We replaced our deck that was beginning to sink and splinter. Even though the project was delayed, it was outside of the builder's control. Professional Building Services was very responsive and gave me updates as projects in the queue progressed. The replacement deck is absolutely beautiful. We made it a bit bigger and it is much more enjoyable now. We LOVE it!

I don't usually write reviews but I know how hard it is to find a reliable contractor so I want to help others looking and highly recommend the PBS team. They did a fantastic job replacing and building a beautiful new portico. When we bought our house a few years ago we had no idea the front portico was not built right and a year ago noted it was fully water damaged and rotting. Joe was very helpful in reviewing options and design and was very easy to communicate with and responsive with emails. Lynn was also very helpful and kind and quickly responded to my many emails.

The crew did an amazing job with the build. And I feel confident the portico is now built correctly and beautifully. They were friendly and professional. The foreman made sure to double check my design preferences so the details came out exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely be using PBS in the future for our next projects.roof, siding, remodeling.

Professional Building Services constructed a 3 tier deck project for us that we couldn't be more pleased with. From our 1st meeting with Joe to the last minute add-ons, our experience was excellent! The team of Aaron, Bryan, Dan and Alex were as knowledgeable and dependable as they were pleasant to work with. The attention to detail was impressive from the solid foundation to the fine detail in each corner. Joe was very knowledgeable and responsive from the beginning through to the end of the project.

I purchased an Anderson storm door from PBS for a house in New Hampshire. The installer started the project off by showing up on time and explaining exactly what he was about to do. He took his time and installed the door properly. Upon completion he checked all the moving parts. He was dissatisfied with the way the glass panel slid into place. It took him just a little more time but he was able to resolve the issue. Funny, he said that he wasn't going to leave until I was completely satisfied. I have had PBS do other projects. The employees are always professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend them to others.

We have used PBS several times and wouldn't use any other contractor. We had new Harvey windows and Hardee Siding installed. Our house looks like new! Several neighbors commented about it. Our calls were answered the same day which is highly unusual now. Jordan, Joe, Mark and Roy were were friendly, thorough, patient and did quality work. Very highly recommended!

PBS has been the best company we have ever worked with. From the first visit with Joe to the completion of our job we couldn't of ask for anything better than the service, commitment, quality and I could go on and on. Our deck, screened in porch to our siding, installation of shutters, storm door and roof is absolutely gorgeous. We have people stop by to compliment how nice everything looks.

We used PBS to side our house because we wanted Hardie fiber cement board and PBS were the local experts. We were delighted with results. It completely transformed the appearance of our house. We were so delighted by the courteous and professional crew that we had them rebuild our deck and front steps the next year. Their crews are prompt, very concerned with customer happiness and their work is extremely impressive. What more can you ask?
