My gutters were loose on my house. But I did not realize until they were repaired that they were installed improperly to begin with. I am grateful that my gutters are now not only fitting correctly to the soffit better now properly installed. I will definitely utilize this company for further needs. Highly recommend!

I did not use this company's service because they never showed up for a scheduled estimate. I can't speak to their level of craftsmanship, but it's clear to me that their customer service is need of repair. I believe patents are great if you actually have one. However, keeping your word and honoring commitments is the real innovation that this company is missing. This was my experience with this business, but yours may be different - IF they bother to show up.

I found House Mechanics online when I was looking for someone to do siding and gutters. The other company that I knew and trusted still hadn't given me an estimate that I had asked for in October! I was nervous since I didn't know anything about this company except for what I read on the Internet. They had good reviews so I took a chance and I AM BEYOND HAPPY I DID!

I contacted them the end of January 28th we set up a date for Richard to come out and give me an estimate. I was pleased with with the price and his knowledge! He started the work After I picked out the color of the siding and we had a plan in place. It took him no time to get the job done. The quality of his work is out of this world! I really love that he is here every day doing the work so, if I had any questions or concerns I could go directly to him/the owner!

I'm so impressed (to say the least) by EVERY SINGLE THING from start to finish! Not one complaint whatsoever! I highly recommend House Mechanics if you need any work done on your house! I guarantee you won't regret it! I love that he started The end of February and finished March 10th! Just in time for nice weather!

Richard of House Mechanics took my call regarding repairs to my attic vent. He was prompt and followed through with the necessary repairs. He was able to reuse the vent slats. House Mechanics did a great job of repairing our gutters. Richard did a thorough inspection of the whole gutter system. He and his staff not only repaired our gutters but also repaired several damaged sections of the roof (the work of roof repair was free of charge, we did not even know there was damage on the roof). He joked with us after he finished the work that he was there to fix things.

We are very pleased with their work and services. We will highly recommend them. I learned that Richard is the third generation owner of the company. In today's world that all businesses pursue profit maximization. It is not easy to find companies based on integrity and helping people work ethic. If you have a need for roof, gutter or siding work House Mechanics will be a good company to call.

Richard come out same day to provide quote. Quote was very reasonable to replace and repair 2nd story siding on my house, he was able to come back the next day to complete the job. Truly happy with his work. I will definitely be referring this company to family and friends.

Richard is very responsive and came out on short notice to fix a leak around a roof vent. He took a video and explained to us the problem we were having and what he did to fix it. He had a crew of two other guys and they were very thorough and professional. We will certainly call on House Mechanics again for repairs around our home. Highly recommended!

Richard was great. I actually have him saved in my phone as Richard "Amazing Roofing" for ease of finding him. He took the time to come over and quote the job (replace some old guttering, install some new guttering where there wasn't any, and check the roof for us) and have a good look around, then came back a couple of days later with his team to do all the work for an awesome price. I will 100% be using him again in the future and recommending him to others.

Highly recommend this company. Richard Hathaway with House Mechanics, was the second service we called. The first was booked for several weeks. He called before he came to provide an inspection of the damage and an estimate of cost. Richard provided a video of the damage and an explanation of what could have caused the problem. He provided a description of the materials and techniques of how House Mechanics would correct the problem.

He gave a time frame for the repairs and how long it would take. House Mechanics crew show up on time and met the completion time promised, and the area was left clean and neat. Richard has been out to fix my roof twice after wind damage and also has taken care of my siding. He did an amazing job! His prices are reasonable, quality excellent, and his kindness unmatched. He will always be my first call for home repair.

We just had the best experience with House Mechanics, Inc of Indianapolis! We have had a reoccurring leak in our garage ceiling. We called the company who replaced our roof a few years ago to come check it out. They claimed the issue was our dormers leaking, not the actual roof. My husband sealed and caulked and that seemed to have helped. A year later, the same thing happened.

We called the company and they still said it was dormers. Finally, my husband call Richard of House Mechanics. He came over and knew immediately there was definitely a roof leak. Apparently, the former company we had used to replace our roof, did not install flashing which in turn just caused all the water to just sit on our roof. He even took video of everything going on up there. Richard did a great job of explaining everything and offered to replace the rotted boards, install flashing, and put on the new shingles for a good price.

He went over and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. Richard also insures his work and gives a labor guarantee! How amazing is that?! Overall, we would definitely highly recommend House Mechanics, Inc of Indianapolis for their fair pricing, labor warranty, and friendly professionalism!

We had massive hail damage. Richard stopped by and offered his services. I admit, I was skeptical, but we went ahead and asked him to help us. Don't let your insurance company give you an estimate on storm damages without Richard. He helped us get the amount we needed to fix everything. Thank you, Richard!

I admit I am one of those people that always tries to get more than they pay for. I had a roof leak problem and called several contractors. After reviewing the estimates I chose the lowest one hoping they would still give me what was needed. I was greatly impressed with the quality and performance of House Mechanics. Richard was able to schedule the repairs for the next day (not 2 or 3 weeks out like the others) and they did not only fix what was needed but far exceeded my expectations with other repairs without additional cost.
