We cannot recommend Anchor Roofing and Landscaping enough! We discovered last Friday night after 5pm that we had a large section of blown off shingles on the peak of our roof! We put a call into them and Saturday Afternoon Robert (an excellent representative of their company) came out, inspected it, wrote up a quote explaining what needed to be done and proceeded to repair it!
The windy weather did not stop Anchor Roofing and Robert from securing our roof again! Our Neighbor who was watching the repair commented that Robert inspected our entire roof in great detail and was super impressed by how thorough he was. They will be calling Anchor Roofing next time as well! Thank you Anchor Roofing for the Great Service!

In August, 2021, We hired this company to repair the roof leaks at our apartment complexes. 95% of the repair they made on our roofs are still leaking on the NEXT DAY after the repair with the first rain. They gave us 12 month warranty. They are not answer and returner calls for warranty. We think this company is a scam. We do not recommend any one to use them for any roof repair or replacement. We had paid them 50% of the contract price and we were able to timely stop payment on the remaining. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or YOU WILL GET BURNED!

Nathan did a great job of providing a detailed estimate and worked with us on getting everything we wanted in a new roof including removing the old chimney and a different ventilation setup. We had a roof leak and a friend suggested Anchor Roofing. Nate Steuer came out the next day, went on the roof and into our attic. He quickly found the apparent problem, a small hole in the flashing around a roof vent. Nate caulked the hole and did not charge us for the repair! Anchor Roofing did a great job in replacing my roof. The roof is fairly complicated and there were a lot of issues that were not addressed by the adjustors. Nate Steuer worked with my insurance company to get reimbursed for all of it. I would definitely use Anchor Roofing again. These guys are work animals! The crew did an amazing job! And they cleaned up everything afterwards. They even cleaned the new skylight for us. We are grateful for Skye! I worked with Anchor Roofing and their representatives Skye and Thom to replace my roof and skylight. Their work was high quality from the the beginning to the end. They communicated extremely well, he let me know what to expect from the installation, cleanup and what it would look like if we had damage under the old roof. He also listened to my concerns on a specific area and took that into consideration.
They swept the surrounding house looking for loose nails the day of and several days after. There were zero surprises during the project and the price. Extremely high quality work from a local company at a fair cost. I have had challenges in the past with contractors on other projects and this was probably one of my best experiences. Anchor did a TPO roofing job for me about four years ago. It was still under warranty when I called several times in reference to a possible leak issue, which Victor said was not a problem with the roof. Last month when it became obvious the roof did (it has been repaired at this point) have a leak and that leak was the same issue since I last spoke with Anchor, I left messages with Victor again to return my call, which he did not. Unfortunately, this was no surprise to me because this wasn't the first, or even second or third, time that he failed to communicate with me.
In the end I went with another roofer, who repaired the leak with warranty. In sum, poor communication, failure to fix the problem while still under warranty, and giving the run around to a customer that trusted the service would be done right. I hope that explains it.

I had a leak in my kitchen that continued to getting worse. I called a couple companies for quotes to patch the roof and Anchor was the best price. I had a tricky circumstance and they assured me that they would take care of it. Sure enough these guys took care of everything! Extremely pleased with the work. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to others!
