Bryan came over yesterday to give me a free estimate. He was honest, timely, and understanding. He checked the bottom siding for me all around the house. Instead of giving me a free estimate and leaving the work for someone else to come back and do, he started working right then himself! He not only sealed the wholes in the siding around my home, he was able to attach the siding back to the house!
It was so hard, he did recommend buying the piece that the siding attaches to, but he did such a good job, I didn't even need to buy it. It took a while, and it was very hot outside. He had to lay on the ground so he could see under the siding to try to attach it, but he didn't give up until the job was finished. He made the side of my home look more even than before. I didn't realize how much of a difference it made. I am so grateful for him! Thanks so much!

We used Cochran to replace our siding, soffits and gutters. I was so impressed with the team's approach. Jamie Miller was very responsive and attentive to setting up our project and Regina, our project superintendent, was great at communicating updates and keeping us informed on when work would happen and what to expect each day of our project. Everyone was very professional. It's not every day you hear of a positive home construction project, but Cochran delivered one, hands down!

Jamie Miller was great to work with.he helped us pick colors for James Hardie plank siding & trim pus provided an accurate quote with no hidden costs. When our front window was left unfinished he worked with us on solutions and ultimately we are extremely happy with the results. Cochran transformed our house from old and dated to refresh & modern.

I can't express thankful I am for Felix Brunot at Cochran Exteriors for all his help in getting my roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm and leak. For months he worked with my insurance company to get everything covered. Without Felix I am convinced insurance would not have covered it.
