This is our second experience with Istueta Roofing. On both occasions we received the same exceptional service from start to finish. In fact, we were so pleased that I called the office both during and after the project completion to complement the quality service provided and in particular the project supervision under Tony's direction. All members of the staff were, at all times, very professional and efficient. The whole re-roofing process went smoothly and on a timely manner and this was a comercial unit of over 5400 sf located on Miami Beach, were permitting and the City are not precisely helpful. The Istueta team made it seem all very easy. I would use them again and will recommend their services to all my acquaintances.

I initially sought a quote from Istueta figuring it would be an honest assessment, but a high price. Turns out it was honest and an incredibly fair price. The initial advisor explained all the potential work to me and I was ready to roll right then. As soon as we paid the deposit, the project manager Tony did an amazing job of explaining the process and getting the crew out there ASAP. Tony really excelled at making sure we knew what was going on and when.

Due to it being an older house, there were a few (expected) hick-ups along the way. Tony was very thorough at explaining the issues and all my options, laying out the pros and cons for any decision I would have to make. When something needed to be done outside of the scope of the roofers, Tony was able to provide contacts that allowed us to continue work without delay.

He was an All-star PM. At the end of the day, you might pay slightly more with Istueta but the quality of the work, the quality of the workers, and the professionalism of the team make it worth it. They were able to quickly get permits approved and all the work done before the rains come. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and family members. They might try to bribe you with tea and cookies but the roof work speaks for itself.

I used Istueta Roofing last month to do a complete re-roof. I was so pleased with the process from beginning to end. From the designing phase, choosing colors and discussing project timeline with Antony, the project manager, to the very end upon final inspection, it completely flowed. My home was left in impeccable conditions after every working day; there was not a screw or a candy wrapper left on the floor for those 2-3 weeks of transformation. Antony was constantly updating me to inform me of the progress and expectations.

I was never negatively surprised and communication was never an issue. Nothing happened without my knowledge or approval. The workers were very respectful and hardworking. I have honestly never experienced this kind of service in the construction industry. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company to all my family, friends and strangers who need to do ANYTHING on their roof. This is the only company that needs to come to do some sort of physical inspection. The guy who came and inspected did not give me my quote. It's been over two weeks and the times I have reached out to him he avoids me in a sense. There are better roofing companies out there that can probably do a better job for a much more reasonable price.

This company goes so above and beyond, its the way genuine customer service and quality should be, and then some. Amazing communication and follow up, professional quote with detailed description of repairs and photos before and after. Work was completed sooner and quicker than expected. Everyone was as friendly and communicative and available as can be. Customer retention is clearly a priority for them! I swear I'm not related to anyone there, but they may very well be invited to my next Christmas dinner

When I purchased my home I knew I would have to completely change the roof, it was 25 years old and had never been changed. After talking with Rey, the project manager, I knew that Istueta was the company I wanted to hire for the job. Rey answered every question I had and he made sure I knew what would happen and how it would happen. Rey made the process so easy and I never had a doubt in my mind that the job would go smoothly.

Everyone on the team was very professional, always showed up on time, and the team even made sure to clean up after the days work. They would even clean up my neighbors yard which I thought was great! We are so happy with the finished product it is absolutely beautiful, we have even had a few neighbors compliment our roof as they were walking by. Amazing company! From our initial call for an estimate, to our final email with photos of the job completion, we were amazed. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and responsive. In less than 24 hours of our initial call, we had an estimate for our roof repair. A beautiful package was sent to our home along with a gift of teas and a thermos.

The following week our roof was assessed and the first portion of repair was completed. The communication from everyone involved was superb. We were even contacted when a worker was on their way to our home and if they come sooner to finish the roof upon another client's cancellation. This is the third job done by this company for our family and the first at our home. We cannot recommend Istuate Roofing enough. I have been very satisfied with this company in the roof replacement project that just finished. They kept their promises as far as when they were going to start the project, how long it was going to take. I also liked that their proposal and later the contract was very specific, everything in writing, with pictures of my house from above. They showed me samples of the materials that were going to be used as well as for me to make the choices of the tiles.

During the time the project was going on, the project manager, Tony Duen, will come every day and sometimes more than once, he was always available on the phone, and took care of anything I would ask or bring to his attention in a very efficient and professional manner. I will definitely recommend this company.

Thanks for the copy-paste response I've seen on multiple other reviews. It's been 6 weeks since I posted my initial review, which wasn't anything new to your company. If it was, that shows how disconnected you are from your company. Before writing that first review, I contacted your company multiple times, so if you truly want to make things better you should be contacting me, not the other way around.

You know my cell phone number, my secretaries number, my business phone, my email, and my address. If you really want to "resolve this for you" I'll be waiting for your call.

These guys suck. Wouldn't even give me a proposal when asked. Wanted to come over for a presentation before showing proposal. Did not have time due to a family illness for presentation and still would not give me a quote. These guys have no heart. It was stated to me that they do everything in person and do not work with email and they have been in business for 30 years.

Well get with the times, the world is changing. Classic sales technique, coming from me a medical salesman. Sounds kind of shady to me. Beware of these guys. They are a joke.
