Good News Roofing did a superb job on my recent roof replacement! Kudos to Jeff Roehrick the Project Manager and his team of roofers. Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. The crew was respectful of all my landscaping and did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a new roof!

Good News Roofing was great to work with since the April 2024 hailstorm. They went back and forth with our insurance carrier for over 6 months before finally being approved for a complete roof replacement. Brook was prompt, always on time, and always had a smile on her face when things were not going our way. She told us up front to not lose hope and was in our corner every step of the way. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is needing a roofing inspection or repairs.

At the beginning of service, Marcus helped us to get knowledge of this company versus other roof companies. When Marcus was no longer available Nicolas transitioned smoothly to help continue to understand procedures and services very nicely. Nicolas have done fabulous job to explain each repair for the roof, gutter, garage door, tinted windows tasks and expenses.

It was a windy day at my neighbors house getting their new roof from Good News Nails and some debris blew into our backyard. We mentioned to the staff at Good News that we were disappointed. The owner came out and cleaned out our backyard. Steve was very nice.

Great experience with Good News Roofing. Needed our metal roof replaced. Brooke is great to work with and kept us updated with all progress. The crew did the job in less than 2 days. All new metal roof and new decking. They cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. They also replaced my dads roof 2 months earlier with outstanding results. I highly recommend them.

Good New Roofing Rudy did a good job evaluating roof and then explaining and scheduling replacement. The repairs were done on time with experienced installation crew that did quality work with quality materials in one day.

It all started when I noticed a water stain in my closet. It could only have come from a leak in the roof. My husband and I are not young sprouts anymore and we knew we could not fix the problem. We called Rudy Cedillo with Good News Roofing. Their signs were everywhere, in itself a good recommendation. From the moment he came in to our house, we did not have to do anything!

He dealt with our insurance company so we didn't have to. He arranged for the interior repairs and did a thorough survey of the property. We could hardly believe the damage our roof had, and Rudy showed us photos to show us all along the way. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Good News roofing. My project manager Rudy took pictures of hail damage after my insurance company had completed their inspection and they submitted a supplemental report for additional repairs needed. The insurance inspector came out a few weeks later and approved almost everything extra. We had rotted soffits and he helped coordinate with another contractor to make sure the repairs were done before we got the new roof.

At every turn he was easy to get in touch with and the office team at Good News was also very patient with all my questions. After the work was done he followed up with me and helped get minor problems resolved. You can really tell that Rudy cares about quality and Good News roofing is definitely a cut above the rest!

After a bad hail storm, I had multiple roofing companies come out, but Micah was the only representative who came with information in hand for me to keep and review. Good News Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. This is our third roof repair in 5 years due to hail and they fixed issues that we have always had when no one else did. They are trustworthy and pay attention to detail. We had them replace damaged siding and repair a skylight and the work exceeded our expectations. Good News Roofing & Solar turned a hail storm into a blessing! They inspected my roof and found hail damage-- but I didn't remember there being a hail storm. Brook explained their policy to work with my insurance company and advocate for my claim. If the insurer denied the claim, I didn't have to use Good News and was free to get numerous bids on the job. Brook went with my adjuster up on the roof, and they both agreed that there was significant hail damage. Unfortunately, the most recent hail storm had been one year and 26 days earlier.

The claim was denied. Brook encouraged me and even prayed with me! That night, I remembered I had been out of state during the key storm-- selling my father's home after his death. Knowing Good News had my back, I appealed. Brook stayed connected during the entire process. They re-opened my claim! And TODAY under Brook's very knowledgeable guidance, the fabulous roofing team put a beautiful new roof on that perfectly coordinates with my house! Good new roofing and specifically Rudy were excellent to deal with. Had my roof replaced due to hail damage this year. Had multiple roofers out to look at it and Good News were the most open and honest about the job and transparent with the process. Rudy was my contact with the company and was just so honest and clear with everything. In addition to the insurance work I had gutters added and some fascia replaced.

Whenever a question came up about a choice my wife, after meeting Rudy, would say "What does Rudy think we should do" due to the trust he built up. The work was high quality and efficient and they were respectful of my property throughout. Will be using them for all my roofing needs (which are hopefully few) going forward.

Outstanding roofing company! My account manager was Micah from start to finish, he is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the customer, listens and makes realistic recommendations. Good News roofing worked well with my insurance company, zero issues between the two. The day of roof replacement started at 7 am and finished in the early afternoon. I also had gutters installed, which I'd highly recommend as well. Call them today before the spring rains begin.

I chose Good News Roofing because they were honest and didn't try to sell anything more even though I inquired about upgrades. I didn't know any of them at the time but they assured me I would only be out my deductible. They reviewed the scope of work from the insurance company and clearly explained to us what was covered. I paid exactly what they said and got reimbursed from the insurance exactly what was expected. They made upgrades where there were no other options and also covered by the insurance. Great crew and office staff to work with as they made it a pleasant experience.

I had two houses needing roof replacement due to hail damage in 2023 and chose to work with Good News Roofing based on the referral of a neighbor. Brook Vallejo served as the project manager and excelled in all regards. She coordinated with my insurance company on both claims, as well as the builder on one of the houses (which required warranty repair on framing issues that she identified during her inspection).

There were a lot of moving pieces to coordinate, and Brook was on top of everything, communicating with me every step of the way, always available to answer questions and offer guidance when decisions had to be made. Feb 2023 ice storm tore my 50 yr old live oak tree down in my backyard. Roof pierced, gutter torn off, holes in Hardi-board exterior were all repaired or replaced by folks associated with this wonderful roofing company. Plus helped file everything with homeowners insurance as well. Such a thorough, thoughtful group of folks, especially Brook Vallejo.

Received a new roof on 3/1/2022, I wanted to give a huge shout out to the entire Good News Roofing Team. The initial meeting was extremely informative and very easy to understand. From the vase array of colors, styles, and drip edges there was never any pressure. Brook was our saleswoman, administer on site, and available at anytime there was a question or concern.

He came to our home and provided an estimate to replace our roof and gutters. As soon as we got the sign-off from our HOA, Steve scheduled the work for the following week.
