Great experience! The sales rep was very professional and knew all aspects of how to speak with my insurance company. State Farm said they are one of their trusted contractors. I have a large roof and the team worked until dark to get it done in one day. Processing my reimbursement check was very challenging bc the bank had alot of red tape but Weatherguard was very patient and professional throughout.

Weatherguard provided the ultimate in service. After all of the rain delays and good weather was on the forecast they were very prompt to be at the door and ready to start. Their crew was very courteous and definitely knew how to do their job. Even having a very steep roof, they scaled it as the pro's that they are. It is very good knowing that the quick response that they provided after identifying our hail damage provided protection for my home and peace of mind for myself and my family. The field rep and work crew were nothing less than professional.

The workmanship was very professional and the clean up after the installation was very well done (nary a nail to be found). Weather Guard was very diligent in working with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. Many of our neighbors had no problems w/their claims for hail & wind damage regarding a Spring 2019 severe thunderstorm. Unfortunately our process needed a couple of additional steps to approve the claim in March of 2020. Weather Guard's hard work was further seen on the day of the actual install.
A crew of about 15 got to work before 7am and worked until the job was complete, around 8pm. They did a good cleanup job too. Our insurer also sent out a rep for a post install inspection and he commented on what good a job had been done.

The process was so simple from meeting Matt at the house initially for an estimate, again when the insurance adjuster came out, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof! They did a great job on the day of the project, completing the entire roof replacement by mid-afternoon. Did a great job with cleaning up debris and nails as well. My only difficulty was getting in touch with the schedulers and at times would not get a call back for several days. It was a busy time of year after a hurricane and they assured me they would work on their communication moving forward.

We were satisfied with Weatherguard on this project. Even though it was a long project, it was during the big hail storm and almost every house in the area had damage. There were a few mix-ups but Weatherguard took accountability and handled them smoothly and appropriately. All in all, a satisfied customer.

We had hail and wind damage to our roof. Weatherguard took care of everything including contacting our insurance company, meeting the adjuster to look at damages and negotiating the proper type of roof that needed to be replaced. It was a painless and quick process because of their knowledge and professionalism. The roof was replaced and cleaned up in one day and they followed up with to double check the clean up and our satisfaction. We highly recommend Weatherguard.

Scott (owner) truly understands the importance of customer service and building trusting relationships with his customers.
