I had a very good experience with Bordner. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The project was completed on time. I believe the roofing materials are very good quality. The men who fixed my roof completed the work well and on time. After the job was done, everything was very clean around the house. I'm satisfied with the work performed by Bordner and I'll use them in the future.

We first called Bordner and had a sales rep out promptly. He was well-spoken and knowledgeable. The communication was very thorough throughout the process - I was impressed when I got an unexpected text saying they were approximately 2 weeks out. We ordered a new exterior door with window above and it turned out very well and beautiful. The installers encountered a few issues, due to our house being custom built. Bordner went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me in working with my insurance company for a roof repair that turned into an entire roof replacement. Steve Anderson is an amazing contact and was phenomenal to work with. He really advocated for me and I appreciated his efforts. The crew that came out to do the roof was so nice they gave attention to detail and they graciously played with my silly attention seeking Golden Doodle puppies.

He was able to explain the value in his product, contrast his product with competitors, and was patient with my questions as I determined if his offer was worth our investment.
