In the recent windstorm, I lost 1 shingle from my roof. Upon recommendation from church members at St. Andrews UMC Omaha, I called While Castle. Jordan Ottoson was wonderfully helpful and came out expediently to assess the damage. Angel & crew member came out 2 days later and fixed the shingle. Fair and honest businesspeople. I highly recommend them!

A downspout was disconnected from a high gutter during our recent wind storm and I was told that someone would come out today to evaluate it, tell me the charge and set up a time for repair. CJ saw what needed to be done and offered to fix it on the spot - which they did. Very kind, courteous, efficient and professional. They are excellent representatives of the company!

Contacted white castle roofing about a roof inspection from a wind storm. Set up appointment for them to come out. Jordan was early for his appointment. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and found we were only missing a couple of shingles. He said they could do the repairs at no charge. Isaac came out a few days later to complete the repair. He was quick and thorough. I appreciate the level of service and will definitely be using white castle roofing for all my future needs.

We recently had a very strong wind storm come through our area and ripped a good chunk of shingles off the roof. White castle went to bat for us with the insurance company and did everything they could to get us what we needed for our repair. We talked to a handful of the staff at White Castle while dealing with this repair and every single one of them was professional and super nice. Chad Cossins was the direct contact we had with the company and he did an amazing job.

Very fast to respond, with effective results, when I had a roof leak last year and also this year at rental properties. Even very high roofs do not seem to slow them down. Recently, I had White Castle re-roof an apt building dating back to the 1800s along with its detached garage. It has flat roof sections that still need to be done (which require different materials) but the shingles look perfect.

The customer service dept quickly helped find the solid looking black shingles I wanted and provided excellent photos as the roof is too high to be viewed. The communication from office staff was excellent in letting me know what to expect and clean-up was perfect- not a scrap left behind. They finished in two days instead of the estimated three days. They were very helpful in working with the insurance company, also. I highly recommend them.

When I called them they were very responsive and fixed the issue promptly. They inspected the rest of the fascia to ensure it was also secure. They exceeded my expectations.

We recently moved to a new home and have been calling tons of contractors for little projects around the house and it is hard out there to find a good contractor who does good work at a good price. Chad came out (getting a call back was hassle free and very fast) and was such a pro he figured out how to fix our over flowing gutter in about 15 min.

Then he proceeded to bill us $0 because it was such a quick fix! Gotta love an honest pro! Next time we need our roof replaced or gutters done we will definitely be requesting Chad and we will be recommending him to all of our friends. Thanks!

Mike McGuire with White Castle Roofing did a roof repair for our house which had mold damage. After giving us a professional assessment of the work required, He also installed whirlybirds for the roof to give us better ventilation and replaced shingles that were missing. Called White Castle because we had a dripping leak in the roof. Mike diagnosed the problem super quickly and well, and wasn't afraid to let us know that it was not likely to need work anytime soon. So far it's been holding up so it looks like he made the right call. If we ever have more troubles I know who we're going to call.

Don't use White Castle Roofing. They damaged our brand new gutters and then refused to pay to replace them! Our insurance agent and our gutter company both said they have heard this is a problem with White Castle Roofing. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

Let me begin by staying can you trust a roofing company that would replace a roof in mid November.you can make your own decision however before you do check the temperature that a roof can be installed and sealed by number of degree days. November would not fall in the acceptance period.let alone the shingles being used. The only one that could be installed is a Northstar class 4 shingle that is heavier than the other ones and hail resistant. Just drove around and see how many are being installed or do some research.that will say it all

I have met with Mike Hansen the owner and his son Jake Hansen as well as Chris Carroll the "roof specialist" regarding their Shortcoming, Nonchalant attitude and Repeated cancellations and no-shows no call.

They all have admitted that they dropped the ball, but as of yet Mike Hansen compensated us for the damages they have caused even though Mike Hansen Signed the agreement 3 weeks ago that he will pay for the damages. This has been going on from fall of 2018 up to today almost end of May 2019 by not showing up, postponing and ignoring The potential problems that continuously caused damage to our Roof that has subsequently caused damage to the inside of the house.

This company has no integrity. They are no "roof specialist "as they claim they are. They kept promising to fix the roof but Repeatedly not showing up thus causing leak to destroy the drywall on the inside. This company has absolutely no work ethics. It is of note that I have made numerous attempts to Mr hansen asking him to honor the settlement offer he signed on 5/2/19,b ut no response and keep getting runaround.

I can not begin to say enough good things about this company. Ultra professional from start to finish. They put my roof on in two days; didn't leave one piece of debris and stayed in constant contact with me (I was away on vacation). I very particular about my house and I highly recommend using them. Very disappointed in White Castle. They came out and fixed some parts on our roof that were leaking but not everything. We called for someone to come back out and fix it and they never showed. We paid them $350.00 and they said that their work was guaranteed for 1 year. Tried to call the manager and had to leave a message. We never heard back. Inconsistent and work was left undone. Very unprofessional!

We called White Castle last Spring because we had a leak in our roof. They worked with us during this unexpected need for a big purchase and calmed my nerves picking out a new roof. They patiently explained all of the options involved, including shingle type, color, durability, warranties, guarantees, and options for venting our poor old roof. They were not pushy at all and very understanding.

The staff was polite, clean, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I sleep so well at night knowing I can call, text or email the gentlemen I've worked with with any concerns. The gutters and roof came out wonderfully. I'm SO grateful I found and used White Castle Roofing.
