This is one of the most professional businesses I've dealt with. The gentleman that came out was so friendly and respectful. He checked out every building and made sure that I had his number so that if I needed to speak with him about anything, I could reach him. Then, there are the two ladies that work for Bravo. Wow, they could teach Customer Service. The roofs on all the buildings look beautiful.

I called this company to come give me a estimate on a roof leak. When making the appointment, I specifically told the receptionist to make sure the technician come with a ladder to go up in my attic. Needless to say the technician showed up with no ladder and asked if he can use my dining room chair to stand on to go look. I'll never call this company again. Common sense tells you that when you're checking a roof leak you being the proper equipment and don't expect the homeowner to supply that. The worse experience ever!

Called and requested a quote from Bravo Roofing. Mr. Zunker came out immediately and gave us a quote. We accepted the quote and they were able to get on the job the following week. Mr. Collette came out with the actual crew and got the job done in 2 days. It was only a partial roof but the speed and quality is beyond belief. They did and excellent job.
The crewed cleaned up the location and you could never tell they had been here. The following day, Mr. Collette came by to inspect the job again. He actually was on site several times assuring the work was done properly. In fact, he discovered a problem that was created by the original builder and fixed the problem. The entire staff at Bravo treated us like family and did an excellent. I would highly recommend them for any roof or roof repair. I have saved their business cards in case i have any future roofing problems. God bless Bravo Roofing.
