I am completely satisfied with the job Assured Roofing did for me. They offered everything I was looking for in a roofing contractor. The customer service was spot on, as was the quality of materials used. Dan got me on his schedule quickly and finished my roof before bad weather set in. They totally documented all work done and interfaced with my insurance company to cover all the code upgrade items that needed to be done.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Quick response to initial call for a roof inspection and any subsequent calls we made with questions were answered quickly as well. Roof replacement/gutter replacement completed very quickly. Crew was efficient and job site left very clean. Would highly recommend this family owned, local company.

I have both personally and professionally worked with Assured Roofing for the past 15 years and will continue until they retire. They are the industry leader for their respective services. I have the utmost confidence in all aspects of their services, work and recommendations. I believe great company's start from the top down. The owner of Assured Roofing is a great man with integrity, professionalism and a man of his word.

He isn't going to disappear after he earns your business. They have installed 3 roofs on my own property and professionally they have installed approximately 75 or more- over the last 15 years.

I cannot say enough good things about Assured Roofing! Dan is an expert - he really knows what he's talking about and has a lifetime of experience. He did an outstanding job of educating us about the work that needed to be done as well as our options for having that work done. As we became clear on and discussed our objectives, he provided valuable insight and guidance on the best ways to achieve those objectives and went above and beyond to help us accomplish our goals.

When it came time to get the work done, he and his team had a very positive attitude and were very good natured and easy to interact with. They were also respectful of our property, and did a great job of protecting our house, etc., from any damage. The work quality was outstanding; and the work was completed on time. Our property was left in excellent shape - they did a great job of cleaning up, etc.

I wish all contractors were as outstanding as Assured Roofing. I interviewed 7 other companies before I chose Assured, and I am extremely happy with my choice. I couldn't ask for more. My husband, an architect, will be using Assured going forward.

Dan and his guys were a pleasure to work with. Dan walked us through all the different roofing options and price to help us pick what was best for us. Dan was responsive and helped answer any questions we might have & there was no surprises! The team worked fast and efficiently, when they were done there was no sign of a roof replacement- no debris, nails, and misc construction items on our property. The next day the guys came out and installed the gutters. We are so happy we choose to go with Assured Roofing and will use them on any future projects we might have!

I had a tough go of it because of my insurance company fighting me on everything, but Assured Roofing stuck with me and helped out immensely. They fought with the insurance company with me and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of. I've owned two houses now with roofs they have installed and both have been high quality.

I can definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Avoid the fly by night operations that swoop in after a hail storm and use this local family owned business instead. You'll be glad you did!

I highly recommend Assured Roofing! Cindy, Dan, the roofing crew and all of the subcontractors were great to deal with. Dan was awesome and he took care of everything, and there was very little we had to do on our end. We had to have our roof, gutters and garage doors replaced along with paint damage from the hail storm. Dan even took care of dealing with the insurance company on supplemental items.

During this crazy time, Dan always showed up with a mask and we kept our social distance. Each time I called, it was either answered right away, message returned shortly thereafter, or texting was extremely timely. We were given a great choice of roofing materials, and all the work looks fabulous! The workers were very efficient, in and out and never caused any inconvenience. Thank you to all for everything!

Top quality materials. A fair price. Excellent customer service. We had our roof replaced in March 2020. Four months later, we are still commenting "love how our new roof looks." Dan and Cindy were great to work with. They were responsive to our requests, and they made sure we understood each step of the process.

This roofing company is excellent. I highly recommend them. They are professional in every way. We will use them again if ever we need work done on our roof. They were attentive and thorough, communicated very well and followed through with all the details.

Dan and his crew are absolutely amazing! They put our roof on so fast that we were amazed. The work was done not only fast but very well. We are very happy with the way it looks and we know that we got a fair price for the job done. We did not find any debris that they didn't pick up at any time. Great work Dan and crew, thanks!

Assured roofing made it possible to get my roof done off season. I was nervous about going through the winter with hail damage, not knowing if the heavy snow could have caused a leak. Fortunately the weather took a break in December and Dan and his amazing crew finished the job just before a major snow storm. Phew! Cindy was great to work with, she worked with our insurance company and made sure all papers were filed, and all went well. Dan told us about getting an impact resistant roof, I had never heard of it! We now have a beautiful impact resistant roof and the neighborhood is giving us rave reviews.

I highly, highly recommend this company based on price, service, trustworthiness and quality. About 6 years ago, an Aspen tree died and fell on our house, taking off part of the old roof. Of course, insurance covered nothing because the roof was 20 years old. So we got a ton of quotes and finally went with Assured Roofing based on price and a relative's recommendation.

Over the past 6 years, our home has been pummeled by hail, rain, snow and the dry, sunny Colorado weather. We do not have any cover from trees, so the roof gets all the hits directly. After every major storm, the insurance company comes out and inevitably says, "Wow! You can't even tell this roof got hit. It's beautiful. Who did you have do this?" This summer, our house was damaged by golf ball-sized hail.

We literally had holes through the exterior of our house, and one of our skylights cracked! I've never seen damage like that. Our roof took a hit also - but the adjuster still commented, "I think your roof is the least damaged roof I've seen since the storm hit! Boy, it sure did it's job protecting your house!" We have hired Assured Roofing to replace our damaged roof once again.

The owner, Dan, is great at working with the insurance company to see that everything is covered, and he has gone out of his way to make sure we understand the process, warranties and choices we could make. I think you would be hard pressed to find another roofer who could do this good of a job, even at nearly double the price. I would never again hire anyone else to work on my roof, at any price.

After using Assured roofing several years back I used them to do repairs on a home we purchased this summer and they were so busy they couldn't get to it for 3 weeks and once they did get to it the repair wasn't complete and the following week the rains came and the repair leaked down the skylight and damaged all the drywall inside. The owner promised to get right back and no one showed up for 2 weeks.

Finally when they did show up He showed me where they didn't complete the sealing against the skylight and apologized for the drywall damage. The drywall damage was almost twice the price as the roof repair. Still to this day no one will reimburse me for the expense above the roof repair.

After having my new roof in place for a couple years now, and many violent storms I felt the need to rave about Assured Roofing. After getting quotes from Sears, Home Depot and some other fly-by-night outfit, I decided to go with Assured and I sure am glad I did! For about 1/2 of what Sears & Home Depot wanted to charge me, I got some extras thrown in like a drip deflector around the entire roof, repainting of vents etc to match the roof and drip deflector, and some repairing of water drainage areas that were causing damage due to very poor design by the builder, Melody Homes.

That was pretty nice in itself but what has really made me happy is the job Assured did, and how well my roof has withstood a couple of the most violent thunder storms I've seen in Colorado. My roof may be the most well built part of my entire house! Melody Homes should consult Assured Roofing, or even a high school student on building things to last.

My house must have been a test model for them to learn on. Some really stupid designs were used, clearly to insure the house didn't last past the 10 yr warranty, but that's another topic. I definitely recommend talking to Assured Roofing if you're planning to replace your roof. It's worth every penny you save!
