Your crew (headed up by Brad) did an excellent job on my garage roof yesterday. They were timely, took great care with the job, were informative, and did a fantastic clean-up job. I will definitely recommend Billy's Roofing - in fact, I already have.

Billy's roofing was great! Mariah came out to our house and did a thorough review of the issues with our roof. She gave us different options for the type of roofing we would like to have installed. There was absolutely no pressure to choose any particular type of roof or style. She kept us informed and updated as to when we could expect the installation to begin.

The crew was on time, worked very hard and kept everything clean and organized. We had new gutters installed as well with gutter guards. We couldn't be more happy with our new roof and the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof. Thank you so much Billy's roofing!

We are very pleased with our new roof and our quote was much better than the others. Mariah our sales rep was easy to work with. Charles the crew leader ran his crew like a well oiled machine. The clean up was good and our house and garage was completed in 6 hours. They even protected our gardens without being asked to. Would definitely recommend this company!

Katelynn was such a nice and knowledgeable woman who helped us pick out and schedule our roof repairs, it was so quick and easy. They did a great job cleaning up and my roof looks so nice now. The price was very reasonable, especially since they replaced all the wood paneling AND shingles, and they did it all in less than a day! I'm glad I chose them, they are a good company.

Quality of the work is outstanding, they were on time and completed the work in one day. Billy's Roofing installed the prior roof 19 plus years ago; due to wind damage and time I needed a full tear off and replacement. I am once again satisfied with the result. The crew was professional and courteous, they tarped the house to catch the debris, cleaned/picked up as they worked plus did a final inspection of the grounds before leaving. It was a fully staffed crew - at one point I counted 12 crew members on the roof and two on the ground doing pick-up and that was just the front of the house!

Out of 3 bids i had done Billy's was the most professional, got right up on the roof and sent us dozens of photos show problem areas. They were competitive with the other quotes i received. In the end i just trusted Billy's the most. Not to mention they did an excellent on my neighbor's house and he highly recommended them. They did all the roof work in one day, and came out and finished the gutters a few days later.left no zero mess behind, not nails no paper nothing. The workmanship is excellent, and a wekk layer stragers walking by are telling me how good it looks.

I personally had a great experience with Billy's roofing from start to finish. Katelyn was very accommodating to the few times I changed my mind on some items. When she actually got up in my attic, I was very impressed because I felt that this was the most thorough quote I received. I would rather know up front if there are any issues up there, rather than after the fact.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. There was a minor issue, but with a quick call to Katelyn, it was taken care of immediately. I cannot thank the Billy's team enough for their great work! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof as the cost was very competitive, as well!

Roofing & Gutters We did our research and had an independent inspector make sure that every item was of high quality, met code, and the installation was done correctly. We also checked with other unattached companies who's business's dovetailed into the roofing industry. They also said that Billy's Roofing was very good and put them in front of other higher priced advertised companies.

When the team came out, they were on time and ready to go. Their objective was to make us happy and do everything that was requested. In the beginning, Billy's sent out Katelyn to give us an estimate. We were impressed with her knowledge about the business and industry standards. She had no problem going into our attic and assessing issues there. She then went onto our roof inspected it and explained in simple terms what needed to be replaced and the most cost efficient way of doing it.

During the job she returned, went back onto the roof to ensure things were going well. She then returned for follow up visits to make sure we were happy. With a new roof and gutter system we are more than pleased. I even walked every inch of my lawn and my attached neighbors lawn looking for any debris and couldn't find a nail or piece of paper. Most importantly; they are licensed and insured with documents right up front.

They did a outstanding job. Very professional and down to earth. Chris and Mariah were two great people to work with to get the job done in a timely manner. After a half dozen quotes, I decided to call Billy's. The very next day Katelyn came out and was able to diagnosis my issue (ice dams forming due to faulty ventilation in an addition) as well as come up with a specific plan (as opposed to "throw more insulation up there" which every other company did) to address my issue. Despite being booked out 6+ weeks in advance, they were able to get my roof installed 2 weeks early, were on time the day of (7:59 with a start time of 8), professional, and QUICK.

A full tear-down and reinstall took less than 7 hours and looks perfect. My yard is CLEAN and free of nails/debris. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Katelyn (my salesperson) and Charles (my shift leader). If you're looking for a roof, look no further. To top it all off, the price was on par or better than every other quote I had.

We are renovating two homes that needed new roofs. Katelyn came out to give us a quote within a few days. She did such a great job explaining the different materials and giving advice about what we should do/needed. We are very happy with the new roofs. Each house was finished within a day and a half. It has rained and snowed several times since we redid them, no more leaks! Billy's roofing is a great and trustworthy company! I would refer them to my friends and family!

Just got off the phone with Jason. I called to schedule a routine roof inspection and to discuss any potential repairs. Even though their website says right at the top "Get a free no-obligation quote" he was completely unwilling to drive the 10 miles to do an inspection, even with the prospect of future paid work. He complained that they rarely see any paid business from doing quotes and inspections and I should find someone else.

I politely informed him that if they weren't willing to do inspections and quotes they would guarantee themselves zero repeat business. At least he didn't schedule an appointment and "no-call, no-show" like they've done before. I'll give my business to someone who actually wants to work for it,

Had gutters and vinyl trim installed. Problems with leaking down brick in many spots, Bill came out once, never came back. Also, during installation there was a problem area, he said that's just the way it has to be.

Scheduled an appointment to check on a leaky roof. The person that was to inspect the roof did a "NO CALL NO SHOW". Save you time and avoid this company if this is any indication of the type of service that you will receive!
