could of had the roof done by now if I had hired another company. Worst Contractor experience I have had, in trying to get not only a job started and finished, but this companies communication skills are horrible. Proceed with Caution

Bobby and Andrew are darn good roofers. They did an amazing job on the repairs. They even explained the material being used and how they go about installing it. After they completed the work they cleaned up so well ya couldn't tell they were even here. I highly recommend Lyons Roofing to all who need repairs or etc. We don't regret making that phone call for help and I'm sure you won't either. Thanks Lyons P.S. Professional, however a simple re- coating on a flat roof only carries a 5 year warranty from Lyons roofing. I have had 3 other bids from licensed contractors and one of them is the roofing company that did the last coat 10 years ago. As the original home owner I assure my roof has been professionally maintained and re- coated exactly 10 years ago and has zero issues and is ready to be done again. Lyons Roofing did a great job from the estimate, to pre-planning meeting, to showing up on the date scheduled. to going above and beyond on unseen problems and solving the issues affordably and making the roof better than it was on the last replacement. I had a great experience with Lyons Roofing. The office staff and Ananda were always responsive and helpful. The crew were polite and professional and the super on the job, Eddie, was very helpful and even did a few little extras for me. The roof looks great and the warranty is excellent. I know there are other possibly less expensive roofers, but I wanted to go with a long established company with a good work ethic. In addition, they connected me with a great licensed contractor for a new porch, for which I'm eternally grateful. I highly recommend Lyons Roofing.

Lyons Roofing is excellent and I highly recommend them. The estimator is a true roofing expert. We had a roofing leak. He examined the entire roof, suggested preventative maintenance and a specific fix. The costs was reasonable. The work was performed quickly. it rained yesterday and there was no leak. The work is warrantied. When the roof is replaced Lyons will include this repair. In all a great experience.

As a homeowner I wanted roofing quotes from several companies. Lyons Roofing was one of those companies. I will say the person who came out to estimate had a good attitude, very friendly as well. The issue came down to getting an estimate of $26,000 to do my roof, out of all the estimates this one was $14,000 more than the next highest one. This price is ridiculous couldn't even believe the person said with a straight face, and asked if I was going to sign a contract. Needless to say I won't nor will I ever use this company, and have passed this info to several people that had been interested. Overcharging is not something u should be doing.

No one wants to put a new roof on their house and we were no different. I contacted several roofing companies and finally decided on Lyon's. Why? Because, of their reputation, their professionalism, and I liked the way they presented their products and warranties. When they started my job their crew was on time and got to work quickly. The job manager kept me in the loop every day and throughout the day as things came about.

When you have an older house you expect things that need to be done, it's just part of it. The job manager would bring any issue to me and tell me what needed to be done and the cost as well. Not to mention I went on the roof and saw for myself. So that way I knew I wasn't being fleeced. We truly expected to have things replaced given the age of the roof.

During the demo and replacement of my roof, my neighbors would come over and comment on how fast they got the old roof on and the new one on. They were truly impressed. So were we! When the job was completed they came by for another walk-through, yes, I did get on the roof again, everything was perfect. If there was anything to question or change, they were right there to make it right.

They were a bit more expensive from many of the others, but you always get what you pay for. We have been extremely happy with the job that Lyon's did and would recommend them highly. The warranty is fantastic and we won't have to worry about our roof again. In our book, Lyon's is tops!

Had my roof repaired by Lyons, they did a good job with the roof and working with my insurance company. I would use them again. As for their advertising the $100 gift card for referring to their company, they do not follow through on that. It's a ploy.

Eddie was outstanding in following up when we ran into a supply problem with obtaining the HOA approved tile. Had his people finish up the job on a weekend rather than waiting around to finish. Service: Roof installation

These folks are awesome! I called them to look at our barn and casita for new roofs. They gave me a quote and scheduled me right away. The plan was to be done before Christmas and the work was completed before Thanksgiving. Price, workmanship and professionalism are fantastic

In addition to numerous roof repairs, gutter installations, chimney repairs, etc, this is third roof replacement we have purchased in our home-owning lives. We have NEVER had a better experience than this one. They did an excellent job of replacing my roof. In the process, they removed the old swamp cooler, solar panels and antenna. The project leader was always available to discuss details as the project proceeded. In the end he personally took care of miscellaneous details to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day.

The great Monsoon of 2021 was too much for my rolled flat roof in Glendale, AZ. I enjoy waterfalls, but not in my living room. I contacted three roofing companies but elected to choose Lyon's Roofing as the company I would entrust with my business. The estimator was professional and gave me several options to consider. I eventually decided on a foam roof as my best alternative.

I watched a YouTube video that showed me the process that goes into a foam roof, which was very helpful to me. Lyon's roofers arrived on time, and were very kind and very competent. Jeff the project manager patiently answered all of my questions and followed up with the crew. They worked very hard in hot summer conditions. Lyon's Roofing did a wonderful job. Lyons Roofing representatives were very responsive and interested in providing me with the best service from the beginning with my first contact. Everyone I had contact with was professional and answered all my questions. They were very good at keeping me informed of the process at every step. My roof looks beautiful, I originally had wood shake shingles. Lyons suggested a product that looks similar to wood shingles but has a longer longevity and it looks great.

