We recently had Bordner replace 4 sliding glass doors and 1 window in our sun room. Everything went great. We were originally told the project would take 2-3 days, but they came with a crew of installers who were able to finish the project in one day. The QC manager came out that day to inspect the project. There were a couple items to address and they have been eager to take care of those items to ensure we are happy with the project.

We are so pleased with their work that we are considering them for future bathroom renovation projects too. I would definitely recommend Bordner for anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

Tub to shower install, after all of the supplies arrived install took two days. Neal, Nick and Adrian arrived and did a fab job on removal with extra care for the house and removal of waste. Plumbing service was excellent, demo was also excellent, install was seamless with the exception of me asking and looking at progress. If you are looking to have work done In your bath area I can only hope you try this company and are lucky enough to get any of these three workers.

Lifetime guarantee on the work, this is really a no-brainer. I worked in construction when I was young and was trying to not to be overbearing in the details, these three welcomed my questions and were very professional with responses.

Everyone I dealt with was awesome. George came out to my house and we went over options for a tub to shower conversion. He was very pleasant and informative. He made me feel comfortable picking the right materials and styles for my shower. Kinsey was great and kept in touch with me regarding all the scheduling and who was going to be my crew. She let me know when they were delayed because of supply chain issues.

I was a little stressed about having my bathroom remodeled because I just have a one bathroom home. I pictured it being torn apart and a mess during the process. That couldn't be further from the truth. Bobby F came in and worked constantly sometimes until 8 at night coming back in early morning to get the job done. He cleaned up at the end of each day so well that it made me feel like I needed to clean up the rest of the house so it would look as good as the bathroom did.

He covered my floors and I hardly knew he was there. I have three dogs and we were in and out constantly and Bobby was great to them also. Bobby is very talented and I love the way the shower looks. He included me in the process, asking me pertinent questions about placement of handles and the height of the bench. He was also just a pleasure to have around.

Always smiling and in a good mood, he even brought me a small plant on the last day because he knew it was my birthday. I would use bordner again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Gabe is awesome and helped with everything and anything during the initial sales process as well as during the installation. A class act! Mitch and Zack, our installers, were not only prompt and courteous but true professionals. We had several challenge areas with our windows and they didn't hesitate to not only determine the best course of action but also carried out the installation without a hiccup. The entire Bordner team are well equipped to handle any challenge with home improvements projects and our family would not hesitate to call them again.

Exceptional customer service from the start. I used the company to remodel a bathroom (replace a tub/shower with a walk-in shower) and couldn't be happier with my decision. Ty (installer) is a consummate professional who kept me informed throughout the process. He did a great job on the installation which has improved the quality of my life.

We remodeled our kitchen this spring (2021 ) and decided to also replace all the windows in our ranch style house which was built in 1965 and still had the original single pane aluminum framed windows that always frosted over and formed ice every winter. After getting several very high Pressure sales pitches from window companies, I called Bordner for a last estimate before just giving up and doing the replacement myself, as I have over 10 years experience in the construction trade.

I must say everyone at Bordner was a joy to work with, from the design consultant Gabe Rorvig who came all the way from Colorado Springs to Loveland to show their products and was very relaxed and low key, no fast talking, no high pressure, just a nice person to work with. He then measured all our windows and gave us an estimate of the cost that was very reasonable, explained the financing available, which we really did not need, working the windows into our existing budget, then their project manager Angle came and verified all the measurements that Gabe had taken, just to be sure the material order would be correct.

All through the window ordering process the work coordinator Tatiana Gruen was in constant contact with us, keeping us in the loop as to the window build progress and when we could expect installation to begin. When the windows were shipped to Colorado, Melissa Ewert called and scheduled the installation and the guys arrived with the windows, unloading them and storing them onto our covered back patio.

They then started removing the old windows, stabilizing the wood framing, installing the new windows, insulating the area between the window frame and the sub frame, install the outer trim, coming inside and installing the inner trim, and cleaning up all debris before removing the next window. This was sort of important since the outside temp was in the 40s at the time.

