I cannot recommend Terry enough! He happened to stop by as I was leaving on my way to work and asked if I needed my roof inspected after the hail storm, I told him yes and to go ahead and check it out and let me know after I got off of work. He called me the next day and walked through every little thing and even came back by and put a tarp up on my roof because I had holes in it. He was VERY genuine and helpful throughout the entire process; highly recommend using him! :

What a great experience with this company I had. Very professional and knowledgeable about roofs and insurance claim procedures. The project manager, Terry, thoroughly explained the process from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. Fast workers and cleaned up very well! I will go through this company again for sure if I'm ever in need of roof work.

Things seemed to move very quickly in the beginning, once we signed the service agreement. After meeting with the sales guy, they had us deal with some other guy who took over from that point. Communication between him and us was frequent at that time and it was also very easy to get a hold of him. However, once certain tasks were completed, he greatly lacked in keeping us informed what was next, and he also became really difficult to get a hold of. Materials were delivered without setting it up with us, they just showed up.
Nothing was set up with us to schedule a day to do the actual job even though we kept repeatedly asking for several weeks when they'd do it. One morning they just showed up ready to do the job, we were shocked that we didn't have time to prepare. They worked for two days, once they were totally finished they cleaned up 90% of the trash, torn shingles, rusty nails, paper, and debris.
They left an opened box of roofing nails for a nail gun where kids/anyone could easily reach in and take them. They drove right by the box so they would've seen it. Weird. Our overall experience with them is one that we hope to never repeat again with anyone else. It just seems they have lots to improve on, mostly customer service, and definitely keeping the customer informed of what's going on at all times.
