One thing that homeowners dread during snowy weather is the formation of ice dams along the edge of the roof. An ice dam earns its name by trapping pools of melted water behind the frozen dam created when melted snow re-freezes along the eaves, where the roof is coldest. Water trapped behind an ice dam can flow under roof shingles and leak into the house, damaging walls, floors, and other materials. Several conditions must exist for ice dam damage to occur. If all these conditions are present, it's likely that some water will leak into your house.

Usually I don't react to guys coming to my door to praise their company. But, I'm glad I listened to John Harrison from Premier Roofing. After I saw a couple shingles in my yard I thought that it might be time after 21 years to get a new roof. John did exactly what he promised. Talked to the home insurer and started a very smooth process. When Premier's crew showed up, they not even finished the job in a day but also made sure they protected my plants and picked up all nails.

Premier did a Fantastic job. They responded quickly, wonderful communication, made this process hassle free for myself, only took them four hours from start to finish, had a wonderful crew and they did wonderful work. We had some damage to our roof after a storm. Tyler from Premier Roofing came out to access the damage. He found out that our insurance company would replace the roof with only the cost of our deductible. Tyler called the insurance company for me to get the process started. He made everything extremely easy and the roof looks great. Thank you Premier Roofing!

Justin from Premier Roofing went above and beyond all expectations from the first appointment to the last. Justin was able to get my new roof completely covered by insurance and he also took care of all of the communication with my insurance company (which I loved because who likes to talk to their insurance company). My insurance company at first did not approve enough funding and multiple calls were needed to resolve this issue, Justin made all of these follow up calls for me and resolved the issue.
My roof install was made in half of a day by a professional crew and it looks great. I would have never thought that I could get a full new roof with top of the line products for only my insurance deductible but Justin made it happen! All around this company (Justin was the majority of my contacts) was professional, personal, well communicated and overall a pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very professional and reliable company. The workers were very friendly and efficient. They were very responsive to my needs. They were very good at cleaning up. The company worked well with my insurance company. The only glitch was there was suppose to be some aluminum siding work done according to the contract but they were not able to do it so I had to find a contractor to do it. The insurance company was willing to reimburse me. I would definitely use this company to install a roof.

Tyler Powers approached me as he notice extensive wind damage to our roof. He did a thorough inspection, took photos and filed a claim with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Premier roofing. Justin was great and kept me informed every step of the way. Steve and his crew did an awesome job and my roof looks great! I loved the fact that the owner comes out to inspect the job to make sure everything is top notch. Now several of my neighbors are also getting new roofs! Thank you Justin for all you did!

We had a complete overhaul done of our home it still isn't finished they are in the process of finishing but I figured I'd leave a review for what has been done. We've had our roof installed and it looks absolutely beautiful. The Crew made sure they cleaned up everything really well. We are still waiting to get gutters soffits and siding on our garage.
Unfortunately Covid has stopped a lot of production on items so we are still waiting on The siding but it's completely understandable. Mike the office manager has made sure to keep in contact along the way and make sure that everything is up to our expectations. Our patio awning which also is attached to our house was falling apart. Justin came out and did a complete rebuild on the front part of it.
He went above and beyond and I'm completely Impressed with his work. He made sure that it was even sturdier than before and up to code. Once our roof soffit and siding are done I will leave another review because I cannot state the workmanship of that at this point but I don't expect anything less than five stars like I have with the roof and with our awning.
