Currently, my home is on the market and Jeff came out for what was hopefully a small roof repair. I really appreciated his offer to inspect the entire roof along with giving me valuable background information regarding a roof inspection prior to closing. Needing just a few small repairs, his service was timely and at a fair price. Given Jeff's professionalism and exceptional service, I would definitely recommend Klaus Roofing.

We have hired Klaus Roofing to do a number of roofing jobs for our company over the past year. As a property investment company, efficiency, quality, and cost are highly important to us. Jeff and his crews have always completed the job on time, on budget, and performed above expectations. Jeff is friendly, professional, and his expertise of the roofing industry allows us to make the best decisions for our property needs.

We own Creekside Chalets in Salida, a vacation rental property with nine chalets that all needed new roofs. We contacted the Klaus Roofing team and were initially impressed by Jeff's expertise, professionalism and workmanship. Time was of the essence for our business and the Klaus Roofing team accomplished exactly what they said they were going to do.

The entire process from the bid to the final roof inspection was hassle free. His crew did an amazing job, respectful to our guests and grounds and accomplished the work in the projected time frame. I emailed three roofing contractors from each of their websites, all of whom had straight A ratings on Angie's List. Jeff replied the same day and came out and gave me an estimate the next day. I still haven't heard from the other two roofers. Within 10 days I had a new class 4 roof which will save me 26% on my home owners insurance. The extra cost of the class 4 shingles will be made up in less than 3 years.

What a great job. The old roof was removed and the new one put on in one day. Clean up was great. Hard to tell anyone had been there. Jeff does not hard sell, just explains his process, techniques and materials and asks you to compare with your other bids. Since I never heard back from the other roofers and the estimate was under what I expected and the materials were of the highest quality I went with Jeff and am so happy I did. I highly recommend Jeff as a contractor since he does more than just roofing.

Not sure why my son's name is coming up on this review and I don't know how to change it... I don't typically write reviews for businesses. However, we received excellent service by Jeff and his team, and want others to know what a great job they do. Jeff came out during a rain storm to check and see if our roof was leaking before we even hired him to do the work for us.

After the roof was complete he sent out someone to help with a gutter "issue" we had that was unrelated to the roof. This man did a great job, as well, and Jeff contacted me afterward to make sure we were satisfied with the gutter work. My husband commented while putting up Christmas lights that this looks like the best roof we have ever had. We have already referred friends to Klaus Roofing and will continue to do so.

Jeff answered all of our questions and came out to meet with our insurance adjuster when they viewed our home to see the damage. He came at a moments notice and really kept us informed of everything. I felt like he was our advocate during the whole process and made sure that we knew what was discussed. Jeff met with us to explain the estimate the insurance gave us for our hail damage claim.

He was so helpful in helping us understand all the line items and what the process was for getting a new roof. I appreciated all of his insight and knowledge about claims and roof replacements.

Jeff was very prompt in getting measurements taken, supplies ordered, and scheduling the job. His team showed up and started working on a Saturday morning!

They worked quickly, cleaned up well and the roof passed inspection with not even one little detail to be fixed. We would highly recommend Klaus roofing to all of our friends and family! From start to finish, Jeff and his team were top notch. Very responsive to questions and Jeff even found something on my insurance estimate I missed that was huge. Great work was done between the roof repair, screen and window repairs and painting. Knowing how often roofs are replaced on Colorado, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jeff and his team with any future needs.

I just bought a house that needed a couple repairs done to the roof. Klaus roofing did an excellent job for us from start to finish. Our roof was recently damaged by hail. The estimate was very thorough and they explained in detail the work and materials that would be used to complete the job. I needed a new roof and called several companies for estimates. Jeff was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. When I contracted with Klaus Roofing they handled all of the interaction with my insurance company and negotiated several items that the insurance company missed on their settlement. Jeff and his crew arrived promptly at 7:00 and finished the roof in one day.

The crew did a very excellent job. My new roof looks great! They took extra care with areas that needed flashing and my four skylights are sealed tight. Jeff at Klaus Roofing was great to work with. I was in a pinch. Had changed insurance companies to get better coverage, when two weeks later I was contacted by the insurance company and informed they would not insure my property due to granular loss on the roofing shingles. I had just over 2 weeks to get a new roof or not be insured. I got three bids. Jeff put me the most at ease and assured me the job would be done in time.

He met me at the property and didn't pressure me, even though he knew I was in a bind. They fit my roof in, between a couple of other jobs and it turned out great. I even had him put gutters on the free standing garage since it had never had any. Worked out great. His guys finished right before a few huge rain storms, and the gutters diverted a lot of water away from the foundation.

We needed to have a roof replaced in order to close the sale of a house. On an extremely short timeline, Jeff Klaus made it happen. Jeff also thoroughly explained insurance claim paperwork, what to expect and what to do next. The re-roof was completed exactly when he said it would be, enabling the closing to proceed on schedule. Klaus roofing was great! This is my first property damage claim and the owner Jeff Klaus was awesome. Mr. Klaus made it a point to go over every aspect of the Insurance Claim so that we knew exactly what to expect. As for the roofing team.they were amazing! They were friendly and efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.wouldn't even know that they were here if it weren't for the nice new pretty roof !