All in all, I was verry impressed with the professionalism of the installation and cannot praise Bordner high enough. Just as a follow up, this past week, we have had two snow storms of slightly over 6in each with temperatures at or slightly below 0 degrees, so I decided to check the windows and see just how good they were, using my infre red temp gun, I measured the dining room wall, then the window glass next to it and they had the same temp, which indicates to me that the windows that Bordner installed are in fact doing an excellent job keeping the cold out and the heat in.

We are thrilled with our new bathrooms! Bobby, Will, and Diante did such a great job on demo and installation. They were great at communicating and the install went smooth. We did our master and our hall bath and they are wildly improved and so nice! They went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend them to others and call for our future kitchen project! Thank you!

We are extremely happy to report the Bordner Home Improvement replaced and installed our bathroom tub to shower conversion. We are completely delighted with the completed project. Our install tech Bobby and his trainee Will were courteous, professional, conscientious and hard working! They showed up for three days with smiles and enthusiasm ready to get to work! Bobby kept us updated and explained progress to us each day.

In 2021, We had Bordner remove our clawfoot tub and shower and install a walk-in shower. Because of the size and shape of our bathroom, they had a bit of challenge with the design, but they were up to the task. We really enjoyed working with their sales team and their install team. We probably could have gotten the work done cheaper, but we wanted to use an experienced company with great reviews. We're very happy with our beautiful new walk-in shower.

Amazing internal management team and structure! Seamless transition from sales to execution. Strong focus on customer relations as well as team development. First class company! I would highly recommend working with this company.

I contracted with Boardner to remove my tub and install a walk in shower in the summer of 2021. The person completing the job in record time was Mike. He did an excellent job! He was polite, professional and worked hard to complete the task in 2 days. I was shocked when 3 months after the job was completed that I received a letter from the plumbing firm they had subcontracted with; threatening to file a lien against my house if I did not pay them $200.00 that they said Boardner owed them.

So I payed the plumbers the amount to avoid the lien. I contacted Boardner, and they were as upset as I was that the plumber had taken this action. After a month of trying to contact the manager of the plumbing company, he finally called me and gave me several excuses and promised to call me back. I never heard from him again, however a young lady, Jennifer, stuck with me throughout the process and stepped up and paid me the money owed.

It's nice to find a honest, professional contractors! I would recommend Boardner Home Improvement to anyone who needs home repair or remodeling services. Thank you Jen and Mike.

I would for sure recommend Bordner Home Improvement. I had a shower installed and it looks amazing. I will say, at first I was happy because it took 4 months to get my shower in due to COVID shortage, but I was not told that. Josh Coffey was super nice and listened to why I was frustrated. He was great about making sure I was happy by the end. If I had to wait all over again, I would.

Their product is unlike anything I've showered in. The two installers Zach and Bobby were super nice, respectful of my home and since I could not be there, they are for sure trustworthy! I will be getting my shower from these guys if I buy any other homes! Update I switched them to 4 stars because the project manager set up an appointment to review the work and never showed when so had to drive home on my lunch break. I had to call them for them to tell me he forgot.

We hired Bordner to reface our kitchen cabinets. Everyone from Caleb and Aaron the sales representatives, to Chris who did the re-measurements to Jacob who did the install were prompt, personable and very professional. The company was very good about keeping us updated on the estimated dates for the arrival of our materials; scheduling us an appointment for installation and letting us know when to expect Jacob each day.

A special shout out to Jacob who had to adjust the installation process to accommodate our older home. He was smart and creative in finding ways to make the kitchen look like new! We highly recommend Bordner!

I was looking for a company to help finish a bathroom remodel I've been working on. I submitted an online form with a few companies, not expecting to get a very quick response. However, within 5 minutes of submitting my request, I was speaking with someone from Bordner and scheduling a time for them to come out and provide an estimate. The estimate process went great.

They listened to what we wanted done with our tub/shower, and created a 3D rendering so we could see what the end product would look like. The install process was also quick & well done! We were given an estimate of roughly 3 days to remove the old tub, redo the flooring underneath, put the new one in & set up the shower. The total time ended up taking about 2 days, and a little finishing/cleanup on the 3rd.

Overall we are very happy with our new bathroom & our experience working with Bordner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a company to handle a bathroom remodel!
