The professionalism from the whole Team at Wilco Contractors was Remarkable! Excellent service from start to finish! My experience with Wilco was great! The whole process was explained thoroughly and the install went exactly as planned. AJ was very professional and promptly addressed any concerns we had. AJ and his team were incredible. They were on time, extremely detailed and efficient. In one day they tore off three layers of composition roofing, repaired damaged decking, cut new ridge vents and reroofed the entire home. This crew ran like well-oiled machinery without a moment or movement wasted. A crew leader was on site at all times and every concern was immediately addressed.
A leaking skylight two months later was immediately corrected and sealed with only one phone call. I highly recommend Wilco Contractors. AJ is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His customer service and communication is top notch. AJ handled all of my insurance claim and answered all my questions. He is both personable and professional. Very pleased.

I was denied 3 different times when I tried to file a claim with my insurance carrier. Wilco came out and worked with the insurance company to get them to see that a new roof was needed. We had contacted our insurance company regarding a leak in our roof and they referred us to Wilco. They were prompt, professional and effecient. We were especially impressed with the timely way they handled the project. They worked daily until the project was finished. I contacted Ciara about my roof because I was selling and the inspection showed hail damage. I messed up and filed the claim with my old insurance company we found out just 4 days before closing! Somehow in. those 4 days we were able to get the claim filed, approved, and repaired BEFORE the closing of my house! Could not have been more satisfied, they literally saved the day! I was a first time seller and was already overwhelmed, Ciara jumped in and made the roofing process so easy! Highly recommend! They are great to work with!

My property was damaged during the October tornado that hit North Dallas. Having never been in such a situation I had no idea what to do - it was crazy! Luckily Wilco was out assessing my neighbors damage and I asked if there may be time to take a look at my property. My neighbors highly recommended them. They were able to take a look that day and provided a very detailed summary of what they identified and suggested they be present when the insurance does a walk though to ensure nothing was missed.
From that moment on I did not need to deal with the insurance company and AJ kept me updated on everything that was being completed and the timeframe. I had the entire roof replaced, internal and external painting as well as other repairs. Everything was completed at the highest of quality and on schedule. AJ Williams and his team took the best care of us. They were able to knock out our roof in 2 days and what amazed me was the follow through from AJ and his entire team through the whole process. From financing to picking the right color shingles to having a dedicated technician to sweep our yard continuously with a magnet and a trash bag picking up nails so that my family, our furbabies and our vehicles don't get damaged. Wilco was extremely thorough in following up and making sure everything was perfect before they called the job done. I most definitely, without a doubt recommend AJ Williams and his team.

I recently had my roof replaced after a hail storm and just before we sold the house. AJ was wonderfully patient and helped us through each step of the process. He was cognizant of the need for an expedited timeline due to the contract on the house, and he and his guys replaced our roof within 24 hours of receiving our insurance check. Wilco Contractors was truly amazing! They handled every detail and stayed on top of my roofing project. They addressed things that I didn't even notice to ensure I would be satisfied long term. They were prompt and when there was a delay due to my insurance adjuster, they kept me informed. The work they completed was so good that I contracted them to do some additional work which was completed on time, within budget and high quality. When I'm ready to complete future projects to my home, I will definitely be contacting Wilco Contractors.

We worked with the owner of Wilco as well as some of his team on two different projects at our house -- one related to roofing and the other was related to the hardwood floors. The owner and his team did an excellent job and are professional, courteous, highly responsive, and accountable. They always keep you posted re status and deliverables, were impressively on time every time, and very resourceful. A true pleasure to work with and we intend to use them again and again.
