I evaluated 4 different companies to replace our roof. M&M was the only company to meet me in person and perform both an inside and outside inspection prior to offering a quote. After multiple helpful conversations with Alex about the project, I was confident that the money I was spending was going into a quality roof and not unnecessary work. The roof replacement was completed in a single day and the grounds were left clean. The roof looks great.

I am a second time customer of M&M and I cannot say enough about the quality work and their professionalism. As a new homeowner, I feel like I have been talked into "cheaper" options and I regret going for those options and not going with M&M. I have had many contractors come to my home for repairs and remodeling and M&M has been the BEST. This time they replaced my soffit, fascia and gutters with guards and my house looks amazing.

I don't have to look at the rotting wood anymore, the new install has brightened my home, and there's no more stagnant water due to crooked gutters. I will always choose quality over "cheap" from here on out. The crew was so professional, communicated every step of the way, and cleaned up as if they were never here. This is a huge contrast to other contractors I have had at my home.

If you can, ask for Nate to come give you an estimate. I love that he is honest and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. He is a father first and is committed to treating his customers as if he were advising a family member. I recommend M&M to anyone I talk to now!

M&M provided a complete and comprehensive process for our reroofing project. Our Sales Consultant walked us through all the steps of the process, explaining in detail what and who would be involved at each milestone through completion. At each step we were sent an email notifying us as to where we were in the process and what, if anything, we needed to do.

Our Sales Consultant maintained contact throughout the project and was available to answer our questions. The material delivery crew was friendly, professional & efficient, as was the roofing crew who tore down the existing roof, repaired those areas needing attention, and reroofed both the house and the garage quickly and efficiently. Our roofing project was completed within a day, and the roofing crew was quite thorough and meticulous upon completion with the project clean up. Overall, I am quite pleased with the professionalism of the M&M staff, the quality of the work completed, and the thoroughness of the communication, and would recommend M&M Home Remodeling Services without hesitation to my friends and family.

M&M does quality with work at a reasonable cost. The estimate was comprehensive taking into account the efficiency of the home which none of the other estimates did. Their partnership with a financial institution made it convenient as well as affordable as I plan to pay it off within a year to avoid interest payments. Their app allowed for a step by step tracking of the process which was very helpful and easy to follow. My one issue was resolved quickly.

We are very satisfied with the removal and replace of our front room window. Both installers did an excellent job. Our project was overseen by the project manager also. You could tell by watching them they took pride in there work. Removed all debris on completion. Our new window is beautiful and we are pleased. M&M has done other projects on our home and offers fair price for excellent work. Just a side note Ryan and his wife make excellent raisin cookies. Dan&Bev

I had M&M replace the roof on my house and garage years ago, their crew was very professional and the property was as clean or even cleaner than when they began. I recently needed some roofing repair and called on their services again, this time I had them put aluminum fascia on the garage and install gutter guards also. The crew arrived and was done the same day once again the area was spotless where they were working. I would and have recommended this company to friends and family and anyone who has asked about who I had do the work on my home.

We had our garage and house roof, gutters, soffits and gutter guards installed by M & M roofing. They did a good job describing the procedure, the time it would take for the process, and why the work was needed. We were replacing roofs that were over 20 years, and it was time for a new roof. They pretty much stuck to their time frame, but there is a delay between when the roof is done and the other work. All of this was done in August and September, and we have not had any problems so far.

M&M was professional and efficient from the moment I first contacted their office until completion of my roof. Their Rep measured our multi peaked roof via satellite imagery to ensure an accurate quote. Their 8-man crew completed the job in less than 2 days. They left no debris whatsoever on our property and moved every item around our house back in the exact same spot. I can't tell you how impressed I was with M&M. Great company. Great staff. Great job!

I've worked with a few roofing companies over the years and M&M is by far my best experience! My latest home purchase, 2 years ago, is a mid century styling with a flat roof. Boy, the issues! I've had work done twice and still leaks. Had 5 roofing companies out since and Mike. one of the Ms. was the only one who took the time to actually show and discuss the exact issues with me in a way that made me understand it was time to replace it completely.

Not only that but the flat roof now actually has a pitch so water can not longer sit up there. Best thing is it not only did not affect the aesthetic of the flat look, but improved it! On top of that, they used the latest TPO material which reflects the sun, not absorbs it like that old black rubber did (a REAL problem inside in the Summer!). The crew was awesome and the attention to detail (and I'm extremely picky) from design to install to spic & span cleanup was second to none!

Absolute excellent experience! These guys work all over the Chicagoland and NW Indiana so I will recommend them to all my friends and family from Lake Zurich IL to Miller Beach IN and use them for all my houses and rental properties.
