Krueger Brothers Construction has excellent customer service. I felt confident that they would take care of any issues that arose during the process. They communicated very well with me throughout the entire job.

We hired Krueger Brothers to remove and replace our roof with the Owens Corning Duration Shingles, along with the required Drip edges, repair water damage in our main upstairs Master bathroom, and replace our front windows with Pella Proline 450 series wood Windows. Every job was completed as scheduled, on time, on price. Quality was every bit as good as stated.

The Kruegar Brothers Team always responded quickly to all our concerns and will receive my recommendation for future construction and replacement work. Use them, you will not be dissatisfied.

I had a great experience with Kreuger Brothers Construction. My roof was leaking and while another company wouldn't even return my calls, Michael Kreuger came out to take a look at it. Turns out it was a simple oversight from the construction of the house that took just a few minutes to repair. After the repair, he took time to inspect the rest of the roof and make sure everything looked good. I would definitely recommend Kreuger Brothers Construction for any roofing needs.

We knew when we bought this house that it would need some work, but it seems like every stone we turn over reveals two more that need to be dealt with. Luckily Scott at Krueger believed in our vision for the house, gave great feedback and recommendations, and hooked us up with an excellent project manager in Josh. Our rickety back deck was replaced, all our ill-fitting windows and doors have been replaced, and the aging and moldy siding on the house removed and replaced with stucco.

In the middle of our projects, that windstorm hit Colorado Springs and took out our fence. Scott came back and helped us plan a new fence that would work with our over-all vision for our home and be sturdy enough for years to come. All of the various crews who've worked on the place have been pleasant and responsive, and it's been lovely to witness the great camaraderie they share - despite working in every kind of weather possible.

The deck is beautiful, the windows and doors look good and (even better) keep the house quieter and more thermally stable. The stucco looks great and the neighbors agree the house looks better than it has in years (we don't have any "after" pics yet, oops!) Josh and his teams also coordinated with our interior contractor so that the impact to our daily lives could be kept to the minimum possible disruption.

Their agile problem solving when unexpected difficulties with the house or the property or the supplies came up is something we really appreciate. Scott, Josh, Joe, Jeff, Trent, Aaron, Trevor, Fabian, Candy, Edwin, and Brett have been a pleasure to work with. We're hoping we don't need any more projects for awhile, but when we do, we will call Krueger Brothers, and we enthusiastically recommend that you do, too!

The epitome of great customer service and quality work, the Krueger Brothers Construction Team has served above and beyond since our first meeting. After reaching out to different companies for quotes for a covered deck, the most comfortable choice was contracting Krueger Brothers and it has been better than expected. The process from start to finish was well communicated to us.

Each team member was thoughtful and respectful in acquainting us with products and choices for our project as well as answering questions and concerns along the way. All meetings, material deliveries, construction dates were given in advance and with timely updates. Weather is a normal part of the safe construction equation and it was appreciated that we received updates around the snow, hail, wind.

They must have a meteorologist on staff because their timing around the weather was pretty amazing-schedule adjusted seamlessly. During construction time, the team showed cohesiveness and strong work ethic. Each individual on our job - Ronnie, Ricky, Austin, Aaron, Scott was amazing and I witnessed every day acts of construction kindness as extra details were paid attention to.

Every single day I noticed an above and beyond moment. On a five-star rating scale, I'll give these guys a ten for super-star craftsmanship, respect for the customers, best communication/responses ever. Thank you! PS We moved to our home recently. In our last home, we had multiple projects over the years-two bathrooms, a large pool deck, cellar renovation, kitchen reno and family room remodel.

My husband and I had Krueger Brothers Construction replace our roof twice in the last seven years due to hail storms. Each time was a great experience. The team was friendly and prompt, and kept us well informed of the work in process. The second time we had the roof replaced we decided to have the exterior of the house updated. It had been 30 years and it was in need of some TLC.

The house received it and more. We went from a very faded pinkish color to a beautiful grey. One of my favorite upgrades is the wall surrounding the property. Krueger Brothers suggested a darker grey metal cap to protect the wall. It isn't just a plain wall anymore, the cap gives it architectural detail and makes it stand out. We first met with Andrew, an owner, and then our project manager Josh.

Both were always ready to answer questions, texts, and calls, something that I considered very important. Other team members that helped with the transformation were: Joe, Semaj, Phil, Jon, Grace, and Keri. To all of you, thank you for our beautiful house!

Krueger Brothers was awesome. I was told from the start it would be 4+ months before they started. We weren't in a rush. Everyone was very professional and kind and we were kept updated. We had all new windows put in, including two windows that didn't exist prior. New exterior doors one of them being replacing a French door with a standard door. Joe and his team did an excellent job! I have worked with Krueger Brothers Construction on many projects. Their teams are professional, the work sites are organized and clean, and I am impressed with their work every time. From exterior remodeling projects for entire town homes complexes, to a remodel of a hotel, to deck replacement in homes--Krueger Brothers work is fantastic regardless of the size of project.

We met with Danielle, a representative with Krueger Brothers, who showed us options of new siding for our home. We decided on stucco and the process of setting up the time and plans went well. The installers were very professional and efficient. They were respective of our property and when the job was completed, their clean up was great. We are very pleased with the looks of our home. We definitely recommend Krueger Brothers and hope to have them build a back deck for us sometime in the future.

From the first interaction on the phone scheduling a meeting for an estimate, Krueger Brother's was far superior in their customer service and professionalism. Their office staff, salesman Mike, PM Brad and entire crew kept a constant flow of communication from estimate to project completion. During the sales/estimating process, Mike was very transparent and passionate about the deck I had envisioned. Bringing samples, pictures of past projects and a very thorough estimate binder. WOW! Mike sold me not only on their customer service, but also the available 0% financing for 12-months, which made the slightly higher cost over the next guy, a no brainer to sign with KB. Brad was assigned as the PM and was very easy to text and get updates.

Meeting with their materials purchaser prior to ordering the deck to confirm my design gave me confidence the deck was going to be built how I wanted it to look. Once materials were in, the crew of Joe, Semaj, Tex and Trevor came out and went to work. They worked each day and around delays on permits to get the deck completed. At the final walk through, there were issues with quality of cuts and material left behind.

After a short phone call and meeting at my house with Brad, the crew returned and made everything right. The final product is beautiful. Truly a great upgrade and showcase to my backyard that will last. Krueger Brothers Construction's system is top notch, one of the best I've ever seen. Their commitment to your satisfaction is 2nd to none! Communication with them was the greatest I've ever experienced with any company! Our salesman Scott definitely under promised and over delivered what the company had to offer for building our deck! I felt bad contacting Josh, the project manager, after hours in the early evening to tell him about a problem I was having with the lights, but he was more than happy to help, didn't complain, and followed through on his committment! We contracted with Krueger Brothers for a deck project we wanted to pursue. After reaching out to numerous companies in the area for bids, KBros quickly became our first choice. After receiving bids from multiple companies, I selected Krueger Brothers to tear down an existing deck and build a new one. I could not be more pleased. The experience started with Andrew coming out and working with me to understand my needs, and then to design the deck. He was great in going over everything and helping us select the right products.

As we got closer to build time, Andrew brought out Brad the project manager and a team of folks to map out a detailed design. When the project started, we met Tex, Jason and Ronnie and the three of them set off working. The guys were not only professional and friendly, but I really enjoyed being around them - all three of them were great in answering all my questions, which I really appreciate!

Krueger Brothers extended our deck and covered the deck. Andrew gave us a detailed and accurate bid and was there for us throughout the whole project. As project manager, Josh was open to our ideas and ensured we got the exact covered deck that we wanted.
