Clear Choice Home Improvements

We contracted CCHI in early March to replace a 5-panel bow window and 2 side by side crank windows to the front of our house. Within the scope of the contract CCHI provided a competitive estimate, took initial measurements, had a revisit to confirm measurements, placed manufacturing order, and then the wait. The industry has been slowed incredibly, so do not expect a turn-around time of less than 10 weeks on anything specialized from anyone.

Once our order arrived, CCHI contacted us, and scheduled installation within 3 days. A 3-man team came out, on time, and completed a full install within 7 hours, including clean up/take away. I am very pleased with the product and service received, and will order the remaining windows to be replaced when financially ready. The only detraction was the amount of time waiting for delivery - which is out of CCHI's control.

Every quote we received from multiple vendors expressed the same turn around time. The only improvement I would suggest is more timely status updates (perhaps every 4-5 weeks) - which is more about my impatience and anticipation, than it is about CCHI's professionalism.

When we bought our new (very old) home we had about 40+ windows and a sliding door to replace. Clear Choice was by far the best value. We had about 4 other companies come give us quotes and Anderson quoted us over 100k! Clear Choice offered me the exact style and colors I wanted for a fraction of that. I was nervous because I have never had a window replaced in my entire life and we were about to rip out every single one.

Once the windows finally made it from the manufacturers, Vlad and his crew showed up and got right to work. They were AMAZING! I am truly blown away by their work. They were very organized and worked around us the entire time. In 4 days everything was done, and each room was left cleaner than they had found it. I am in awe and so so happy with my very first big home renovation project. Never realized how much windows improve the comfort of your home!

So happy with how the siding on the house turned out! While the yellow with green shutters that the former owners had was certainly pretty and happy-looking, I live in an eternal Halloween, and it just didn't mesh with my need to pretend like I live somewhere haunted. Hubs wouldn't let me do black, but he did let me do red. I'm all about aesthetic and love living in a home that inspires.

Thank you Clear Choice Home Improvements for doing a flawless job and making my witchy dreams come true! The vinyl siding looks incredible, as well as the trim around the windows and the decorative shutters the workers just added today. It was amazing to always have the same crew coming in day after day, and the project manager was on top of everything and easy to talk to.

I'm excited for us to get the landscaping done, so I can see the full picture, but the change is impressive already. I live in a small town but on a busy road and everyone knows this house. When I tell them where I live, they immediately gush about how amazing the exterior looks as they pass on their way to work every day. It's great to hear!

Overall, we are pleased with the work performed on the three windows replacement. The wrong color molding (white) was originally sent out, but the installer went out and purchased the correct color. Additionally, we had the front door replaced. Good fit and it looks very good. However, there is an air gap at the bottom of the door. Clear choice has been notified and will send someone out to correct that.

We had Clear Choice in last month to replace 3 windows as well as replace our master shower. They were fantastic start to finish! All installations came out great and were completed efficiently; our bathroom installer even stayed late to get done in one day and avoid interruption by a blizzard. Service: Window installation

I cannot say enough good things about Clear Choice, their work crews, and products. I had 3 roofs replaced in one morning, my house, my garage, and my shed. The roof crew was here at 7:30, got all the tarps in place to remove the old roofs by 8:00 am and were done with the complete job-all 3 roofs- by 11:30 am. It was the most impressive and quality exterior contracting work I have ever seen and received.

They were thorough with the installations and clean up! A few months later the Gutter Replacement Crew came to install my new gutters. I am so happy had I had Clear Choice install my new gutters. Again, the crew was professional and efficient, and the product is beautiful and of great quality. I will need to have my house resided in a few years and I will be calling Clear Choice to do the work. They are worth every penny!

We are so happy with our new windows, Clear Choice was absolutely the BEST CHOICE. No foggy wet windows, no cold air blowing in the house anymore. HOORAY Edwin and his crew were great very respectful and courteous. Edwin answered all my husband's questions, as our windows had to be installed from outside as new windows not replacements. It required alot more time and work and expertise. They did a marvelous job and cleaned up everything before they left, vacuuming included. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

There are not enough rave words to describe the amazing job Casey, Luis, and the rest of the Clear Choice crew did on our roof shingle replacement. I have never seen a team work so efficiently, quickly, and professionally IN MY LIFE. They finished the entire job in one day. CHEERFULLY! In 90 DEGREE HEAT! It was like roof fairies descended upon the biggest eyesore on the block and made things right in a matter of hours.

The yard was then meticulously cleaned and cleared of all debris. Neighbors are rightfully asking for contact info. I shall never use another company again. Thank you all so much.