I had my flat roof completely redone. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, great communication. The entire process was seamless. My job was scheduled in a timely manner, I was given a timeline and details of the process. Completed on time and project manner checked in daily. Came back for a detailed final walk through. Pouring rain for weeks after and no issues, no leaks. It was not cheap, but worth every penny.

I had an appointment today at 9 AM and so far nobody showed up. I received a call yesterday from them saying they had a cancellation so I accepted. I called today only to get an answering service. I found them on Channel 3; I guess I fell for the hype.

I like Lyons Roofing. This job is their second job for me. I carefully searched for a roofing company the first time around and found Lyons to be at the top of their game. I have not been disappointed. Thoroughly professional. This company wants your business. Special shout-out to Tom, the estimator, and Jeff, the foreman. Jeff had to reschedule for me at the last minute, was considerate of my disabled tenant and even alerted me to a parcel delivery outside. And the roof and new skylights are beautiful to behold!

Lyons roofing is an exceptional company! From my first call to completion of my project, all personnel were professional, polite and thorough. We needed a flat roof resurfacing, from initial consultation to onset it took approximately 6 weeks. Once the roof was started only took a couple days for resurfacing to walk through. They cleaned up. any residual overflow product.

They even went the extra mile to contact my solar company for minor repairs prior to beginning my project. My roof is now warranted for 5 years. I had used a different local community based company to inspect my roof 6 months prior to using Lyons and they missed several spots and my home suffered interior ceiling water damage and that extra expense. I will never use anyone but Lyons!

Alex from Lyon's Roofing is exceptional. My new roof is leaking and I hired Lyon's to inspect it. Alex spent a lot of time and looked at my roof very carefully. He explained in detail what the problems were. Alex educated me about how a roof should be installed and what the codes are. I feel better prepared to advocate for myself with the company that installed the roof inappropriately. if I didn't have a warranty with that company I'd hire Lyon's to do the job. The inspection fee was worth every cent.

Reasonable, caring and neat! Communication was key! They have a wonderful team!

This is a late review. Had Lyons out a couple of years ago for an estimate to fix a leak. To the company's credit, the estimator arrived on time and was cordial and courteous. I pointed out the area where the leak was, and without even going on the roof to investigate he said based on the age of the house I needed to repaper the entire roof at a cost of around $15K.

He said the company doesn't like to do repairs because they end up "chasing leaks." On top of that, he said they were booked and wouldn't be available to do the work for at least 6 weeks. And if I decided to go with the work, I had to give him a $1500 deposit upfront to "hold" my appointment. (Even though he was unable to tell me when that appointment would be.) Like I said, this review is late. Things may have changed since my experience with them.

But if you are interested in having your roof repaired (as opposed to repapered or replaced), you might want to ask these questions when you call to save some time: * I am only interested in a roof repair estimate. Do you do roof repairs? * Do you require a downpayment/deposit and if so how much? * How far out are you booking appointments?

I highly recommend Lyons Roofing. The staff is fantastic and their work is of the highest quality. Everyone I have talked to within the company is professional, pleasant and informative. They took time to answer questions, help me learn about the roofing process and various options, and ultimately choose Lyons Roofing for the job. Lyons Roofing is a company that has been around the valley for a while which indicates that they are good at what they do, as well as can stand behind their product. My experience was very good. From the first meeting with Thomas (Sales for Lyons), to working with office staff prior to my home being worked on, to working throught the project with. Scott (manager of the project), I was very satisfied with how all parties responded promptly, answered my questions, and did what they said that they would do.

Even when I had concerns at the front-end on issues like change order costs, Scott was very specific and the final billing reflected what he had told me it would. I highly recommend working with Lyons on any roofing project.

Lyons Roofing replace the underlaying of my tile roof. Everybody involved, from the ladies at the office to the crew, were very professional and were willing always to answer my questions.

Excellent experience with Lyon's Roofing. We've had them perform a roofing re-coat which turned out great and to work through a more complex roofing project which they completed quickly and for much cheaper than what a builder wanted to charge. Overall experience has been great!

Very pleased with installation, excellent repair or rebuild of wood decking and fascia (skilled carpenter). English speaker on site each day. Project Manager was outstanding- good communicator, took pride in work, creative solutions to challenges. Pleased with fixes to flashing and water drainage issues- but need hard rain to really evaluate ( was ok in light rain). Got two leaks in heavy rain that Lyons would not fix.

They do not honor their warranty, and left me to fix the two issues myself. One leak at stand pipe, flashing underneath did not stop water from pooling in heavy rain. One leak at odd corner where water in valley hits wood border around window - I had added piece of aluminum to keep water off wood, Lyons would not seal edges and would not add additional flashing to keep water off fascia board. Very disappointing, you can do a lot better than this company.

Went here today looking for a single L tile and the staff/employees were soo friendly and helpful!

