We had Thomas come out to inspect our roof and view deck for leaks prior to painting the interior of our home. This was our first experience with Sunvek. He was friendly, knowledgeable and on time! Estimate was free and he assured me everything looked good. Did NOT try to "find" issues with our roof that would cause us to have unnecessary work done. Many thanks!

My vehicle was struck by one of the companies Ford F-150s. It was just the mirror but it left a mark down the side of the vehicle. The driver didn't make an attempt to stop or even acknowledge that he hit me. I called their office and the woman took my information and said she would speak to her boss and get back to me but I never heard anything. I realize that has nothing to do with the quality of their work, but I hope they pay more attention to roofing than they do driving.

I had a roof leak that was fixed by SunVek. Unfortunately, following 2 years, I continued to have leak. After notifying SunVek, they came out twice to "fix the leak" but the leak persists (their tech never spent more than 30 min to "fix" the leak). I was told that any internal damage is not their problem and they would fix only the roof. Third year in a row, I again had same roof leak, Upon calling Sunvek, I am told that warranty is only for two years, however, they can come back and give me another estimate to redo the job (really). how can you not get the job done 3 times? was it just patch work knowing seasonal rain in Phx would get them out of two years warranyty.

I have used this company for years with many of my projects, for services, like roof inspection, roof repairs and installation and found them to be very professional, reliable, and quick in their services and responses. Major props to Sunvek. We had a leak on our second-floor walk deck and brought Sunvek out to diagnose and address the issue. After some trial and error, we decided the original install was bad enough (from a different contractor) that a complete rework of the deck was in order. There were a series of hiccups that Sunvek wouldn't have predicted, and required much of the work to be redone, but Sunvek made sure they did the job right and didn't skimp on details.

Most contractors would have charged extra or stopped returning our calls, but they stepped up and made sure we were happy. Now the deck is water-tight and we can finally enjoy our walk deck the way we hoped. Shout out to Bill, David, and Sergio. Highly recommend.

Sunvek recoated the roof on our Scottsdale home a few years ago. After making the mistake several years before that of using a lowest cost, less experienced roofer, boy were we ever happy with Sunvek. These guys are pros and offer a dependable warranty. They actually contact US to schedule our annual roof inspection and come on-time with polite professional staff. They work fast and hassle-free. We learned not to skimp on a roofing company and Sunvek has proven to be a great choice.

They are 20% higher price than other large roofing companies in the area and they did not stand behind their work on my roof. I complained for several months about a leak they did not locate the leak until a couple months after my warranty expired so of course they did not want to cover any of it. I would not recommend this company.

Received a friends recommendation for SUNVEK Roofing. Called for an estimate talked to two separate receptionists who had a professional demeanor and answered all my questions. Spencer Lane arrived on time and explained three separate options. He followed up with a written estimate and completion dates for each with pros and cons for each. I selected a full roof replacement.

The crew arrived one half hour early and the foreman explained the stages of the job. They arrived each day and cleaned up the yard daily. Fantastic job. The company as a whole deserves a 6 star rating. Thanks for a job well done. David Wright. Peoria Az.

Sunvek did the maintenance on our entire tile roof, including the patio: underlayment, shingle-molding, lift and re-set tile, replace battons, fascia, etc. I highly recommend them.

I have both a flat & tile roof. Sunvek has two separate divisions one for tile one for flat, the two never coordinate with each other. You become the general contractor. Appointments seldom on time, between the two groups it took months to complete a small roof. The tile group reuses broken/chipped tile (better watch them). I still have 3 leaks in my flat roof. I see another review where Sunvek did their roof twice and received 5 stars. In my opinion I would rather use a roofer that did it right the first time.

Sunvek has done our roof twice. They have always been responsive and professional. The quality of word is excellent. We highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company and Eric to anyone that has roofing needs. He addressed the issue.fairly easy fix for him (spent 30 minutes of his time) and he did it No Charge. We've had issues with many other roofing companies. Not being honest, recommending work not needed, and over charging. I've deleted every other roofing company from my contact list. I recommend that you call Eric for a quote and form your own opinion.you won't regret.

This started around Jan. 2015. I has a leak coming from my front over hang about 3 feet from my front door. I contacted Sunvek, from information from a co-worker, he was happy with their work. Scott came out to give me a estimate. I ask if just that area could be repaired to hold me for a year so I can save up to get the whole roof fixed. I am the original owner of the house, it was built in 1995.

He said he could fix it just under $500.00. I told him ok. After his 4th attempt, I call Sunvek and got the VP Eric. He told me the only way that Sunvek does any work is with a signed contract. I told him all I have is a copy of the canceled check and a business card. Eric came out and repaired the problem by the front door. Nothing was said about why Scott did what he did, and not offered any type of compensation for the bad service.

A few day after the repair Eric send me a e-mail about another area that might need work and was quoted around $1300 for that repair, I did'nt respond to that e-mail at all. I will not recommend Sunvek to anyone.

The price was right for a small repair in my roof- basically replacing the underlayment and some broken tile (of which we had spare tile) in an 11 by 29 section. It took three calls and a few emails to try and get scheduled. The guys came out, spoke little english, had a sticky note/small piece of paper about what they were supposed to fix. Did the 'fix', left a mess in the yard and had 'borrowed' two tiles off another section of the roof, which they did not put back.

The supervisor came out the next day to inspect, said the work was not done correctly, he was nice and not confident in the work. Showed him the mess and he cleaned it up. The guys came back out on a Saturday, starting blowing my yard- had no clue why they were there. Had to get supervisors on phone, they 'fixed' roof. Supervisor came back again, said roof was STILL not corrected.

He ended up doing the work himself and it took him at least 8 hours to do. If it had not been for the supervisor (Mark? Matt?) I think we would have been left with a roof that was still not fixed. The guys that were out here had no clue what they were doing. So we called, complained, and got a warranty out of the deal, so it all worked out in the end, but I am not confident that they could send a team out and fix anything without a complete runaround.

Sunvek came out and did a small job for us when we needed a few tiles that had slipped to be caulked and reattached. We were selling our house and needed licensed contractors to do even the smallest jobs to satisfy the home inspection. Another company refused to do a job this small. Spencer from Sunvek came out and had it taken care of right away. Their words, "No job is too small and we take care of all of our customers no matter the size of the job." Great work, great attitude.

When we moved in, we noticed a few cracked tiles on our roof. We called quite a few places but getting someone to come out when they said they would proved challenging. The few that came didn't seem to have any clue about the type of tile they were being asked to replace. Sunvek was one of the places we called and they came out promptly. The estimate they provided was fair and they demonstrated a thorough knowledge of how to repair our very delicate roof.

The attention to detail when making repairs was outstanding and they took their project management seriously. The repairs were done on schedule and we were happy with the result. We have now worked with them a couple of times and they are just fantastic. I never thought I'd recommend a roofer but these guys really do a terrific job.

Great experience! I had been looking to re-roof after hail damage. Being out of state, had a hard time finding a contractor let alone one who was fully licensed and had workman's comp. The entire project from start to finish was handled with promptness and thoroughness. Their communication was excellent, and the work was above average. Highly recommend!
