If you could see my roof, you would know why I wrote this review. I live in an area with many trees, and over the years, my roof has taken quite a beating. A-1 Property Servicescame in and replaced my roof, and they did an excellent job. It looks better than it has in years! I am very happy with the work they did.

Our first A-1 Property Services call was an emergency one when the roof started leaking, and there were warnings that there could be a hurricane headed our way. We were extremely pleased with the roofing crew's professionalism, knowledge, and speed. The work was completed quickly, and we haven't had any problems.

Good Luck getting them to do repairs on your roof once its goes out of warranty. And guess what they even throw your file away once the warranty expires as per the owner GEO Geo ( the owner) who came to see the project after multiple calls to schedule an appointment and rain cancellation. He said I know your roof and don't need to go up on the roof.
So why cancel two prior appt due to rain. Anyways after looking at the work he said my best option was to replace my roof WHAT! my roof is only 6 years old. I am sure people have different experiences but mine wasn't pleasant and so i had to write this just to make the management aware of his attitude. Bad customer service and bad attitude is how your bring the name of your company down.

I have worked for this company for over a year now, I am the office Manager and I can tell you that the owner and staff pride themselves in giving the utmost quality, professionalism, and attention to all our customers. Yes during the past two years covid and the production crisis happening world wide has put a huge strain on us, as we struggle to get our customers their materials and permits in a timely manner.
It saddens me when a customer resorts to a bad review when knowing full and well that right now you can't even get a microwave from Home Depot delivered in a timely manner. Not even Amazon prime can guarantee next day delivery anymore. We have been in business for 15 plus years. We only use top quality materials and assure customer satisfaction in Roofing, Windows, Doors and HVAC. I am happy to be part of such a wonderful team

It is not easy to find a good contractor to do small jobs in South FL. A-1 Property did my minor roof repair at a very reasonable price. The office staff are all very nice to talk to and very helpful. The crew was on time! and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard! A-1 also gave me a report with before and after pictures which was great!

When was was needed on the inside due to water damage from a lot of rain. A1 made sure that the appropriate contractors completed the job. Paid A1 $16k for a new roof. Leaks occurred every year since their installation. Year 2 they are not following through with their guarantee. Poor workmanship and an unproperly sealed roof is now costing us $6,000 through another company. They were quick to collect but terrible with their follow through. DO NOT recommend