These guys came out and left a huge mess. Nails everywhere. I have kids and pets! A few weeks after installing my roof it rained the roof LEAKED and flooded my house I called them and they FOUGHT me OVER it. Finally they sent someone out. The ROOFERS had failed to put a roof transition piece on. They PROMISED to repair the damage and the damage that happened in the house due to thier error and appolized.

They said call back to have someone fix the walls and ceiling. They denied that and said no after calling to schedule that! A month later or so the roof began to warp. I called them again they FOUGHT and argued. They sent someone out and finally fixed some raised parts. TODAY it was a little windy not much at ALL. Light breezes. The roof began to lift in areas and it was flapping.

I heard it in the house! I went out and when the breeze came the roof would lift in areas! I had a neighbor who does consruction look at it and he fixed it and said tbe ROOFERS NEVER NAILED THE SHINGLES DOWN OR SEALED IT. WTH! He walked it and said looks like other areas may be that way. Wth. What a piece of crap place Lyons roofing is. Dont even waste your time calling cause they wont do good work, back thier work and will fight and belittle you. Roofing is expensive work and you should get good reliable and competent honest and integrity driven company THEY ARE NOT THAT. move on. Don't let this woman's reply have any impact on my review, same old story

We were very pleased with the job Lyons Roofing did replacing our patio cover roof. It had leaked for years, not every storm but enough to be really annoying. Their estimator came out and was spot on with what we needed for our almost flat roof. They did the job on schedule and soon after we experienced a massive monsoon rain. No leaking whatsoever. I'm thrilled we can finally relax and enjoy a monsoon storm. I'd highly recommend Lyons.

Paid $550 for a roof tune up which on the phone would be replacing the missing shingles and fixing the leak on the rolled roofing of my patio. They came and replaced the shingles(look great) but then the guy never asked where the porch cover was leaking so when he said he was done I was like "did you guys remember the porch cover. I can show you where it leaked to make sure" and the guy said no need it's all sealed up.

Then it rained and sure enough its leaking from all the same spots so I called and apparently that is not covered under a roof tune up even though on the phone before the job was started it was said that it will be taken care of. Not very happy with my experience after that.

I have used Lyons Roofing in the past. Quality of work was great. Project went from start to finish without any delays, Good communication throughout job.

We're really glad that we went with Lyon's roofing for two family jobs. One was a foam treatment on a flat roof on our son's home and the other, a full roof replacement on our's. They did a great job and cleaned up the yard afterward. Highly recommend these people!

Called to get an estimate and they told me it would 4-5 weeks before someone could come out. If they want that amount of time to just come out, stop and think how long it would be till the work would get done. Guess they're just still trying to pay for their helicopter ads. Wonder why they still advertise on TV when they can't come out. Good Luck, found another company.

This people are not very professional, mr Thomas Sichrovsky come to my house to give me an estimate on my roof and he supposed to email my husband and let him know how much, but because we only have a couple of tiles broken I think it wants enough for him, so we never receive an estimate from them not even a call to let us know that he was not interested in the job.

My husband try to reach him and live a message to him but he never call him back. I bet if he have to replace all the roof he would be begging to us for the job. So please don't give this people any business, because next time that could be you!

I have called Lyons on three occasions in the last two weeks in order to get an estimate for a small repair what I was told would more than likely be covered as part of my ten year warranty. Dallas was here on 11/7/18. Still no estimate after being assured that it would be forthcoming within a day or two. When I called to complain that no one was following up, I was told that there was no way that the small patch would be covered under my ten year warranty from Lyons' previous roofing job.

I am not sure why I was led on by two people from Lyons saying that there was a strong likelihood that the warranty would cover the small repair that was required. It is never a good customer experience to raise expectations only to shatter them. BTW my warranty expired April 1, 2018, and I called in October to request an estimate for a raised bubble on my flat roof. I won't be calling Lyons again.

I have a single story home with a complex tile roof and no solar panels. The patio roof it tar and gravel. Last year my 20 year old patio roof leaked. I received an estimate from Lyons and another from a no-name roofer. The price difference was almost 2:1 so I decided to go with the no-name roofer. It a small job so I figured worth the risk. I guess the roof will hold but the visible carpentry was awful and there was zero customer support and no guarantee.

This year my main roof started to leak. Lesson learned - went with Lyons. Excellent estimator, excellent foreman with world class customer support. Workers were courteous and careful. They never left the job at the end of the day with any exposed decking nor garbage on the ground. Final walk through was mostly about caring for the roof so debris doesn't block water channels.

Very helpful information. The final price was exactly what the estimator had specified. I now have a written guarantee for 15 years and would not be surprised if it lasts a lot longer than that.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Lyons Roofing needs to spend less effort on charming their customers and concentrate on their lack of business ethics and skill. After repairing my roof, I now come to realize they completely destroyed my pool's solar system. I sent photos and other documentation which clearly indicated the horrific condition of panels and tubes carelessly thrown back onto the roof. Paul, the owner of Lyons Roofing, refused to take responsibility, and is attributing the problem to wind - IMPOSSIBLE!

Even if wind miraculously through the panels and pipes around, it can only occur if they were re-installed poorly. The company should spend less effort on charming their customers and concentrate on their lack of business ethics and skill.
