We was established in 1973 by Luis T. Sanchez. While attending the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) he had to set up a roofing company business plan as one of his projects for a business class. What we are now is the fruit of that idea. As a leader in the industry in El Paso, Luis has been a supporter of professional development in the area.

We are headed into the future. It has expanded its services and technologies to adopt sustainable living into its building model. We are well versed in the related trades of HVAC (Air Conditioning and Heating) and we are pleased to offer green technologies such as PV Solar electric systems and industry leading "COOL ROOF" systems.
