The Werling team did an excellent job on time and at a reasonable price when the did a complete tear off and roof replacement. They were courteous and professional. Had a leak from the roof from last Monday July 12. Called and they came out during the rain to inspect. Impressive. I was told I would get a email with the estimate, never got. When I called in and ask for the email I was told oh it went to spam. Instead of resending I was told its in the mail. Friday the 17 I called back and was faxed estimate. I signed and sent back adapt.

No call or anything. Mind you we lost 5 days getting the roof repaired. Sunday it rained again and had the leak again. I called and said when are you coming out. I got maybe Tuesday Wednesday. Totally unacceptable!
